I'm an extremely organised person, and an eternal optimist who is easy going. I've done a lot of traveling and have become well accustomed to getting along with strangers! Moving up to Sydney to do my masters, also I plan on working party time (S&C coach/personal trainer). Always down to chill over some wine/home cooked meals/netflix!
I'm a British and have been in Australia for almost 2 and a half years. I'm moving to Sydney from Melbourne to take on a new role at work, and am looking for a new home to settle into. I work as a marketing/operations manager at a large tech company in the CBD. I work relatively long days, so whilst I'm definitely up for the occasional big night, I'm primarily looking for somewhere I can come home from work to at the end of the day with decent people who will chat to me over a glass of wine. Outside of the office I like working out, brunch and wine.
I'm a Civil Engineer studying a Master in Construction Project Management at UNSW. I'm looking for a place to live that feels like home, clean and organized, just like myself. I'm a relax and easy going person.
Looking for a room from 27th Feb. I'm a professional, English female who is working full time in the city. I'm looking for a nice place to make my home for a while. Ideally a furnished private room with a double bed. Own bathroom preferred ideally. I'm friendly and sociable but not a massive party-goer. Too old for that now! I work hard in the day and enjoy cooking/yoga/watching movies in the evenings. I'm very house proud and like living in a nice homely home. I'm naturally very neat and tidy, caring and considerate to others. I think I have a good sense of humour and easy to get along with. If you want to know anything else please ask.
I'm 24 and living in Redfern right now. I work full time in the city and host trivia every Wednesday night at Trinity Bar on Crown Street. I'm pretty social so I'm not home much during the week but when I am, it would be great to share a bottle of wine or a pizza :) I have a really good projector for movie nights and can cook pesto pasta in huge amounts because I have no self control haha I'm really easy going and ideally looking for something long term. Message me if you're interested!
I'm from Vietnam, having studied and worked in Singapore for 8 years. I'm currently a Master student in Sydney University. I'm a clean and organized person. I respect house rules and flat mates' privacy. During my free time, I like reading fiction books, listening to music and hanging out with friends. A big fan of cinema, travelling and photography.
Hi, I'm Michele! I'm 30 and born and bred in Sydney. I have just gotten back to Oz after leaving my marketing gig in NYC, and am headed back to uni on my path to starting my own nutrition/health & wellbeing business. I'm looking for a clean and comfortable place close to the city. I'm active (yoga) and like to be out and about. Despite heading back to uni I'm financially secure. I was raised pretty well so rest assured I am tidy and respectful. I'm very easy going and love a good chat (but appreciate others as well as my own privacy and downtime). One of my closest friends today started out as a roomie :)
Hi guys, I'm looking for a place to stay moving closer to work. About me: Really easy going, love the outdoors and of course chocolate 😋 I love thai and japanese food, jazz and soft pop, and I'm usually found around the house in the evenings cooking and having some social time w housemates. Very importantly I'm also clean and tidy and respectful of others. Any other q's please ask! Move in date is slightly flexible so give me a buzz if it looks close enough.
I'm an avid traveller and when I'm not overseas I'm studying Speech Pathology at USYD. Studied history in Italy and ate and danced my way around the world before coming to Sydney. I'm very well house trained, eat good food that won't make your stomach turn, drink wine and am a very easy going and active person.
I'm looking for just the right person to start a 2 bed house/flat share with. There's really some decent stuff out there to rent and I'm keen to make a new home that works for both of us. A bit about me: I'm a 27 yr old female from Cape Town, South Africa, here doing my phd in algae research. I like doing a lot of regular things: cooking, going to LGBT events, pretending to read books, actually watching Netflix, and painting. The painting part is important, because I'd like to live with someone who enjoys the idea of having someone painting in the living room as apposed to disturbed by it. (I paint quite large canvases). Rest assured I keep it all pretty tidy. Fresh. A great flat mate will be like-minded (up for the odd drunken philosophical discussion), be happy to do equal portions of cleaning, have a job, and be down with said arts and crafts activities. The perfect flatmate would have furniture for the place! This is a big stretch and I will certainly not rule out people who don't come furnished and frilled. We can figure that out later/get a furnished/semi furnished place. Looking forward to finding you my flatmate friend!
I am Inez, I have recently moved up to Sydney from Melbourne for a work project. I am a 21 year old working full time in Darlinghurst and would like to find a place closer to the city for the commute to be a little shorter since I work long hours. I am a friendly and bubbly person who attempts to win people over with cooking gigantic amounts of food and terribly delivered dad jokes. I am a very social person, and I would adore being in a social house where we could share a drink or a meal on occasion. However, I also understand and respect personal space and can be quiet and respectful. I do not drive so accessible public transport is a high priority of mine. I have been meaning to explore more of Sydney and so far I have been going to a lot of gigs, bookstores, I read a lot, as well as lots of art galleries and finding solace in a good beer garden. I would hope that I can move in as soon as possible and if anyone would want to have this groovy lady as a housemate feel free to shoot me a message. I also promise to make you cups of tea and sing alternating vocals of Bohemian Rhapsody with you if you ever need it, or just having a bad day :)
I am a researcher/epidemiologist who was raised and has got pharmacy education in Beijing, China then spent the past 10 years studying and working in Sweden. Have various interests, e.g. swimming, running, hiking, lots of sports, photography, etc. Love good food, especially seafood and vegetarian food. I like to follow some simple and easy recipes at home, rarely make red meat dishes at home though. As a working professional, I usually wake up around 6.30-7am and go to bed around 11.30pm. I enjoy afterwork, having dinner with friends, watching movie/documentary/tv, going to the gym/swimming pool, or joining some evening courses during weekdays' evenings. On weekend, I sometimes stay at home, work some extra hours, hanging out with friends in a relaxed way, or go for some outdoor activities. I am a clean, tidy and quiet lady and have good references from previous flatmates. Have lived in student corridor room, in shared apartment, and lately got my own apartment in Stockholm. I think I have got some experience living in an international environment and sharing and managing cleaning errands and bills. I like to have big and small plans for life and the future. My current plan is to do a two-year postdoctoral training in Sydney (at a research institute in Glebe), then to go back to Stockholm. It would be great if I can get to know more cool friends/flatmates that share similar values when it comes to shared housing. Looking forward to being contacted if you think I could be a proper candidate.
Me (Will) and my friend (Greg) are ideally looking for 2 private rooms in a house share or apartment. We would also consider a twin room. We will both in full time employment soon so we'll be working during the day Monday-Friday. During the week we spend most of our evenings in the gym or playing football and during the weekends we like to see friends.
IG: dennleodiaz Hi guys! I'm an American on working holiday 🇺🇸. I'm very relaxed, open minded, hard working, respectful, clean. Would love to find housemates who shares similar qualities. I enjoy a night out but equally enjoy being a couch potato. I believe there's a time and place for everything- that applies to having fun, and having a quiet relaxing day/night in. I'm super respectful with others' belongings so I expect the same. Cleanliness and organization are truly appreciated as well. I welcome queer and straight folks as long as there's respect. For further enquiries, please message me. Cheers! ✌🏽
My name is Liona, I'm 21 years old and I'm a law student from Frankfurt, Germany. I'm currently doing an internship at a law firm in Sydney. I'm a sociable and laid back person and of course tidy! Other than that I like cooking, I enjoy reading and also going out once in a while and having a casual drink on weekends :) I'm seeking a furnished place for 7 weeks
Looking for a place before 14 March 2017 - get in touch!!! I came to Australia as a backpacker over 7 years ago now and I am originally from Germany. In the meantime, I have lived in WA, NT and have become an Australian citizen. I work full-time in hospitality and study Holistic Nutrition at Nature Care College at the moment. I am interested in anything food and nutrition, have recently become a vegetarian (my flatmates can eat whatever they like though... :-) ) and try to live a rather balanced life. I visit the gym in my free time, love to go for walks and do yoga and meditation at home. I am social but not after living in a party house. I respect other people's space and go with the flow. If you are a full on introvert I will totally respect that. If you like to chat, I am up for it. I have a 4 year old medium-sized puppy who likes cuddles and playtime. He likes other dogs but - same as with us humans - not everyone, so if there would be another dog they have to meet each other first... He requires a yard and some decent outdoor space for himself. Otherwise he is very easy going and not much trouble. I actually would love to find a place with another dog so that he has a mate again since he grew up with other dogs and misses them very much. I would like to find an existing share-house anywhere near Ashfield (I work there) or along the train line towards Ashfield. I don't have a car and walk/ride to work or take public transport. If all of this sounds appealing to you, don't wait and get in contact with me!
I'm Hannah, 27, recently moved to Sydney from London with work. I'm looking for double room with social housemates who are easygoing, fairly house trained and more friends than just housemates. A bit about me: I’ve just moved to Sydney, I already have a few good friends here so I'm quite independent but definitely up for making more. I’m going to be here for at least a year and plan to spend my weekends exploring Australia or doing something active/hiking/biking/swimming etc. That said, you may also find me doing the opposite and binge watching a series or two. Work can be pretty full on so I'm normally pretty chilled during the week but I can usually be convinced to go for drinks/dinner now and then :)
Hi guys, I have just returned home from abroad, working in property. I am mature, clean, sociable, and respectful of others property and space. I am looking to move in asap! Hope to hear from you!
I'm really easygoing and friendly to everyone. Though I'm usually pretty quiet and like to keep to myself, I'm always up for hanging out with everyone and all that socializing stuff :) I'm very tidy and respective of everyone else's property, and would happily take part in regular cleaning of the house. I've only been in Sydney for around 2 years and I'm would love to be closer to the city long term. Currently working full time at Single O coffee roasters in Botany, so free coffee for all!!

My 3 flatmates and I are looking for a convenient place in the city or in the surrounding suburbs. We are working in sales/customer service with stable in come and 1 of us is studying. We are looking for a 2 or more bedroom apartment. We're flexible with share bathroom. Our budget is $180 minimum per person. Or $850 max for the whole apartment for ourselves. Don't call. Thanks.
Hello I am Holly. Originally from London, been in Sydney a year now and looking to start a new adventure! I am looking to move around the 4th March, my budget is ideally $350 but will pay more if I find the perfect house and roomies :) I enjoy yoga, wine, socialising and relaxing! Hoping to meet some cool people to hang out with.
I'm a 25 year old bloke, born and raised in Belgium. While I love my home country, I've done my studies in the Netherlands (it's great, they've got the best wishes) and I'm currently getting my master's degree in Physics. I'll be doing an internship at UNSW from March until the end of May. People say I'm easy going, positive-minded and enthusiastic. I'm a strong believer that food brings people together so I love to cook at home and share drinks in the evenings. I'm addicted to caffeine and snoozing and I'm madly in love with gin and spicy food. I'm also a big fan of music and like to dance and have the occasional party.
* Flexible with the move date Hello everyone -- I'm a British guy just that's arrived from Switzerland. I've worked for the same company for five years now and they recently offered me this chance to work here in Sydney. I'll be travelling to the CBD daily, so hoping to find a place not too far from there. Work is generally long hours; so you won't see much of me during the week. In my free time I like to meet up with friends, play boardgames, watch tv, cook, read and go for bike rides. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of other people. I've shared with others a few times and it's always been a good experience and a lot of fun :)
I'm starting uni at USYD and looking to live in a sharehouse with other students or people around my age, also keen to join up to start a new share house. I'm looking around the inner west, not fussy about the condition of the place but just want somewhere chilled out & social.
We are dutch couple both working and enjoying Sydney! We would love to share a house with other outgoing persons where we can hang out with. We are working as well so we would like to find a nice place to chill at. We are clean and very easy going. Hope to hear from you guys soon!
Hi Everyone! My name is Jalisa, I'm 23 years old, and I am currently working full time for a finance company in the Sydney CBD. I have a 1 year old son, but he is living in NZ with my parents. I'm looking at a share house closer to the city, as I am currently living in the central coast and the commute is a bit strenuous. As well as this, it will give me the opportunity to save more to send home to my son (and to save for University, which I am planning on starting next year). I have a passion for baking cakes, so you'll have to be okay with me taking over the kitchen every once and a while!! (I'm also a shower singer, so being able to put up with that is a plus as well!)
Hello Sydney I'm Andrew & my partner is Michelle, we are a very respectful, responsible and domesticated Aussie couple looking for a home not a party pad. We are really easy going, friendly and helpful. Both working, so quality home time is valued and needed. Great cooks and gardeners (I'm a horticulturist & Michelle is a Chef/ Barista/ Bartender) so we can enjoy small social gathering if they happen. We are quite self contained and don't spread ourselves all over the home. We have have lived in many shared places and get along with all ages- except those who require a mummy or daddy.
HI, I am at student at UTS pursuing my master's degree in Human resource management. I am going to start with my 2nd semester and need an accommodation. I am currently on vacation in India, I'll be flying back on the 16th march. I love to meet new people and have a conversation over a cup of coffee or beer. I can cook awesome Indian food as well.
Hey, I'm Gordon, 25, working in corporate banking during the day and looking for a room to rent . I occasionally go to the gym, I like to head out with friends and cook a couple times a week. Ideally looking for a place close to public transport, and with housemate/s that like to have a chat, and not a hermit. Currently living in Zetland in a small apartment so a little bit keen to get out asap.
I'm a 23 year old, working full time in Social Media at North Sydney at the moment. I love being creative and surrounding myself with creative thinkers and more. I'm a clean, respectful room mate looking to find other like minded people who I can call home with. Interested in long term, because moving isn't fun. Always down for a chat or to go out. Understand people's space and down time. Try to catch up with friends when possible but also look forward to making new ones! :)

Respectful of others peoples stuff / space and basically treat others how I would like to be treated y'all :) Looking for the same chill like minded people.

Hi potential housemates! I'm a easy going young professional, down to earth individual who is about to make the move up to SYD for work. A non-smoker, super friendly, clean and tidy, optimistic and a fantastic spider-handler if the need arises! Besides myself, I have a handsome, super-chill, 7 year old husky boy and Gigi the kitten, who will be joining me on the move up so pets allowed is a must. Looking forward to hearing from you if you think we fit what you're after.
Hi there! My name is Justine and I am an easy going young at heart person looking for a lovely home to live in. I am reliable, clean and tidy, enjoy chats and watching tv shows. I also appreciate down time for myself and consider others. I am a kind and genuine person looking for the same. I live in rouse hill and would like to stay in the areas above to visit my old blind horse who i cherish dearly. I need to stay close to him these days. I work full time and will always pay my bills on time. :) I am outgoing and fun and enjoy fitness as well :) i would like to bring my bedroom furniture and if possible a tv and entertainment unit. please let me know if you have a room available for myself to come and inspect and i look forward to meeting you xx :) thanks!
I am a 27 year old Brisbane born civil engineer recently moved to Sydney and looking for housemates! I've lived in sharehouses since I was 18 and well accustomed to living independently. I have my own bedroom furniture but not much else. My job is stable and I'm looking for something long term (6-24 months). I often work away, so you may or may not notice I go missing for weeks. I am a reliable, well mannered and respectable guy. When I'm home, I'm sociable and chilled. I verge on the OCD side of cleanliness for my own spaces, but can be more tolerant when it comes to shared spaces if needed. I love pets but don't have any of my own. I also love music but I promise I won't sing in the shower. I am able to move in straight away, but not in any rush either. Hope to hear from you!
Hi there, The lease ended at my last house and I'm currently looking for a new place to call home. I'm looking either for a room to rent or looking to start a little group and search for a place together. I love to live with people I can call friends and people I can share a cooked dinner and drink or two with during the week. I'm very easy going, tidy up after myself, love to cook and feed others and enjoy a boogie here and there. I have a flexible move in date and I am looking for something more long term but can easily work with short term. If this is something similar to what you're looking for! Shoot me a message! Jen
Hi all, I am currently working full time close to the heart of the city so I am keen to move in a little closer at least for the next 3 to 6 months while I look at plans to make the move a little more permanent. I am easy going, respectful and clean and prefer to relax with a book, Netflix or gaming and prefer a relaxed/chill atmosphere. I am keen to find a social household to help open up my social circles a little and certainly wouldn't say no to doing things as a household or trips down to the pub. 3-4 people total in the household seems like a comfortable amount. While I am a smoker, it is more of a social thing and something I tend not to do on a day to day basis or while at home. I am also able to move ASAP, but there is no rush in needing to move.
I'm a comedian and filmmaker completing my final year at Sydney Film School. I host trivia, do stand up and act where I can to pay the bills. I'm polite, easy going, sociable, respectful and always clean up after myself. I know basic rules of thumb like rinse out your recycling before leaving it in the bin in the kitchen, and don't eat or drink other people's things without asking.
Hello future (flat) mates. I'll just get this out in the open, as far as housemates go...I'm up there. I'm kind, considerate and caring. I cook (a bit), clean and make a mean cup of tea. I'll drink with you in the pub, share driving with you on a road trip and go halves on a pizza with extra dips. I'm new to Sydney with a few connections but a sociable household with new friends would be great. I have recently finished a 5 month stint of travelling Asia and looking to settle in Aus for the foreseeable. Before travelling I lived in London for about 4 years in a few different houses with a different number of housemates, so am well accustomed to the house sharing lifestyle. I have started work already therefore I am looking for somewhere asap, so please get in touch!
