Hey, I am a 25 year old student looking to move to Newcastle for my job in Newcastle West. I am very active and always out surfing or trying some new fad I will probably get bored of in a month. Looking to live with a bunch of likeminded social people who willing happily share a meal or a glass of wine.
Hey there, I'm Nathan :) I am 25 years old and a small business owner and I also do some consulting for other businesses part time. I have just moved to Sydney from Melbourne and I am looking for a new house to live in with my 2 dogs, Champion (Border Collie) and Sookie (Alusky). Both of my dogs are trained, friendly with others and love to play. Both dogs are quiet, independent and will only bark if an intruder approaches the fence line. These dogs are trained to be OUTSIDE and do not need to come indoors. My small business is a web-based clothing store which is still in it's early day's but I am constantly travelling for events, meet ups and networking and the business is growing. I'm also now consulting with other businesses to build their websites and market their products which is exciting. I do a fair bit of work from home but it's all from my laptop. I also get sent a lot of new products to review and give feedback on, thats always fun :) I am looking for a house with friendly like minded people, enthusiastic about life and pushing to achieve their goals. I'm the kind of person that could have a terrible day but still come home with a positive attitude. I'm looking for positive people that are looking for a bit more than just some random living in your house. I'm a down to earth person, I have opinions but I keep them to myself, I'm an incredibly clean & tidy person as I feel my mind can't work in clutter, I don't drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes but don't mind if you do, I don't eat meat or dairy for dietry reasons but once again don't mind if you do. I am also looking for somewhere potentially for the next 6-12months. I've been travelling back and forth from Sydney to Melbourne over the past couple of months so It would be nice to find a place I can get used to. It would be a bonus if you are friendly with dogs, my dogs are incredibly beautiful and affectionate so they will want to bond with anyone living in the house and most likely pick up on your routines also so you can expect a present (a stick) when you get home haha I'm just an easy human being looking for other easy human beings :) Please feel free to message or call. I'm happy to grab coffee or drop by with the dogs to say hello
Hello, I am Minji from Korea with working holiday visa. I’m enjoying Australia a lot. I am an easy-going person. I like to spend time with people, at the same time being alone sometimes is very important to me. I can hang out with flatmares well respecting their private life. Also I am tidy, so no worries about cleaning ;) Thanks! Have a lovely day.
Hey! I’ve just moved up here from Merimbula on the far south coast and I’m looking for a room to rent and some great housemates. I work mon - fri around 40 hrs with early starts (7am latest) and spend weekends at the beach, in bed watching movies or out on the town on the piss. I’m not looking for a party house however I’d want easy going housemates that wouldn’t mind a few friends over for pre drinks on the odd occasion and wouldn’t mind someone who has mates over themselves. Housemates that would join me for a beer in the arvo would be even better! Early to mid twenties would be ideal. This won’t be my first sharehouse so I’m all familiar with responsibilities included in sharing including cleaning duties and respecting others personal boundaries. I don’t leave dirty dishes laying around and don’t scatter my personal belongings through the house. I haven’t yet achieved making my bed every day but I am very clean and definitely clean up after myself! I’m pretty easy going and flexible on what I want, just looking for other chilled people to live with really :-)
I am a 25yo male and work full time as an engineer, but I love the outdoors and my sports. I play football and like getting to the beach, hiking and camping. I enjoy a bit of cooking and I also like to have a tidy house and room. I'm hoping to move to social and friendly house and make a few mates. Somewhere near the beach would be sick.
Hey! Myself and 2 friends have found a beautiful house in merewether we are wanting to apply for! However, we need to find 1 more person to apply with us! 2 of us have rental experience, I am a student and work part time, Jen works 2 jobs and Jarcara works full time! We're lots of fun, like to go out a fair bit, enjoy the outdoors, love to cook, but also appreciate our alone time too!
Hi there, I am looking for a place near to the John Hunter Hospital, where I will be relocating for work. I am a workaholic so am not home alot but am looking for a place to relax and have a quiet glass of red. I enjoy cooking, reading and travelling when not working. I like a robust discussion and am always keen to learn new things. In a perfect world the room would have all bills and internet included and off street, preferably secure parking. The house would be non smoking household, not even outside, if you have a pet that is great, I love animals and am happy for inside pets
Hello! I’m british, Laid back, and like living in tidy places!! I love being outdoors, heading to the gym, and baking. Currently in Tasmania, but coming back in August. I’d love a sociable house. I already have plenty of friends in Newy and know my way around, as I have been living in Hamilton for nearly a year, always keen to meet new people and try new things!
I'm relocating from Sydney to Newcastle with my job and to live closer to my boyfriend. I keep to myself but can still be fairly social, I work full time which generally keeps me occupied. I'm a vegetarian, prefer to live environmentally friendly and as plastic free as possible. I like to keep things clean and tidy will make sure to keep any mess I do have to my own space. I have a 4 year old Ragdoll/snowshoe cat called Romeo. Hes a lovely boy who is fairly low maintenance, he has a kind temperament and enjoys company (but not necessarily attention).
Hey guys and gals, I'm a 23-year-old graphic designer who's moving to Newy in August for a new (full-time) job. I'm moving from Melbourne because it's bloody cold here in winter and having grown up around the coastal areas of Kangaroo Island and Adelaide, I miss being near the beach. I like to keep busy doing fun things i.e. cooking, surfing, skating, exploring and having a yarn over a few drinks when not at work, and like to keep fit by going for a run/doing gym classes etc. I'm easygoing, clean and tidy and would like to live with people who are too :) At the moment I live with an advertising creative, a nurse and an occupational therapist (all guys), so I'm used to a household with varying schedules. I currently work at a nursery (of the horticulture variety) as well as working a design job, and would love a bit of a backyard to garden/grow food, but am also happy to go without and just fill the house with my extensive plant collection. Happy to live with a fair range of age groups–most of my friends and my three housemates here are in their mid-late 20s or early 30s–in the Newcastle area. Ideally, I'd like to move into an existing house to make the move easier, and I've got no qualms about signing onto a lease if necessary. Would love to have a little Skype meet and greet if you think I sound like someone you'd be keen to have around (can provide endorsements from biased friends and current housemates). If things go well from there and you think it's necessary, I can arrange to visit before August.
First year uni student. living on campus currently, but looking to move off into a share house. Not a huge drinker and very laid-back. clean and reliable. Ideally looking for something furnished but not a prerequisite. love a laugh
Full time employed Corporate Analyst for the Commonwealth Bank. In my spare time I love to go to the gym, run, cycle, play soccer, catch up with mates, go to the beach and try new experiences (restaurants, bars, travel,). I’m social and am looking for somewhere to call home, but recognise we all have work/friends etc and will recognise personal space. I can cook, will clean, and am diligent in paying rent and bills on time. If you’ve read this far I would love to hear from you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
Need a place for ocassional stay in Newcastle (sleep over, weekends, etc). I wouldn't mind a tidy/tiny place, to avoid the long drive back home when I feel tired.
After a year living in Brisbane, I've landed a job back in Newy and I couldn't be more excited! I'm 30 years old, working full time, friendly, clean, respectful and looking for somewhere to call home for the next six months or so. As my husband will still be based in Qld for work, I'm also hoping to find somewhere where a visit from him one weekend a month won't be a problem. I think he's pretty awesome and I hope you will too. I'm not a wild party person, but would really like flatmates who I can have a friendly chat with and maybe share a drink or two. I love to cook, sunday matkets, the beach and being active. I'm flexible with my move-in date, but won't actually be in town permanently until around May 12-13.
Recently moved from Hobart, Tasmania, due to work. Currently working as a Full Time Payroll Officer in Cardiff and looking for a place to live close by (within the Newcastle region). Quiet, clean and easy to live with, but don’t mind a beer and a chat. Crazy about all sports and Looking to join a soccer team. Always pay bills on time and am very self sufficient. I also have all my own bedroom furniture, so a furnished room is not required. Dont know many people up here yet, so friendly housemates would be good !
My name is Nick, I’m moving back to Newcastle and looking for a place to settle in after living in Sydney the past 2yrs. I’m easy going, clean and tidy, I’m 27yrs old, an electrician (will need a garage or some storage) and working full time. Outside of work I like to go away camping, playing and watching sports, keeping fit by going to the gym, swimming, cycling or any activity really, going to gigs and festivals or just relaxing at the beach or at home. I’ve lived in share houses for the past 4yrs in London and Sydney and have made some great friends, so I’d like to think I’m pretty easy to live with. I’m respectful of everyone in the house, always pay my bills on time and do my part of the housework
Hey potential roomies! My name's Amy, I'm 22 and chipping away at uni in hopes of one day finishing a pesky law degree, while working part time (20-30 hours/week) in retail. I spent last year backpacking and living in hostels so I've got a lot of respect for communal spaces and keeping things tidy. I enjoy my space and alone time, but I'm looking for friends more than housemates! A bit about me: - I'm vego (though I don't need my housemates to be) and love to cook - Keen hiker - Garbage reality TV watcher (hello Bachelor) - Loves a good boogie on the weekends Shoot me a message if it sounds like we'd get along!
I am currently studying at the University of Newcastle (Newspace). I enjoy reading, cooking and catching up with friends over tea or drinks. I currently work within the sales/retail sector and volunteer with various activities. Love a good chat over movies, current events, The Simpsons and/or similar interests. I am respectful to the parameters of quiet time and understand the importance of maintenance and duties. Kind Regards, Summer.
Hi, I'm Diane and working full time in Hospitality. I enjoy going to the beach or do an outdoor activities if I'm not working. I love camping too! I'm so easy to get a long with, I know how to respect someone's privacy but always keen for a chat and laugh over nibbles and wine. Very sociable and polite, and pretty cool to jive with any ages and gender. I'm also keen for team up with maximum 4 tenants, male/female. Looking for a long term occupancy.
