Incoming student at UTS, pursuing Masters in Data Science. I'm a software engineer by profession but a writer by passion. I am from India and I'm looking for a shared apartment with my own room. I’d be delighted to find a place with flat mates who are social but also like their private time. I’m not looking into party places but I am welcome to guests with a quick heads up!

Hello, my name is Logan, I am 22 years of age, I am looking to reside in a place in and around Sydney. I am currently living in Revesby, have been for a year now and looking to re-locate in a nice environment. A little bit about myself; I am respectful, trustworthy, honest and outgoing. I am able to meet rent deadlines and so forth. I also respect house rules and am able to do daily chores such as cleaning up after myself, vacuuming, mopping or even maintaining the backyard in the summer. I am also working, I currently work in security part-time soon. I also receive centrelink benefits. For the bond, I would need to pay it bit by bit since works been really quiet but I’m picking myself up slowly and will be working in the next upcoming weeks at my new security job. Will need to move out ASAP due to the landlord wanting to renovate the house. I hope to hear from whomever whenever is convenient. Kind regards Logan

My partner and I are respectful and friendly. We aren't the party type - and keep to ourselves mostly. I work at Bunnings Eastgardens and she works at Patricks botany wharf. We have a polite very friendly Labrador who loves.. attention, but does not bark or chew up the furniture. My partner and I love doing things together so when we're not working, will almost always be out at the beach or doing some sort of activity. We're open to different places (shared, studio, granny flat etc) but would prefer to live with females.

Hello! I'm Claudia (Italian pronunciation), I'm 27 and I'm from Melbourne. I'm moving up to Sydney for uni in the new year! I've been unemployed for several months due to COVID-19, and I am actually enjoying the break after a string of stressful hospitality jobs. I am spending my spare time cooking, baking, making bread, fermenting, pickling, gardening, reading, op shopping, listening to podcasts, going on long walks and bike rides, embroidering, sewing and trying to raise houseplants. I alternate between watching long, dark films and Rupaul's Drag Race. I'm a vegetarian who eats anchovies and I try to compost and minimise using plastic where I can. I use my vegetable scraps to make stock and my sourdough discard to make pancakes. I prefer to get household staples in bulk or packaging-free to minimise waste. I like growing herbs and the odd tomato or rocket plant. When I'm not salvaging Italian leftovers from my grandparents, I love visiting farmers markets for produce or eating out with friends. I cycle, do pilates and yoga and swim (and therefore tan) semi-regularly. I get almost all my clothes second hand, and most of my books and bric a brac too. On my weird side, I tend to talk to myself, sing to myself, leave teabags in the sink for a bit too long and argue about salvaging food that is probably past it. I'm a very clean and tidy housemate. I've worked in hospitality for 10+ years, therefore I have high cleaning standards. I'm the kind of housemate who sings to herself as she double-sweeps, scrubs the gas burners from black to silver and Jiffs the bathroom walls with vigour. I am a considerate, generous, thoughtful, easygoing and respectful housemate. I love cooking and baking for others, and having guests around! I am looking for a supportive, warm, homely sharehouse. It's important to me to find a living environment that is relaxed and open as I move to a new city and get back into studying. I value companionship from my housemates, and love being spontaneously social. I'm also looking for somewhere that is study-friendly as I go back to uni. I am mindful of other peoples' working from home or studying arrangements, too. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hey! An engineering student here at USYD looking for a decent place closeby to uni. New-ish to syd. I'm pretty clean, easy going and always down for a drink. Don’t really mind having people over as long as it doesn’t get too wild during like exams and stuff. Lmk if you’re interested in a possible team-up. Cheers!

I am looking for a new home with people who have a life outside of the house but also like to chill and share a wine and chat from time to time. I don't smoke but I don't mind if you do, not fussed on what others eat or sexuality as its all relative, each to their own. Mutual respect is where it's at. Flexible with move dates, ideally mid to late March. If you have a garden, that would be awesome. Again, not a deal breaker though. I love animals but don't have any. It would be cool to live with someone who has a dog, happy to help out walking it sometimes even. 6 months minimum is preferred. I have a 10 month old Jack Chi who is 4kg in total. House trained and loves other dogs or cats. Must be a dog friendly home.
