We're a quiet, friendly, low-maintenance couple who are equally comfortable keeping to ourselves or having a chat with our flatmates. We're not partying types at all. We're clean and tidy (especially in common areas), and respectful of others' needs (that is, we don't hog the bathroom, or make noise when you're trying to sleep). Robbie is Australian, from Sydney (up Hornsby way), and teaches English in language schools in the CBD. Denise is Italian/Brazilian, and will be spending the next couple of months getting her foreign language skills certified (Spanish and French) before finding work when her visa permits in January. We both arrived in Sydney in late October after getting master's degrees in Italy (Economics and International Relations respectively). **Please note that although we're available to move "now", we're staying at my parents' place and in no rush - any time in the next couple of months is fine for us.**
My name is Sarah Meyer and I’m 23 years old. I'm from Germany and I stay in Sydney for a research stay at UTS. I'm a tidy and thoughtful person. In my free time I like spending time with my friends and meet new people. I like to explore the city by feet or go out for a run. In my hometown in Germany I also share my flat with another person and I enjoy the possibly to cook together, to drink a beer or just to chat with my flatmate. I'm looking forward to hear from you. Thanks and kind regards, Sarah
I'm an Australian of Polish descent originally from Adelaide. I have degrees in Computer Science (PhD - so no problems with paying the rent) and philosophy. I love sports, especially soccer, Aussie Rules and boxing. And I love travelling (39 countries and counting!), keeping fit, and watching movies (you can call me a movie buff). I am a very organised person. I don't do parties but I do like to have guests over for the occasional football game, cricket match or night of board games. I'm looking for a clean place (a must!), close to my boxing club in Waterloo with parking options for my car. If you have cats, that's a bonus for me - love each and every one of those fur balls.
Hi, This is a very random request. Bare with me please. My name is Chantelle & I have been living in New York for the past 4 years. This year I trialled living half the year here and half the year there and I loved it. I am equally split my time between acting and running my behavioural consultancy in the corporate sector. I am actually requesting some unique living arrangements because of my transient lifestyle so message me if you are interested. I love share houses. The set up that works best for me is when we are able to respect each others space but still sharing good times and meaningful conversation when we all happen to be together. I’m not in Sydney until Dec. I will be at Melbourne to assist a class for Acting Teachers until then, but I’m already lining inspections. I want to meet with everyone to make sure that we get along enough to share the space.
Hi all, I'm Kaycee and I'm in search of somewhere new to live! I have a 3 month old cockalier puppy named Ruby, so dog lovers are essential (though, you would quickly become one once you meet her). We are looking to move in somewhere that has an enclosed back yard so she can have some outdoor time. About me: I love to have good quality connections with people. I teach yoga, I am a professional performer, and have a double degree in physiotherapy and exercise science. I love a clean and tidy house as I spend a few days working from home, other days I have a casual job that I tuck off to for a few hours. I'm a fan of sunshine, a vino and some cheese so would ideally love to live with people who are happy to have a chat about our days, spend some time together and not be too rowdy (because my days often start at 5am). About Ruby: she is house trained aside from the occasional accident (she's a puppy after all), she is learning to spend time alone, loves to play, and is going for a few walks a day to tire her out. She sheds a little, but you only really notice when you're wearing dark clothes. A big fan of a cuddle, and other times wants to play with you and her toys. She is starting (somewhat hardcore) obedience training in a few weeks- my goal is to have a happy, independent, well-rounded dog who can behave well enough to be taken absolutely everywhere. Currently she can sit, drop, and roll pretty consistently. Not so good as stay hehe. If we sound like we would fit in your home, I would love to meet. Please ask any questions you might have. Kaycee
Hey Im looking for a place to move into post November 4th, 2017. Im 26 years old, female and currently studying my Masters at Unsw Art&Design for 2 years. I now live in Surry hills and my contract ends in november. I spend a lot of time at the beach and going to concerts and mostly spend my time at Bondi or Newtown. Very friendly and clean. Hi there! I'm looking for a place to stay ASAP!! I am very easy to get along with and am extremely tidy. I have a wide array of interests, but generally just try to live in the moment. I work full-time but do enjoy my days off and plan to explore Syd as much as I can. Feel free to message and ask more questions!
Hey future flatmate (s), I am looking for an own room or appartement to call my home from the 6th of november until the mid of january. I am working in a german bakery at CBD full-time 6 days a week- So I won't be at home very often! As I move out on the 6th of september (optional earlier) I am now looking for a nice place to spend my last months in Sydney. As I grew up with dogs and am an animal-loving girl I would loooove to sit your pets as well. I don't have big conditions: the room you want to offer me should have a door! All in all I am a really easy-going and open minded person! If you want to make sure of my statement I would love to schedule an inspection and get to know you and have a look at your place as soon as possible. Feel free to message me at any time! I am really looking forward to hear from you!
I am a clean, considerate, outgoing, friendly person who is moving to Sydney for the first time, on a working holiday visa. I enjoy working out and being outdoors, cooking, hanging out with mates and the occasional wine(s)/ beer(s)!! I am a legal secretary back in the UK (Nottingham) and am hoping to do the same in Sydney. I am a laid back person and will respect your privacy but happy to hang out too :)
We are asian couple. Filos. Looking for a shared room place. We are both working. We are nice and quiet people, but love to socializing to others. Respecting others is one of our priorities when living with someone. If you need nice couple, easy to get along with, clean and respectful. Just let us know and contact me.
I'm a corporate marketing and communication professional from Brisbane and I just made the move to Sydney. I'm very social and enjoy food and good wine, but I also enjoy being a vegetable at home. My mum thinks I am pretty great, and she was the one who taught me how to be clean, so that's a bit of street cred right there.... right? I am also in a wheelchair but can still walk (although I may look terrible doing it), and am probably more independent than most people and I won't need any help. Understandably it would be confronting for some, but that's cool you will get over it. Currently living in a place in Stanmore, with plenty of steps so there is no reason to worry about that... unless there are more than 5 in one go. Ground level would be ideal,
During the week I work in corporate and financial communications which keeps me pretty busy. I try and go to the gym a few times a week and generally look after myself. On the weekend I’m usually out and about. When I am at home I’m either watching old episodes of Gossip Girl or Grey’s Anatomy, reading a book, or some form of life admin. I like to think of myself as a pretty good housemate – I’m always up chat, can cook a yummy meal, and most importantly clean up after myself. In terms of what I’m looking for in a house – ideally something on the newer side and with a bit of wiggle room. I would like somewhere in the inner east – from Darlinghurst to Rose Bay. I would however be open to the inner west or lower north shore for the right place. I'd also be open to forming a share house - I just have no furniture outside of my bedroom! .
I'm practical and easy going. I work full time in Mascot and on the weekends I love to get out and about and explore - I'm always on the hunt for new cafes and restaurants to try
Hello! My name is Alexia and i am a fun, friendly and respectful person looking for a home rather than a house. Currently looking to move in very soon! I am half french, half australian, a good cook, video gamer and lover of great movies and TV. I am respectful of boundaries and personal space and would love to introduce you to the wonders of french cuisine! I also come with my collection of succulents and cacti, as well as many many books! I am a student and work part time, so i won't be in your space all the time! :) Merci beaucoup!!
Hello! Easy going young professional working full time in local government. I have a fairly consistent routine Mon-Fri which consists of work, gym in the evening and then chill, trash TV, see friends etc. I go out with friends a few nights a week for dinner but save bigger nights out for the weekend. I'm clean, tidy and a great cook but I don't have OCD. Like to have mates over when it is suitable for all. Into fitness, activities, film, music, cooking, fashion, travel. It would be great to live with like minded people. Also keen to hear from you if you're a shift worker. Sometimes opposite schedules work out great!
I'm originally from a country town and moved to Sydney a year and a half ago. I'm currently studying business part time and working full time as a barista (so there'll be good coffee in the house always). I work hard and pride myself on being punctual and tidy. I'm a good laugh (I hope), as easy going as it comes, reliable, respectful and easy to approach. I'm not into the idea of a party house however I thoroughly enjoy a beer on a Summer's day with a spot of cricket and a barbecue. Feel free to message me anytime :)
Hi there, My name's Sophie. I'm a 27yro who recently moved to Sydney for a new job. I'm looking to share a house with other like-minded professionals around my age. I'm an easygoing housemate who loves to socialise, cook delicious meals, be creative, and indulge in the occasional wine on weekends. I'm also considerate of others and clean around the house. If you think we'd make great housemates please get in touch!
Im a relaxed guy that enjoys a mix of socialising with roommates but also can turn the tv on and chill without saying a word. I grew up in Southern Sydney but have spent a few years in Canada in addition to short stint in Adelaide. I enjoy new experiences and adventure and have been to NZ, Cambodia and the US. Safe to say I'm accepting of people from all walks of life. I'm working full time in real estate and get home around 7pm every night, so you don't have to worry about a couch potato living in your home. I love sports, adventure and travel. I play soccer, go rockclimbing and I'm aiming to play ice hockey. If you enjoy sports, don't mind a good Netflix session and happy to hit the beach in summer then we'll get along. Anything else you want to know just ask.
Just arrived from Chile and my friend from Perú. We are looking for a shared room. We are responsible, friendly, students and clean guys. We would love to enjoy hanging out with our flatmates having a good time.

4 young fellas working in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney looking to shack up for a year and find a nice place to call home. An eclectic bunch hailing from different spots around the world. We are from Albury/Wodonga, Darwin, South Korea and Croatia. Pat and Anamario are budding musicians keen to knuckle down and start writing and recording some albums in the near future, Ben is a carpentry apprentice in his last year before he becomes fully qualified. Dong did 2 masters back home in physiotherapy and film. He works full time with Pat for a piering and underpinning company. We are all very relaxed, honest and kind-hearted blokes who are interested in everything from music, philosophy, fitness, yoga, meditation, construction and of course good times and relaxation.
