I currently study a double degree at the ANU, (heading into my 4th year, yikes) and also work part time at Calvary Hospital as a Health Information Officer. I'm a really friendly person, love a good meal, especially with a good drink to go with it. Ooo, and I'm getting really into cooking over the last year, so be prepared for homemade goods to be shared with the house!
I'm moving to Canberra from Melbourne to work at IP Australia starting in May. Pretty quiet, but looking forward to making new friends. I like crossfit, drawing and dogs.
I'm Margot. I'm 24 and French. I'm an easy going person who likes to clean up after myself, and I respect other tenants privacy and personal space. I'm a non-smoker. I love cooking - I will be happy to cook French meals for my roomate(s) to try. In my free-time I also enjoy working out, swimming, reading and traveling! I was raised in both French and English, I also speak Italian and a little bit of Spanish and German.
Hi! I'm a new grad RN working at Canberra Hospital until mid August this year, where I'll most likely be returning to QLD. I do shift work (AM, PM, Nights) full-time so I will be seeing you at odd hours of the day. I'm laidback, tidy, quiet, and am most seen binging on Netflix when I'm not at work. I'm happy to make new friends though don't overstep boundaries when it comes to personal space. I am also looking for a place that is open to letting my partner stay for a new days in March as he lives back up in QLD. Also will be going out of the country in June 24th-July 22nd. Feel free to message me any questions! And I am the one on the left! :)
My name is Shani I’m down to earth and don’t mind having a chat and a laugh, I’m new to Canberra, have been overseas the past couple of years and just moved here from Sydney. I’m clean and tidy and respect the privacy of others :).
Originally from Melbourne, I’m looking for a place that’s fully furnished (including in the room) as I don't have furniture with me. A little about me… • 30yo (big kid at heart) professional male currently studying a Masters part time; • Grew up on the Gold Coast but actually a Melbourne boy; • I've had 10+ years experience living in share housing with both males and females; • I'm clean, tidy and considerate, but also sociable - so we can hang out... or not and do our own thing; and, • My interests include travel, entertainment (reading/tv shows/movies), volleyball and socialising. Let me know if you think it could be a good fit and when's suitable for an inspection - Looking to move in from mid-Feb to early Mar (latest 9-10 Mar).
My name is Lani and I am 21 studying music at ANU (about to graduate) and working full time. I love everything musical, I also love nature and getting outdoors. I am super laid back and very friendly. I take pride in being a peace keeper and a thoughtful and considerate person. I am tidy and very respectful of privacy but very happy to hang out and would love to be friends with my housemates. My boyfriend lives in the US but is coming to stay with me from May 9 - August 7 therefore I am looking for a place open to couples.
My name is Andrew. I'm 35, quiet and easy going. Originally from the NSW Sapphire coast, I now work full time as an irrigation technician out of Fyshwick ACT. I enjoy outdoor activities and generally being around people. I am pet friendly but dont have any pets.
Hi there! I am relocating from Melbourne to Canberra to commence a full-time professional role in March 2019. I am hoping to arrive and move in by 11/3/19. I have lived in sharehouses in Melbourne for many years and am very respectful of other people’s privacy, and well versed in living with others. Outside of work, I am really excited to get amongst what Canberra has to offer in terms of sports, food and wine and outdoor activities!
Hi, I'm Chris, I'm relocating to Canberra because of an interstate transfer through my company. I'm gathering a few roomies together so that we can all live more comfortably, preferably 3 or 4 people sharing a large luxury house. I want the house to have an uplifting culture where everyone is happy and looks out for each other. If you're interested then lets chat :)
Hello, we are a young couple looking for a flat were we have an easy commute to work and can also chill with our cat. We are both currently employed in the pet industry, me as a vet nurse and Sam as an assistant store manager in a pet shop. We own one cat, a very laid back, 10 year old, British Short Hair called Pushkin. She is fully vaccinated, up to date on flea and worming, and is strictly an indoor only cat. The reason we are moving out of our current flat is we don't have a kitchen, and we want to improve our lifestyles by cooking more. We are both into music but our instruments are practiced quietly so not to disturb anyone. We are quiet people and often work long hours, but we are also happy to have a chat if we run into you. We are preferably looking for a small flat (with a kitchen!), but we are also happy to share a house if the people are right. If you have anymore questions please let us know!

Hi everyone! My name is Kerry from Brisbane and I am planning to move to Canberra at the start of March. Little About Me: I am a recent civil engineering graduate who is easy going, clean, tidy and respectful of others. I enjoy being outdoors, playing sports (even though I am not very good at it), binge-watching TV shows and meeting new people. I am always keen to have a little bit of banter and a chat with others in my free time however, I do understand the privacy and quiet time of others. As I will be working in Phillip, my preferred location would be in the south side, however I am quite flexible as I do have a car. My current budget is around $200-$250 pw including utilities (negotiable if the place is right). Looking for a place to stay for in the long run (ideally 9-12 months+). Let me know if you think I will be the right fit for you place! Cheers, Kerry
I am moving to Canberra in the next month or so to work at the hospital. I have lived in share houses for 2 years and I am tidy, respectful and easy going. I am looking for a social household. I enjoy being active, reading and being outside.
Hey there! I'm easy-going, friendly and not a bad cook. I just moved to Canberra from Sydney to work as a dietitian. I enjoy being outdoors, trying to learn the guitar, going out for a dance but also staying home to read/watch netflix. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people but am also respectful of people's personal space and time.
APS graduate moving to Canberra from Melbourne in early February. I am an easy-going person who enjoys a healthy balance of socialising and time spent alone. I have previous shared housing experience whilst living abroad in France. I always ensure the place is neat and tidy as if it were my own property. I love meeting new people and enjoy spending my spare time keeping active, exploring Canberra, playing sports, binge watching netflix and having a good time over quality food and beers.
I am Rodrigo, 33yo, Brazilian, I have been working as a Retail Business Executive for 13 years. I have been living in Perth for 15 months. I just arrived in Canberra, I am studying Leadership and Management. I am clean, tidy, respectful, sociable, I like sports, movies, going out, drinking socially, playing and listening to music.
Hey! I'm moving to Canberra from Brisbane for a graduate job. Looking for a place to live near Forrest. I like my alone time, but I also like to get out and explore on the weekends. Would prefer to live with someone who is not going to host wild parties every weekend :)
I have been living in Canberra for three years while studying law and public policy at the ANU. I work a few times a week at a progressive NGO and try to be involved in environmental/humanitarian activist causes/movements. I've recently moved out of the student housing co-op and I'm looking for somewhere within about a 30 minute cycle from Civic and preferably northside. I have a few bikes - hoping to get into mountain biking so maybe more - and really enjoy cruising along on my way to work or whatever. In my spare time I love kicking back and watching a movie and sometimes I play around with music production. I keep communal spaces clean and am generally a pretty quiet person but tolerant of all levels of activity so I think a good fit for either end of the quiet/busy sharehouse spectrum. I clean up after myself and am conscious of the space I take up. I try to be as environmentally conscious as possible around the house when it comes to reducing waste and composting/recycling. Having some good sharehouse dinners is something i'm looking forward to! I would really appreciate somewhere with a big backyard or a shed that I could establish a bit of a workshop. If you've got your own vision for the garden but need a hand I am happy to be a labourer. Ultimately I want a place that I can take care of and make my own in some way - whether that be in my room or in the garden or having a workshop. My budget is $190 or less, no need for furnishings, I am currently subletting on a week to week basis from a friend and am happy to move in straight away. I can provide 2 years rental history and references as well as other documents as necessary. I'm located in Watson so I am happy to zip around on my bike if you'd like to meet me. Thanks and hope to hear from you :) Will
Hi potential new housemates! My name is PJ, i’m 23 and work in consulting. A bit about me: I’ve lived across six countries growing up and have an accent that nobody can really put a finger on. I also have a thing for happy socks. I’ve called Canberra home for the last 7 years and have no plans for leaving anytime soon. I like to get on my bike on the weekends and appreciate a good coffee, my favourite at the moment is ONA in Manuka. I’m tidy and respect personal space, but am always up for a chat and a coffee. I would like to live with fun and professional people. I am sociable and like to be in good company. Food, music, travel is my jam. Look forward to hearing from you, PJ
