Hey, Im Jaz a Happy easygoing person who is clean and tidy. Im 32 and have 2 children aged 11 and 8 who are well behaved, tidy and respectful of other peoples property. We are looking to Rent a room or 2. For a couple of months. We will only be there one week a month as I work 2 weeks away at a time. We are pet friendly and are happy to stay with someone who also has children or is child friendly. I would prefer the Springfield lakes, Augustine heights or Redbank plains area as my kiddies go to school in springfield lakes. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
I am after an existing room to rent, or even someone to find a new place to lease... preferably the second option so we can start fresh. Females only preferred. I am not a party person, I’m pretty clean, reliable and can definitely fend for myself. I’m pretty quiet, but always up for a catch up and a glass of wine or something at the end of the day! Definitely would like to make some new friends out of this anyway. I come with 2 Ragdoll cats (strictly indoor only) who are pretty chilled out most of the time, they just wanna hang out with humans most of the time and love cuddles and scratches! I have put that I am only looking for 6 months at this stage but am happy I am definitely open to staying longer if it’s the right fit!
I am quiet, clean and keep to myself, however I do enjoy socialising! I work fulltime at a cafe and spend majority of my spare time binge watching netflix or I'll be at the gym. I am reliable and friendly
I’m a really outgoing but peaceful person, I respect other people’s privacy, I keep to myself most of the time. I don’t have friends over, I don’t constantly have people over (I literally never bring people home). I am a tidy person, I Just need somewhere close to bellbird park to live.
I am very quiet and tidy. I do have two dogs (greyhounds) who are extremely friendly and love to have a cuddle. I walk them every day, and they sleep the other 23 hours a day. I do work shift work full time in the city at a call centre, so would require someone who is comfortable being home with the dogs for short periods of time if you happen to be home at the same time. I do have almost an entire house of furniture and appliances. I love Star Wars, Batman and Parks & Recreation.
Work weekly rotating shifts so am rarely home. Pay bills on-time and like to keep rent ahead of schedule. Very healthy food wise and workout in free time so literally never home haha. Can talk just about anything and everything so not the weird guy when we do interact.
Easy going, respectful, can be social but can also be quite, I am a smoker but I smoke outside, clean, enjoy cooking and baking, non drinker and don't have parties,
I work full time as a co store manager, I mostly do nights so you’ll really only see me in the mornings unless it’s my day off, I like to be sociable and to cook. I love a good drink but rarely get out and about due to work. I currently spend most of my spare time going to the gym and then watching movies. Once comfortable I can provide quality banter and humour.
Hi I'm Maddie, I'm 21 and will be studying a Bachelor of Education specialising in Early Childhood at USQ's Springfield campus commencing Feb 2019 and am looking for a place to stay near by. I work part-time for Goodstart Early Learning and I am putting myself out here early to check out the options available and to also see if I can find people in the same boat to find a place with. I have a pet Bearded Dragon called Calcifer who I adore and who will be moving with me and I would like to have the option to have a parrot, cat or dog at some stage as my course is 4 years long so an animal-friendly household is preferred. I am single, straight, an omnivore, I don't have any children, am a non-smoker, don't do any sort of drugs and don't really drink much. I am a tidy person but certainly not a neat freak. I have pretty basic morals and respect and I will be studying so a quieter more laid-back environment would be nice. I would prefer to find other uni students. I am not fussed with the number of people or age/sex/religion of the people I live with, just the way those people treat each other and each other's property. I am a pretty laid back person and get along with nearly everyone, I haven't met a person I haven't been able to relate to in some way as I have a lot of interests and have had a lot of good and bad life experiences and enjoy most hobbies. I love camping, fishing, bush-walking, boating and exploring; but also love gaming, reading, show and movie bingeing and being a lazy bum. I love most genres of music and you could probably find any song ranging from Disney soundtracks to metal and I'd know it. I play piano and guitar and started when I was 9 with my dad and self-taught from then on. I am a massive animal/insect/arachnid creature lover and have a reptile, native bird and mammal license and have raised, rescued and captive bred then released a number of wild animals. I grew up pretty rural and have always had a decent number of animals around (my parents have cats, rats, mice, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, pigeons, doves, turtles, snakes and fish to name a few haha). But I have always had a passion for working with children even when I was one. My close friends and family would describe me as a bit geeky, dorky, bogany, princessey, hippy-ish, goth-ish, and a hopeless romantic. I have always been on both ends of the scale and fit equally into pretty much every personality genre but not fully into one. On the same token I am pretty predictable and have a normal routine. House/unit wise I would like to have an en-suite but shared bathrooms are fine, a double bedroom is required because of Calcifer's enclosure and my double bed and study area. Wireless internet is essential for studying and phone reception as well. If you will have a room available or are someone looking for people to rent a house with around Springfield in January-February 2019 and think we would get along please feel free to contact me :)
I'm happy to clean and overall help out with anything at all including: billing and other finances, technology and electronic issues, housework, study and more. Overall I've been in need of somewhere to go a long time and I never thought to use a site like this, hopefully it works out.
I work full time hours at a dirt bike shop. I am very big on being clean and tidy so I never leave a mess! I am usually a quiet person so you won’t hear much from me while I am home which isn’t often anyway. When I am not working, I am usually always out with friends or just doing outdoor activities. I spend a lot of time out with my dog as well. I do have a big puppy so you must like dogs! He is super friendly and the biggest sook you will ever meet but he is with family at the moment. I also have my own car and I run a business from home in my spare time so I am constantly busy.
Hello! I have a 8 month old Husky i am clean and friendly, mostly keep to myself... but i can be very sociable, my puppy loves to play! Is still a puppy so she does get quite frightened sometimes with loud noises she is toilet trained.. and doesn’t bark.. she does howl but only a couple times to go out to the toilet, i am currently unemployed .. but can always pay my rent on time (: I am a smoker so I would like a place that allows smokers, thanks (:
Hi, my name is Chol, I'm an African student currently making my way towards university. I'm a pretty clean person and like to leave my space nice and clean. When not studying or working I like to enjoy time with friends usually just hanging out or playing some video games over the Internet or just watching my favourite TV shows. Oh and yea I also work in I.T so that means I could probably fix pretty much anything electrical.

Hello, my name is Robert, and I am looking for a studio/granny flat housing or flatshare /houseshare. I am a creative cook after years of experimenting with novel combinations of ingredients given limited resources. I am educated and good for an intellectual conversation. My idea is fun is a video night working through cult animations or classics of cinema. I have a housing budget of $185 per week including utility and internet bills, so $160 for rent alone. I'm a mature age student who does some casual work to supplement Newstart income. I require walking distance access to regular public transport services. I am interested in most locations within 5km of a rail station, but listed transport hub suburbs in my profile preferences as a standin for that.
Just moved to Brisbane... I am clean and tidy... I enjoy listening to music and having bonfires or bbq with friends. I also enjoy quiet board game nights. I work in north Ipswich and looking to move a little closer. I do have a beautiful dog named timone... he is a Siberian husky and loves everyone. He doesn't mind being inside or outside. He is very chill like his owner.
