Ill be working in toowoomba for 6 months or maybe more. So im Looking for a room from monday night to friday night. Ill be gone on the weekends back to brissy.
All hard working/ studying vet/equine students. We all have horses and enjoy the football (cowboys all the way). Clean and tidy, all outgoing and social personalities but all have to study hard during semester.
Easy going, clean and keep to myself. I work 2 jobs and can pay my own way. I work most weekends so I'd rather a quite place to live. Looking for a place in highfields as I can't stand the city. I work in both highfields and crows nest
I'm a mature-aged PhD student, transferring from UQ St Lucia out to Gatton. I'm a quiet and calm country lady, independent and responsible, single, tidy around the place and I like to cook, garden and care for pets or livestock (yours or the landlords - mine are in SA). I'm a mum to one independent, adult son interstate. Having a happy and harmonious sense of home is important to me, though I'm not a major people person. As my current housemate has won his ideal job interstate (yay for him!) and I've transferred into the Vet School, I will be relocating out of Brisbane. I'm seeking a team up or perhaps a granny flat, unit or small home alone. I just need a low-stress, no fuss living arrangement that enables me to focus on my academic goals. Other mature-aged or international students are ideal housemates for me, or anyone who isn't prone to dramatics and conflict. More about me for potential housemates: I read and write fiction as a hobby and love to travel internationally. It would be great to have someone who enjoys an occasional chat or meal together if its convenient, but who is independent too. I keep to myself largely, but it's important not to fall into the abyss of PhD life, so it would be great if you have knowledge of good movies and series to share with me when my glazed-over eyes can't read or write another word. I will cook nice things and share them with you in return. I can bring some furniture (fridge, lounges etc) if required. I have a reliable car so can travel a little to Gatton campus, and I require undercover garaging for it. I'm happy to be on a rural allotment or even caretake farmland and animals - and have experience in doing this. I'd prefer to have my own bathroom and reliable internet services available at the property is a must too. Either fans of air conditioning is another preference. All else is negotiable.
Hi my name is Jacky, I'm an agribusiness student at UQ in Gatton. I'm currently looking for a short-term share house as I complete an internship in Toowoomba from November 20th to February 12th. If this job goes well I may be offered a longer position. I am also studying part time as well during that period which means that internet needs to be available for external study. I am pretty chill but also very clean and quiet as well. I will be working full-time during the weekdays and will probably be alternating between my sister's place in Brisbane and the family farm in the bunyas on the weekends but I am up for going out and making new friends in Toowoomba as well :). Feel free to message me if you have a room or would like to teamup. Cheers
My name is Aiden, I'm studying Agribusiness and Equine Management Dual Degree at UQ - Gatton. During the Summer Break I'm doing an internship in Toowoomba between the period of 18th November till 9th February and will be looking for a place to live during this period. A little about me: Home is Dubbo NSW, but studying in QLD. I'm a down to earth, chilled person, pretty funny, coffee! I love coffee, watching movies and the occasional glass of bubbles or a great northern. I love animals especially horses (don't have one currently) and I'm allergic to cats (so prefer if you don't have one, but if you do I'll just sneeze a lot). I'm a neat and tidy person who pulls their weight with jobs around the house. Would like to live with people who enjoy hanging out and doing stuff after work, but if you just like to keep to yourself that's completely fine to. I usually go away for weekend, but sometimes do enjoy just doing nothing and watching movies and having a lazy weekend. I go the gym when I can, trying to get that summer bod happening (for 21 years now). Would love to live with a group of people who become like a little family and friends and enjoy our time together. If the internship goes well might be offered a part time job so might end up living in Toowoomba longer and doing uni externally for a year.
I am a Ranger with the QLD Parks & Wildlife Service. I work full time and head back to Brisbane a fair bit. I like my own space and would ideally love a granny flat, or space on a property. That said, I am very friendly and personable. I would love it if you have a dog!
I'm an easy going 29yr old guy who likes to live in a clean environment. Happy to help with chores etc. My role involves a fair bit of travelling during the week, so like to have pretty relaxing weekends.
I'm a clean and tidy middle aged bloke that knows how to cook, clean, can mind my own business and I'd hardly ever be at home....oh and I've got a very well trained kelpie collie cross named Bella that everybody loves.
