Hello I grew up in England and moved to Australia 7 years ago. I work full time in Photography and take on other projects aswell. I love a chat but I’m also respectful and kind full when others need space. I lead a pretty busy lifestyle and attend classes and F45. Please no texts or phone calls (unless we’ve arranged to view room). It’s hard to keep track who is calling and texting. It’s better onhere 🙂 or email thank you
Late 20's from Canada - Super clean and tidy. Working in CBD mon - fri and weekends at a bar. If I'm not working, I'll be at the gym or just relaxing at home.
I’m an easy going and reliable housemate, who is always keen for a chat, willing to help with chores or share a meal. I completely respect space and the need for solace as well. But I think my biggest draw card has to be my collection of beautiful, coloured juggling balls and love for all things circus!!!
Hi I’m Alan, 32 years, Welshman, and I’m moving from London to Sydney, hopefully in early September where I’ll be working for a trade union. Obviously like socialising whether that’s a chilled night in or a few drinks down the pub. Also a little book geeky and like exploring and traveling. looking forward to seeing as much of Sydney and Aus that I can!
I'm Allan, 30-years old, work full time in video production in the CBD. I'm pretty laid back, and I usually keep to myself after work hours, but I do enjoy having chats on the couch over a drink, or sharing dinner round the table. Weekends I might be out half the time or at home relaxing/reading/playing games. If you have a movie night I'll be there. Also if you have any board games I'd love to try them out. I have bedroom furniture as well as a small desk & computer so it would be great to squeeze these in my bedroom. I also recently bought a brand new fridge and washing machine, so I'd love to bring these if possible. I have other furniture if need be (couch, dining set), but that stuff I'd be more willing to part with.
Tidy and organised, I have enough furniture to set up a place :) -- i'm pretty busy normally, but when not, like to cook, maybe read something, clean, etc. Definitely not afraid of cleaning nor kitchen.
Australian guy excited to be back in Sydney after 10 great years in London. As a professional, I work in the CBD Monday to Friday and regularly travel to Melbourne for work too. Outside of work, I'm busy developing my own start-up business and catching up with old friends. My hobbies include re-exploring Sydney, a passionate cook come foodie and getting to the gym to counteract that. As a well trained flatmate, I'm considerate, neat and tidy - I was an AirBnB host In London with a 4.5 star rating from over 55 people. My ideal place is one that is homely and hassle free with good transport links in a vibrant area. Ideally striking the balance between friendly flatmates whilst not living in each others pockets.
I'm a public servant who has moved from Canberra for work. I've been living in share houses for a few years and I would appreciate having some fun, relaxed housemates to hang out with. In my free time I like running, photography and exploring this fine town.
I'd like to think of myself as a fun and social housemate that would be more than just someone to pay rent each week. My interests include cooking, going out for food and drinks, Rupauls Drag Race, making cocktails and going to the beach among others. I've lived in share houses in Perth for several years so I know how to respect boundaries/privacy, and consider myself to be quite clean and tidy. Ideally looking for somewhere that is walking distance to central/redfern station to minimise my commute to work in parramatta ✌🏻
Down to earth white collar professional who enjoys going to the movies (the bigger the screen, the better), live sporting events (rugby union mainly), playing sport to keep fit (racquet sports & golf), cooking a good meal (accompanied by good wine) and spending weekends out of town/travelling interstate. Looking for a place to call home where cleanliness is a priority (but not to OCD levels), respect is given and received, and where sociable interaction is undertaken regularly.
I'm organized, and I try to be clean. I like exercising, and exploring. I work in tech. I like being a minimalist, but functional. Move dates are very flexible, with 4 weeks notice. I would like to live with interesting, and fun people, not just find a place to live, be 25 minutes commute from the city, I work there, and have restaurants nearby, I don't often cook.
Hi all, I'm Mark, 29 - just moved from sunny Brisbane to Sydney for work. I lived in Brisbane for a year and Auckland for a year before that - I like to mix it up, meet new people and experience new places. Looking forward to the challenge and reward of Sydney life and would love to share it with some amazing people. I have friends and family in Sydney, so I guess this is more home for me than anywhere else. Pretty responsible, friendly, clean etc - I reckon I'd make a great addition to any house :)
I'm a clean and easy-going 29 year old professional with a passion for the performing arts. I like to keep fit, go to the theatre, explore the outdoors and have a cheeky beverage or two. I'm very sociable but also enjoy my down time at home. Ideally looking for somewhere within walking distance to Circular Quay or alternatively somewhere that's close by public transport to Circular Quay.
We are a fun and tidy couple looking for a place to stay in the Surry Hills, Redfern, or Darlinghurst area. Both in our mid twenties and working full time. We enjoy travel, adventure, and sometimes just a good old fashioned movie night. I (him) am a civil engineer from Canada and she is a events coordinator from the U.K. We are both pretty quiet during the work week but still enjoy to be sociable, have a cheeky glass of vino and always clean up after ourselves. We are hoping to find somewhere that feels like home with friendly housemates. We are also happy to team up with people! Feel free to say Hi :)
Hey! I’m Tara, I’m a 29yo bar manager & student. I’m currently looking for a team-up to move into a 2 bedroom apartment. I am studying a bachelor degree in nutrition and I work 3-4 shifts weekly, but don’t worry, I earn a full time equivalent. I am social and friendly, but also very clean and highly respectful of personal space. Happy to have a chat but love my own space too. I have most furniture/appliances to start up a new place, including a fridge, washing machine, kitchen-ware & dining setting. I also have 2 cats, which are adorable, friendly & well-behaved, so ideally someone who is an animal lover!
I live in the inner west currently. I work full time as an inhouse graphic designer and events manager in a library. I also make art on the side. Who needs free wall art? Im easy going, kind, respectful, clean, approachable guy. I like to bond with my flatmates but also respect their privacy. I can do my own thing but also like to socialise in and out of the home with my flatmates. I pull my own weight with the cleaning and can fit into the established groove of the household that already exists. I like to cook, I like a laugh, a red at night, a strong coffee in the morning. I have many interests - art, music, gigs, gym, design, reading, going out, drinks etc but like to maintain a chilled home environment. Shared meals, wines , movies nights is cool with me, Getting to know new flatmates is important to me too. I have a car but being close to a train station is important for me with work. If you have any questions please just ask
I'm 28 y.o from Melbourne. I'll be moving to Sydney mid-August to mid-December for work in theatre wardrobe so I will be working mostly afternoon/late night shifts and the occasional matinee. I love animals, especially cats and dogs. I am quiet, tidy, bit of a clean freak and will mostly keep to myself to recharge but don't mind the occasional social outing. Outside of work, I love cooking/baking, playing video games, watching movies/TV shows or exploring the surrounding areas and beaches. There will be days where I'll be the "elusive roommate" due to my work schedule. I'm after a fully furnished private room, rent $200-230 max (bills included) and not too far away from the Entertainment Quarter.
Hi Guys, My name is Dane, I am an outdoors advocate either through sport or fitness and am making a living out of horse racing. Travel to and from Melbourne a bit and generally a neat and tidy person. Very relaxed and low maintenance for the most part. Good for a drink and socialise most days. I'll leave it there because I sincerely dislike talking about myself. Best, Dane
I am currently a student, in my fourth year of study. I'm Australian, and have lived in Sydney for 3 and a half years. I like to socialise and get to know my flatmates (love a movie night), but I also enjoy my own downtime as well. I am friendly, tidy, respectful of privacy, and whilst i'm on-the-go quite a lot during the uni semester between uni and work, I love a comfortable home space. I am studying a double degree of Law/Criminology, so I do study quite a lot, although I usually prefer to study at uni or a library, so I don't have problems with flatmates noise or having friends over. For the past two years I have shared an apartment with a friend and have loved it, but I am looking to move close the city in August, can be flexible with dates. Also keen on teaming up.
