Hello, I'm Shannon. I currently live in Newcastle NSW, and I am looking for a place in or near the City of Brisbane. As it will only be myself, a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment would be suitable. I would prefer the place to be near bus stops and train stations. I Can as well pay for Rent and Bond straight up in advance :] I will be coming up to Brisbane this month i need a place . I currently seek benefits, however once moved, I will be looking for a new place to work part time, and/or apply to Tafe to study. Paying rent on time will not be a problem, I have not rented before, apart from off of my own mother, as I pay fortnightly to stay in her home, so I do ask that you give me a shot. I am desperately looking for a place, and am able to adapt to new places and situations well. For contacting purposes, please message me on here. or text me on my mobile phone. I will get back to you as soon as possible. It would mean the world to me if you could help me out . Thank you for taking the time to read this Ad. I very appreciate it for you giving the time to read this Cheers >:}
Hey there, I am currently looking for a flatmate to move in with me as I am leasing a new apartment. It would be around $200 a week rent for a room, in a central location close to public transport and to the CBD. I am 20 years old, love to travel and I am very easy to get along with. I am studying Pharmacy and work part time as a Tutor. If you are interested in moving into a new furnished apartment feel free to message me! Thanks, Mallory
I'm a 28 yo Australian male, non-smoker, non-drinker. Looking for a clean room in Brisbane or on the Gold Coast with an ensuite. Looking for somewhere quiet with no drug users, no domestic violence and no smoking. This includes people who have recently quit smoking (it's sad I have to actually write all of that, but experience tells me I do). I'm extremely quiet and tidy. I'm very friendly but I also tend to just keep to myself. Air conditioning and/or ceiling insulation is a must. I would put a photo up but it tends to attract weird people. Anyways, if you're normal, hit me up. I'm keen to move into a place as soon as possible. I can provide evidence that I can pay rent on time (I've never missed one payment).
I'm so much easy going with nice energy, organizated, know how to make everything in the house (like cook, clean, wash my clothes, etc) , respectful, friendly, always up to a chat (but I respect the space of other people) and I'm clean. I am not looking a house parties but I like to chat and drink a wine and beer with friends sometimes. I'm Environmental engineering and I came to Brisbane to study Business Administration. By the way, I'm 26.
I love to cook, travel, listen to music and spend time outdoors. Passionate about healthy, sustainable living and the environment. Doing my second year in Masters and placement, hopefully, I will be working full-time next year.
I have just accepted to cover a friend's lease until the 12th of May, so I am looking for a long-term room to move in after that date. I know it is very early to look for an house but I decided to leave the add in the search for a great house-match :-) I am a scientist and a life lover - currently enrolled full-time in a PhD project. I am Italian but I have been living in multiple countries, which, I think, has made me a very adaptable and respectful human being :-) . I have been in Brisbane for about two years now. After a bit of traveling (for work) I will soon need again a place to call "home". I have my own bed, so I am strictly looking for an unfurnished room -or for a room where the existing forniture (bed) can eventually be stored away. I can be extremely clean, and I am used to leave common spaces in an educate and tidy fashion. I am sociable, like beer, and from time to time, enjoy having a friend over for dinner or drinks. I would not oppose to parties, as long as they are organised with respect and consent. That said, I am generally quiet and enjoy my own space. When I am very busy I can disappear from the house and hibernate in my office for some days. Ideally I am looking for a share-house with other mature, open-minded people with a lively spirit. I am a keen surfer, and a regular swimmer. I also love fishing and camping in the weekend. I have a thing for fixing forniture and I am pretty good at growing tomatoes. I have a great relationship with pets, although I don't have the time to care about my own at this time of my life. Finally, I am queer, currently in a long-distance relationship with a beautiful Italian woman, who may visit once or twice a year (my gf usually visits for 20 days and we travel for most of the time :-) ).
Hi folks! My name is Simon and I'm looking to rent a room on a short-term basis from early April until late June (I can be flexible with the exact dates if need be). I'm a friendly, considerate, non-smoking 36 year old professional (and online student!) who is about to move overseas to start my own business. I do a bit of driving for Uber in the evenings too, so I'll need a place to park my car (street parking is fine). I speak a few languages and am happy living in a multicultural house or apartment. I don't have any pets but I'm happy to live with people who do. If you have a bbq at your place I'm very happy to cook you up something awesome as well... or I can bring my Weber along :-) I'm looking for something within a 10-15min drive of the CBD but I can be a bit flexible with that - my budget could be a little flexible for the right type of place too. I'll consider all types of accommodation as long as I have my own private room. Looking for a welcoming environment with no messy slobs or unnaturally obsessive neat-freaks; just nice, normal people. Happy to consider house-sitting as well. Hope to hear from you :-)
Hey there! I'm planning on moving to Brisbane in May and I'm looking for a private room or 2-3 girls to rent a sharehouse with. I'll be working part time and studying but I'm always up for a chat. I'm a clean and easygoing person who loves wine, Netflix and the gym. I was looking at living close to the city but I could be persuaded to venture further out for the right place and people.
Hey, I'm Kam. :) I've been studying a bachelor of music, but having a year off this year and working in the hospitality sector. In my free time I play in a few guitar ensembles, learn Auslan (Australian Sign Language), go to see concerts, hang out with friends, go latin dancing, watch movies/tv shows/docos. Have lived in a few sharehouses over the years, so am well used to chipping in with keeping the house a nice place to live (cleaning etc) and being a good housemate. :) It's also important to me to have a household where we all get along. Doesn't mean we have to hang out 24/7 (because alone time and doing other stuff is important too) but would like to hang out sometimes and not be strangers. Also important that future housemates are LGBT+ friendly as I fall under that umbrella. :)
Full time Occupational Therapist, friendly, fun, clean. Im very social and love to hang out and have a drink with friends but also not keen on partying every night!
Full time Flight Attendant Great person to live with, sociable although respectful of personal space. Very clean & tidy person When I'm not working I'm out with friends or visiting family. Don't smoke, occasional drink.

A fun, friendly, enthusiastic Australian-Canadian couple! We are moving to Brisbane from Coolangatta, and for our next adventure, this is the place to be! We are looking for a laidback place to call home. Jasmin is studying a degree in secondary education via distance, and Marcus has just arrived in Australia from Canada on a working holiday visa. We are tidy, clean, easy going, very sociable and always up for housemate activities, but respectful of space and down time. We love pets, espeically dogs, so that is not a problem for us! In our free time we like to hang out with friends, play sports, go to the beach, explore and just have fun. We would be great additions to your household! Have we missed anything? Feel free to ask us any questions, or to ring/text us on our number listed above. Thank you for your time! Jasmin & Marcus
