My name is Oliver Wakelin. I’m 32. I grew up in Sydney. I’m currently studying a PhD by creative practice at the University of New South Wales, so over the next 3 years I’ll be writing a novel and a 30,000 word essay. I’ve secured a scholarship which covers my living expenses, so paying rent won’t be a problem. Prior to this I completed a law degree at Sydney Uni, and the acting course at WAAPA. I like to keep things neat, tidy and clean. I’m pretty laid back. Over the next three years I’ll be spending most of my time with my head in a book, and when I’m not reading and writing I like to socialise with friends. I like the outdoors, snorkeling (and learning to surf). I’m also a theatre reviewer (you can google my reviews). I'm really looking forward to hearing from you.
I'm a french guy, recently graduated from a master degree in the netherlands. Looking to work in sydney, i like surfing, climbing, and any other outdoor activities. I like to party and hangout as well. I've been living in Morocco, the netherlands and china before coming here.
Laid back and tidy couple who are seeking work in Sydney. Both on working holiday visas, love food, socialising but also having our own space...pets are a bonus! We have spent time in shared accommodation before and don't sit around all day acting coupley so not to make anyone feel awkward around us, we know how uncomfortable that can be. Looking for a double room with fellow like-minded people. We have two friends who we have previously lived with who also seek a home, if there's the possibility for an extra two rooms then let us know! Rhiannon: loves Netflix binging, reading, eating veggie food, cats and kangaroos. Saul: enjoys hiking, outdoor activities, and trying new foods. Hope we get in touch soon!
I’ve moved to Sydney from the UK February this year, I’m travelling around until mid March then will be looking to settle. I’m 24 and have lived in shared accommodation for the past 6 years (Uni then London afterwards) and am a very tidy and considerate housemate. I am a socialable person but also appreciate others privacy especially after a long day at work. I love running, hockey and tag rugby, but also love to chill out with a drink or film night :)
Hi I'm Karina, word traveller, foodie, music lover and hula hoop/vogue dance enthusiast. I work full time in communications in a public health setting. I'm always the cleanest person in any share house and love to meet and connect with new people. I'm looking for a clean, chill and friendly place in the Eastern Suburbs.
Chilled, down to earth working professional (Telco). Been in Sydney just over a year before that I was living on the Gold Coast. Preferably I would like to be back by the sea but close enough to all the action and public transport etc. Into usual stuff beach, gym, hiking, going on adventures. Message me if you need any info. Cheers Adam
Hi, I’m Adam and my girlfriends name is Lenka we are both from Ireland, I am a electrician and my girlfriend a chef, we are both Easy going , sociable, respectful, reliable, look forward to hearing from you.
I am moving from Canberra having completed a post graduate degree recently. Have been living in share-houses for some time and pretty chill on the home-front. I am a Fine Artist (drawing, installation, spatial/sculptural work..) and will begin curating again for cultural events and shows as well as some study in '19 . I hit the hills a couple of times a year for spiritual sabaticals and travel broader sometimes for work (exhibitions) when i can. I'm an avid cook and def up for spontaneous dinner table-time with housemates. I am at yoga or the gym most everyday and generally live a healthier life than ever before. I'm a Melbourne boy originally and lived o.s. London (work), New York (play), Vienna (study & the arts). Am fairly considerate of others and am down to join a good household or start a new one. . Good housemates would be: neat (i.e. cleans up after themselves), hygienic, considerate of others, endearing but not invasive, sharing but not a vamp, jovial but also a listener, knows that good taste in cultural commodities is interchangeable with cheesiness, healthy mind healthy bodies. . Am happy to go semi-vegan depending on the situ and i have some quasi-flash furniture to contribute to the right place.

I am a Brazilian biologist, moving to Sydney to start my PhD at UNSW. I have a lot of experience in sharing houses with others because I have lived in many places. It would be great to share a flat and to make new friends! It is important to keep in mind that I arrive in Sydney on February 14th. I will only be able to make a deal after checking the place (in person).
My name is Jennifer and I’ve just arrived in Sydney for studies. I’m from Sweden originally but I’ve been in Australia before traveling and working so its really good to be back. I’m friendly and outgoing, tidy and always up for a drink or two!
We are two argentinian girls looking for a place near the beach that allows us to relax and share moments with friends. Celeste has a degree in business administration and I am a counsellor. We are interested in traveling all around Australia. We are friendly and like order and cleanliness. We like chilling and also we like going out at night. Sometimes we like having dinner and hanging out. If you want to know us let me know. Thanks for your time. Cheers.
Hi there, I'm an IT/Design professional who has spent most of my adult life in Sydney. As a designer my work involves a rare combination of analytical and creative skills and I find that in my spare time I enjoy the company of creative and open minded people. Generally I'm introverted but still sociable and I enjoy an in depth chat, especially about the world, travel, or anything creative. Although I'm 47, many of my friends are in their 30s. I get along well with people of all ages and have good friends anywhere from late 20s to 60. I'm a non-smoker, and a social drinker. I generally don't drink a lot but I especially enjoy quality single malt whisky, good craft beer, and at times decent red wine. I also really enjoy music (live and recorded) and I play several instruments - mainly guitar and bass, but also dabble in any other instruments that may be laying around. I have some dietary restrictions (by choice) and enjoy cooking my own food at home. I'm totally happy to make a little extra for flatmates if they like what I'm cooking. I'm digitally agnostic in that I like Android mobile, but much prefer Macs, OSX and iPads for my digitally creative activities. I've recently returned from over a year of world travel and about to start some new contract work in the Sydney CBD. I currently have a place on the mid north NSW coast in Port Macquarie and I'm looking for a place to live in Sydney while I'm contracting. Initially the contract is for 4 months, but has a likely chance of extending, or even being made permanent. I would be returning to my place in Port Macquarie some weekends as an escape from the city, but will be around all week and some weekends in Sydney. I have many friends in Sydney so may be out and about some week nights, but will definitely be at home many nights. I'm up for a social game of tennis with anyone who may be interested and I enjoy getting out into nature, parks, beach etc whenever I get the chance. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people as part of this next phase of my life. Jai (pronounced Jay)
I'm from England, have just spent 2 months travelling Asia and now moving to start my journey in Aus! Got a 1 year holiday visa and will be looking for work as soon as I arrive. Have managed to meet 4 people from my travels living in Sydney who I'm hoping to reconnect with when I arrive! Back home I was a Regional Manager for a fitness company, so into training, sports, and anything active! Live to socialise and meet new people. Looking for somewhere to start my journey in Sydney and see what happens from there... currently plans set in stone.
