I'm a 28yr old male moving down from the Gold Coast for work, I'll be working 5-6 days a week long hours and won't be there much. Clean and tidy and will look after your place as if it were my own. I have put the 25th of this month but it could be sooner then that if possible. I live a active lifestyle thru work and the beach and I like to play golf and go for a skate. Won't have any furniture with me just linen and clothes so looking for a furnished room if possible. Thank you
going to move to Australia from Iran in September, looking for a room to accommodate. I am a Civil Engineer who is polite and neat. Easy going and respectful. I love nature, music and in one word enjoying life.
New to Sydney, looking for preferably along term stay. Easy going, social person. I like to go out occasionally but am definitely not a party person. I am looking to share an apartment or house rather than just renting a bedroom. Full time shift worker. Loves travelling and being outdoors.
My name is Tiffany I work full time in childcare and teach pole dance part time. I'm young at heart, easy going and always up for a social event. I'm easy going, young at heart and like to keep fit. I enjoy a glass of red from time to time, go out with friends and spend a lot of time training for pole. I'm looking for a clean house and a fun and friendly house mate.

I just got back from 2 months overseas and am looking to move back to the East. I work shifts (most weekends) but not nights. I think I am a considerate, respectful, clean, independent housemate. I've been really lucky and only ever lived with amazing people - hoping to continue that streak and get back to the beach in time for what looks to be a perfect summer!
Hi! I'm a 27 year old American-Aussie (dual citizen) who recently moved to Sydney from New York, NY. Recently finished a global travel stint and just started a new job. I would ideally like to find somewhere already furnished available end of October and I would prefer to live with other people as I'm new to the city and would love to use this as an opportunity to meet new people. Let me know if you have somewhere for me! I love trying new things. I'm very into outdoor activities (hiking, etc), adventuring, and swimming/beach when it's warm (probably a given for most people in Sydney, but you never know). Also a big movie, TV, and comedy nerd. If you liked (or better yet, loved) 30 Rock, that's a great start. I think it's important for roommates to be considerate and thoughtful. I am someone who treats others as they would want to be treated and also recognises that I share a living space. I also am new to the city so would love to live with flatmate(s) who are open to making new friends if we click! Also - I like to feel safe and comfortable in my home environment. I think it's super important to communicate with your flatmate(s) about things rather than let things fall by the wayside (or become passive aggressive/uncomfortable). I no longer like to bring the party home. Happy to host people and have get togethers though - But I would prefer to live with people who don't view their apartment/house as a party place.
Hi future house mate! I'll make this quick as you must be getting lots of messages re applications. I'm 27, masters graduate, working in high end fashion, I love to cook, exercise, watch moves and enjoy lots of social activities, I can also move in asap. Cheers, Mark

I'm a clean, tidy, nice and easy going person. I love chatting but also respect others space. I'm not looking for a party house, but I would like to have the opportunity to invite a friend once in a while to have a dinner and chat. I look for a place to call home. I'm far away from home so that's important for me, feel at home. If you wanna know anything else about me just ask!! 😬
Hi, my name is Bridget! I'm a Melbourne girl who's moved up to Sydney for work. Looking for a furnished private room in walking distance to public transport/supermarket. Female-only flatmates preferred. About me: I usually keep fairly busy with work, hobbies and socialising, however I mix it up with quality time at home relaxing – just all depends what’s on the event calendar! In my spare time I like to road trip, dance, hit the beaches and parks, and explore the local markets, cafes, pubs etc. Professional writer/editor by trade - expect to be working standard Mon-Fri business hours. I’m a positive, clean and tidy housemate who is considerate of noise, people’s belongings, and respectful of my housemate’s privacy and quiet time. On the flip side, I am a social person so also really enjoy the company of a housemate and the spontaneous opportunities you get to chat and joke around on a night-in or do a random night out. Being from interstate it would be ideal if my future housemate was comfortable with me having a close family member or friend stay now and then if they're visiting Sydney. Looking forward to meeting you; and my next adventure!
Summary: - Working Full-time - Keep to myself usually, but open to socialising - Preferably close to train station - Max. $300 weekly per person. - LGBT+ Friendly - Uni Student friendly Looking to find a place/team where I can feel at home without paying stupid amounts, ideally. Places I have in mind are usually 2+ bedroom places if teaming up, so something like $480 per person each fortnight, maximum. I'm not looking for anything fancy/modern, as long as it is in a relatively safe area, and easy to get to and from Maroubra or Central Station (CBD). This listing will be valid until I take it down so please message if you're interested! I will need to give 4 weeks notice to my current landlord, so that would start from the day I confirm any arrangement. Apologies, if you don't hear back from me in 48 hours I am probably not interested or dead.
I am an 18 year old male and I love life. I am respectful of others and their space. I love exploring things around me and enjoy the occasional night out. I am moving to Sydney in January 2018 to complete a 10 month Diploma in Elite Performance at Brent Street Studios hence my need for accommodation in Sydney. I plan to secure casual employment during my year in Sydney, and have been saving madly for the last year to facilitate my expenses whilst in Sydney. I also have the support of my parents. I currently live in Launceston Tasmania and am excited to be moving to Sydney to start my life in the world of Performing Arts.

Hey hey, I'm a 25 year old Australian, grew up down the coast in Kiama but been living in perth a few years and now back in search for a nice room in eastern suburbs/surrounds 🏄🏼 Looking to find a clean household to live in with another person or housemates who clean up after themselves. I enjoy having a chat and getting along with my housemates and respect peoples privacy. Ideally i would like my housemates to be in their 20s but mature. A car parking spot would be a bonus but if there's not a drama with street parking, that's cool. In my spare time i am either down the beach or playing sport.. I work full time Monday to Friday doing construction management, usually away early in the morning and get back around 5-530ish each day Hit me up if you have got something similar to what I'm looking for and I'll come check it out this week or whenever suits! Cheers, Stuey
