I'm moving from Canberra to Sydney to study media at UNSW. While this is my first time living away from home, I've grown up as part of a family of five living in three (or less) bedroom homes and as such have learned to respect others in crowded living quarters. I've grown up sharing a bedroom, so out of common courtesy I have become a tidy and quiet person inside the house. I enjoy photography and filmmaking, and love to watch films too. I'll likely spend a lot of time at uni, at work, or socialising outside the house, and would use my time at home to study or wind down by reading or writing.
Im chilled and friendly and looking to share with 1 or 2 females only in a 2 br flat for short term, 3 months, as after that i have to travel again. Im from Sydney but my flat i own is currently rented out as I travel alot. I would prefer all bills included. As its short time. I will be working long hours in the city 6 days a week, (I run my own travel company) so home needs to be a place to relax, eat and sleep mainly. Though i am always happy for a chat and glass wine when home with dinner.
My name is Josefa Espinoza, I'm 25 years old. I'm from Chile. I studied Business in my country. I've been studying english here 6 months. I will start to study marketing now. Prefer to be staying near a beach or along a river (eg. Parramatta river). Basically close enough to either be near: bike/walking paths or go swimming Parking available, but not essential if regular services of public transport to City. If room unfurnished: Need to be able to fit a queen bed. Cheers
Hey guys! I'm a female medical student at UNSW. I'm from Oslo, Norway, but in Sydney this semester as an exchange student. I’m looking for a place to call home whilst I’m in Sydney, preferably furnished and within walking distance to the Randwick hospitals and the beach. Hovewer, taking the bus is not a problem at all :) I'm easy to get along with and respectful to my flatmates and neighbours. I love the outdoors and especially all the wonderful beaches and hikes in the Sydney area. I’m also a big foodie and I don’t mind a chat over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Please don’t hesitate to send me a message if you have any further questions about me or if you want me as your flatmate/tenant :) Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi, I'm looking for an ensuite master bedroom that is unfurnished and within close proximity to the CBD or a train station. I will be commencing work as a full time auditor in Sydney CBD. I may also take up a weekend job or study at night, so most of the time I will not be at home. Lastly, I am a very easy going person who is clean, independent and does not throw parties. If this sounds suitable to you, then please send me a message.
Easy, social person when I'm free. I work in a bar so you will rarely see me if you're a day worker. I like to have a drink! New to Sydney!
We are a couple that have been living in Sydney for the past 3 years sharing an apartment with another couple but now we would like to have a place for ourselves. We are financially stable since our studies have been already paid by our sponsors and we work only to pay our rent and holidays. We together earn about 80,000AUD per year and have been working for the same company for more than 2 years. We are a very quiet and responsible. I love playing soccer and play in the Amateur Soccer League of the Eastern Suburbs and my wife loves reading and watching tv series. We are looking for a long-term lease. 1 year to start.

I recently moved from Perth and looking to move in as soon as possible. When I am not working I like to spend my time outdoors and hanging with friends. I am respectful of others and their property. I'm house trained and like to keep communal areas tidy. I also enjoy being social and meeting new people
Hi there! I work full time for a tech company called WordPress. I'm relocating to Sydney and looking for place to live in a central location. I'm 29, gay, generally quiet, clean and respectful of my living space. I like my home as a place to chill out and relax, I'm not much of a partyer. I'm into technology, travel, keeping fit, cooking, and I'm pretty nerdy about things like Pokemon, music, and many TV shows. Hope to hear from you!
I’m currently looking for a place to stay when I move back to Sydney from Adelaide. I’m am heading into my second year at NIDA in the Design for Performance course. I’m arriving on 3rd February, and looking for somewhere to stay for the year. I'm super clean, chill, and have a quality sense of humour/ very good housemate, so I’ve been told. Haha. I’m a dedicated student so will probably spend most of my time at the NIDA.
I'm a psychology-student from Germany (but pretty bad at reading minds), currently working at USYD. And yes, I love Australia so far and Sydney is pretty much the best place I've ever been to! (just in case you were wondering ;)) I am looking for a new place for my last 2-3 weeks in Sydney. So if you're subletting your room and are keen on trying German treats (I swear it's not as bad as some other stuff the Germans invented), let me know :) I have been living in shared apartments for years now and absolutely love it. I really enjoy having dinner together or sharing a glass of wine from time to time but I am also respectful of your individual space, clean, tidy and easygoing
I'm a Brazilian architect and urbanist who moved into Sydney to do my PhD at UNSW, where I am also a casual teacher and spend most of my day. I'll be leaving here at least for another 3-4 years, and maybe more, who knows? My area is related to sustainability issues, which is something I personally believe and try to take to my daily life in some ways. I'm a very down to earth guy, easy to deal with. I'm sort of introvert, but I also love to hang out with my friends. I enjoy cooking, nature, going to the beach (I do love the beach!!!) and other natural environments, TV shows and movies (sci-fi geek here), having a nice beer or wine, playing board games, learning and experiencing different cultures, etc. - very open to new experiences. I also like to study, yes! I like parties, but not on a regular basis anymore. I would like to live with like-minded people, who are easy to deal with and no dramas. I'm also very respectful of the tidiness of the house, though not in a freak way. I'm looking to live close to UNSW - either Randwick or Coogee, maybe Maroubra beach or Kensington. I´m looking for easy going people around my age who could eventually become real friends. People to have a balance between socialising and those needed privacy moments.
