I'm very tidy and outgoing. And I dare say I'm a pretty amazing cook who likes to share culinary experiments. This semester, I will be studying at QUT :) I'm looking for some friendly people to live and laugh with. Cheers :)
Hi my name is Romany. I’m 20. Non smoker. I don’t particularly drink but but love a little red wine in my pasta of course. I will definitely have a nice chat but also very much love having my own space. Very tidy. I work as a tour guide at Boggo road jail and just graduated from a theatre degree but will be starting my Masters of teaching at QUT next year. I Love my plants. I unapologetically own a lot of blue. I have a car so I’m hoping to get a place with somewhere to park it. I wouldn’t prefer a place shared with a small number of flat mates as I’ve lived in mass share accommodation for the past three years. Ensuite bathroom would be a major plus of course.
Hi I'm Michael! I'm open to moving just about anywhere in Brisbane. I'm a Law/Arts student at Griffith University. I've only just finished my first semester there so I'll be studying for quite some time yet. I'm definitely keen to have a drink on some weekends and go out, but I also love to head to the beach for a swim and a surf. I love being outside, but I'm equally happy powering through movies/a tv series in a ridiculously short amount of time. I'm currently only working 10 hours a week, but I'll be doing some maths and physics study over the summer break to keep me busy. I'm also planning to increase my work hours, fit in some camping trips, and learn to code! I receive youth allowance fortnightly (and will soon receive rent assistance) as a full time student. Coupled with my income from part time work (or even without it), this is more than enough to cover all living expenses. Paying rent and bills on time won't ever be an issue! Please feel free to message me if you think I'd be a good fit for your place :)
Marketing professional returned to uni to study primary education (just finished first year 💃🏼). I work 3-4 days/wk. Non-smoker, social drinker. Like to get outdoors, hiking etc. Not a big tv consumer. Come with a 9yo Great Dane X Mastiff (only 41kg!) who loves pats, cuddles and food. He’s friendly with other dogs, we currently live with a boisterous Frenchie. We’re moving back to Brisbane after an 18mth stint on the GC and looking for a friendly house that wants all the perks of a dog but none of the responsibility! Must have at least a small yard (Angus is old and doesn’t need much room), that is well fenced. Not fussy on room mate’s as long as they are happy, normal and nice — and like dogs!
I am working full time as a software engineer in the Valley, I finished my electrical engineering degree at QUT mid-2018. I mostly keep to myself but enjoy socialising as well, especially if there are a couple of drinks and some good conversation involved. I've been sharing a house in Red Hill for 3 years, but we are going our separate ways early 2018, and then I'm going to Los Angeles for 3 months for work until May. So I am looking for somewhere nearby to move into with new people from early May. For hobbies I play a couple of musical instruments (not while people are trying to sleep :D ), play some games on my computer, and I always have a few side projects on the go.
I am 22 and currently working full time in the Valley. I am happy being social or quiet but I would prefer a house where I can get to know my housemates and share a cheeky sundowner every now and again. At the end of the day though, when it comes to the culture of a house I am like the ultimate puzzle piece that can fit in any part of the puzzle. 😱❤️
Young professional working in research for UQ and as an Oral Health Therapist. Relocating from Rockhampton in Feb 2019. I’ve been house sharing/renting since 2011 and know how to be a clean, respectful team member :) Originally from a farming town in WA and consider myself very easy going with a decent sense of humour and good banter. I’m a package deal with my 5yr old sooky staffy X boxer, Lardy. She is the perfect housemate and loves pats, walks, eating grass, chasing birds, tacky Kmart outfits and the occasional spoon. Non-destructive and can provide rental references! In my free time I enjoy a wine and chats (especially if cheese is involved), yoga, wasting my future house deposit on smashed avo, and checking out live music and markets. I probably won't be around much on weekends as my partner will be living and working on the Sunshine Coast.
Hi there, I am working holiday in Australia from May this year. We stayed on the Gold Coast for seven months. Now my boyfriend is coming to Brisbane for an internship. We are both Taiwanese, very friendly, easy going and will keep the room clean. I know many landlords don't take couples. But we get along very well with the landlord on the Gold Coast. So I think I can also find a suitable rental house in Brisbane:)
Hey hey! I am moving to Brisbane in early February with work and consequently need somewhere to sleep and prepare bolognaise. I am travelling from Cairns so I look forward to experiencing this thing you call “winter”. I am a full time Civil Engineer and am usually quite busy between work, exercise and socialising. During the week I am quite busy and you may see me in passing, and on the weekends I like to go and explore somewhere new and go out for a drink with friends. I am looking for a place that is kept organised and has respectable and fun housemate/s. I’ve been in the sharehouse game for a number of years now and I like my home to look like a home rather than ‘that place where things are kept’. I’d like to become friends with my new housemate but not in an overbearing way. Basically like a Phoebe/ Joey relationship.
Hi I’m Gabby, I’m 20 and I’m looking for a new place to call home! I study Marketing/Fashion at QUT and work at Eat St 3-4 nights a week so I’m kept pretty busy. I do all my own cooking and am happy to make more for others too. I pitch in to help with the household cleaning and always tidy up after myself. I’d love to find a fun, social place to live and make new friends, but I also keep to myself when I’m busy. I have a lot of my own furniture and appliances (couch, TV unit, TV, fridge, washing machine, microwave toaster etc.) that I can contribute if needed but also happy to store it if the house is fully furnished. So if your house has lots of natural light and fun times, I think we’d be a perfect fit!
Hello There! I’m easy going person, organized, tidy person, respectful and pretty clean person, especially when it comes to communal or shared spaces. I like sport activities, gym, beach. I don’t smoke and social drink only, I love wine.I'm a great cook I think :), and don't mind cooking for you. Overall, I'm a friendly, easy going person who is open for a chat or a drink.I’m looking for a fully furnished single room and preferably something all-inclusive with the rent for long term. Cheers Mate! :)
Hi! I'm a third year student at QUT studying optometry, originally from Toowoomba. I love plants, the outdoors, watching movies, music, and having people around for company. Also very respectful of privacy and cleanliness. Looking forward to hearing from you!
G'day, I will be beginning my 2nd year studying at uq md program and want to be near the rbwh. I plan on also finding a part time job. Location can be near the PAH as well as I would ideally like to attend lectures; anywhere between PAH and RBWH will be considered. I like cooking socializing soccer yoga hiking and camping paying my rent on time I don't like poison oak electronic mail nicholaspolussa at google mail dot com thanks for reading, cheers
I am 32, I work at Qld Health as an Occupational Therapist. I like to spend my time going out to gigs and socialising, but I tend to keep that to the weekend. I also like to chill, go to the markets and yoga. I also have a two year old labradoodle who is a gem, so would need to be a fully fenced pet friendly place!
Hi! We're a pair of friends looking for a third roommate or more! We both love playing board games and get competitive over who's the best uno player. We're happy to share our food, and David will happily cook any recipe you like, as long as you ask nicely! We're also both really keen to make friends with our roommate, and would love to be able to do group activities like bowling and escape rooms! We're also both very tidy, and love relaxing and chilling on the couch talking about absolutely nothing. David has two cats, Spencer (the older sister), and Griffin (the annoying baby brother), and will be bringing them with him! We're looking for a relatively cheap place even if that means getting further from the heart of Brisbane and into the suburbs, and hoping for a place with a yard. We’re not a couple, and need seperate roooms. We're extremely flexible with move dates and can move anytime in January. The max budget listed is our combined max budget, but if we could get cheaper that'd be even better!
We are a couple, both 24 years of age with our one year old medium sized dog, Archie. We are relocating to Brisbane from Cairns. I am a newly graduated Registered Nurse awaiting placement at a hospital in Brisbane and am currently employed within Hilton Hotels. Sam, my partner will be commencing an apprenticeship when we relocate. We are quiet at home and respectable of personal space. Archie has been socialised well with other dogs and cats and absolutely loves people. We are looking for somewhere that will accept the three of us to make our relocation a little smoother before we look into a more permanent place to base ourselves.
Hey there! I’m Courtney, I work a bartending job in New Farm, a waitressing position in Virginia, and study Criminology in Mount Gravatt. So that’s roughly all of Brisbane covered 👍🏼 I’m looking for a place within 10mins to 15mins drive of new farm/city area My schedule is busy so I’m not home a lot, however as I work night shifts I need a place that’s quiet so I can sleep after shift Doesnt bother me living with males/females/ couples as long as everyone cleans after themselves. I’m single so no partners to worry about. I’ve been sharehouse living since I was 18 and I’d consider myself a pretty clean, self sufficient housemate. Any questions shoot me a message. Cheers Courtney
Hey! I'm Mariah, 24, I work part time in the city while I work on finishing my biomed degree.. I'm looking for (maybe just one?) housemate to share with somewhere pretty central. But I'm open to more roomies or a little further out depending on the people and the place. I ultimately just want to meet like-minded, relaxed, friendly, but respectful people who might have a room available or who want to find something together!
Hey I’m Jarrod and im starting my studies at QUT next year as an engineering student. I’m a pretty quiet guy who likes to play video games and watch sport. I’m clean and tidy and am looking to make some new friends while I start my studies.
