I have recently moved to Sydney from New Zealand. I have a bubbly personality and am super active. Not much of a drinker but will have a cheeky wine or two. Looking for a home feel place that is close to public transport as I work in the city :) only interested in private rooms with 4 people max please.
We are looking for two private rooms that are semi-furnished/fully furnished. Both of us are on working holiday visas from Ireland. Keith has a degree in graphic design but currently working as a chef, and Sam has a degree in music production but is currently a forklift driver. We're both easygoing guys that like a bit of adventure and a drink or two on the weekends. We're flexible a few days either side of the move in date
For work, I will be moving to Sydney from Canberra. I am an IT professional 34yo male and will be working in CBD. I am looking for a stay for myself only for 4 months from Aug 1st or 2nd onwards. I am planning to be in Sydney on 1st Aug. I love my work at the same time do my regular yoga and be social. Respect everyone's time and space. Don't cook that often. If I am in kitchen, mostly it will be for water, tea or coffee. So kitchen will be clean! Love Yoga! Happy to watch movies in Cinema but that will be occasional. Never say no to a decaf Mocha! Vegetarian but always happy to accompany mates to different cuisines
Hi there! I'm Mariek, 23 years from Holland! I've been working for a hotel in Sydney since January and living in Redfern. I feel like moving since I miss the home feeling in my house, there is no living room or a nice, cozy place where you can hang out. I'm looking for a private room. I work in the evenings, 5 days a week till 12. I like watching Netflix, chilling on the couch with a glass of wine and I like to chat, but I appreciate also to relax on my own after a long day at work. I am a smoker, and I adore pets! Cheers!
I'm funny, very social, courteous and always clean up after myself. I like to go out when I can but do work a fair bit, most nights of the week. I work very hard, and never miss payments of my bills. I like to have a drink, I'm not a heavy smoker but do like to smoke when drinking alcohol or coffee. I play guitar and I'm learning Brazilian-Portuguese.
I am brazilian, I love pets. I'm calm and organized person, easy going. I have worked in Odontology area, but I love to cook, movies (Netflix!) and paint. I like astrology, healthy life, music and yoga.
Hey all! Im looking for a place to live in Sydney. I'm from Darwin and have moved down here. Im really social and fun. I work full time in Bondi Junction, but enjoy my weekends and few drinks here and there - not a party house but somewhere to have fun with friends. Im looking for a place, where I can have my own space and relax but have great housemates too. Im clean, quiet and considerate of others. I get along well with most people, always love to meet new people and I do enjoy others company.
I currently work in Paddington full time in the corporate construction industry and am also continuing my studies. I am also trying to start up my own business online with the eventual dream of being able to do contract (6 months) construction work and travel in between once i graduate. As such, I am a busy person although I do love to pause my day and have a good chat. I love to listen to people's stories and learn about other cultures, lives and subjects that I don't necessarily have a personal interest in. I am often attending seemingly random events or activities, such as this past week I went to a lecture at the powerhouse museum about Egyptian Mummies. I will not be finishing my studies until next year and will be around until at least May 2019 when I graduate, therefore I am looking for something long term. I am very clean and think mutual respect is so important in shared accommodation. I have no issues with guests and believe the place you reside should be your home where you are comfortable to do as you please. The reason I am looking to move is my housemates cousin has nowhere to live and they need my room for her.
Hi i'm Angus :). I'm a 27 year old Radiographer and have just taken a new job at Prince of Wales Hospital and want to relocate to the East! I am looking for other like minded young professional's to share and hang out with. I'm an easy going, social guy, who's always up for a chat, love to cook and will always contribute fairly to a household, in regards to cleaning and communal's. I'd be working 5-6 days a week, and would be home most evenings, but like to get out of the house on the weekends. Looking for a new home to be apart of, keen to save on rent and make some new mates. Need a place ASAP! :) Cheers!
We're looking for a room in a flatshare apartment. We enjoy arts and music gigs, usually live a pretty quiet life during the week. In the weekend often on the go, exploring art galleries, new music, hitting the beach, hanging out with friends, bbq, festivals. Get along with most people.
Hey, I've moved down from Brisbane just under a year ago for uni and work. I'm a barista and bartender. Love going out or doing just about anything really in my spare time. Very easy going and fun loving. Would love to move in with people around my age. I'm more than happy to hang and spend time with housemates and am quite respectful, but I do appreciate my alone time! I'd be ready to move in early to mid next week!
Hi! I am a 23-year-old easy going Swedish student starting at UTS this spring. I am already in Sydney and can meet up to look at apartments on short notice. I am a non-smoker, have no pets and I am clean and tidy. I like to have fun, eat nice food and enjoy trying new things! I am looking for a private or shared room in a shared house or apartment, somewhere not to far from UTS. Contact me for more info! Kind regards, Jennifer
Hey hey, I'm a 25 year old Australian, grew up down the coast in kiama and now looking around eastern suburbs area 🏄🏼 Looking to find a clean household to live in with another person or housemates who clean up after themselves. I enjoy having a chat and getting along with my housemates and respect peoples privacy. Ideally i would like my housemates to be in their 20s but mature. A car parking spot would be a bonus but not essential In my spare time i am either down the beach or playing sport.. I have regular income so paying rent ontime every week is no drama :) work full time Monday to Friday and sometimes Saturdays. Hit me up if you have got something similar to what I'm looking for and I'll come check it out... Cheers, Stuey
My name is Michelle, I'm 31 and employed as a Radiographer in a private practice in Randwick. During the week i tend to be pretty low key - but I usually go to the gym a few nights a week, and am currently (trying) to train for a half marathon. Weekends i like to be busy and get out and about! I'm looking for like-minded people, that are happy to hang out but independent as well. Drama-free, hassle free, respectful and friendly! Ideally a modern home where everything works would be great! Looking to move the weekend on the 26th of August but open to moving a week earlier for the right place
Hey! I'm Jakob, originally from Munich now starting my PhD here in Sydney at UNSW. Since I'm new to the city, it would be cool to live with active people that want to do stuff together once in a while - having a drink or two, hanging out at a nearby beach or music event, anything really. I'd say I'm pretty easy to get along with (ok, I guess everybody says that). I’ve been living in a student dorm for the last 5 years, i.e., I’ve been living together with loads of different kinds of folks which was a nice experience since there was always something going on in the flat. I don’t smoke and hence probably would appreciate flatmates that either don’t smoke or smoke outside. I also play acoustic guitar once in a while – so it would be nice if you guys have no major aversion to some (quiet) music coming from the room next to you =). Looking forward to hearing from you! Jakob
