I am 37 years old, employed full time as a fitter and turner, i like the quiet life but i am fairly easygoing. I have just experienced the end of my 5 year marriage so am in need of a place that i can call home for a while. I race cars for a hobby and so i spend a lot of my time outside work with that. If you have room and want a no dramas arrangement i would love to hear from you. Thanks!

Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new or near new' 2 - 3 bed house / unit with me in a quiet area and reasonably close to shops and public transport . I like relaxing in a clean place and living with mature easy going people. I have some new furniture I'd like to use if possible and prefer not to put in storage, otherwise I'd have to sell them. I'd like a large built in wardrobe in my bedroom or a reasonable storage area and a house with little or no carpet would be great. I have a friendly disposition and I'm respectful of others. I like a good movie or documentary but rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me and honestly don't want to be living where the TV is on most of the time. I am a creative person and do a bit of cooking, gardening, sewing, art and play keyboard piano sometimes. I'm not a party person and reasonably quiet but I do enjoy socialising and going to church and out for adventure. I really like pets but prefer them outside and definitely would only live in a a non smoking environment. If you think we could make a great relaxing place/home together I'd like to hear form you, Cheers * Update : My plans to move temporarily on hold due to border closed etc

Hello future room-mate(s), I'm Ash. I'm a peer-support worker in the mental health space for a company called Brook Red, which operates on the south side. My shifts usually start around 8:30am on weekdays. Once gyms open again I’ll usually be out of the house early being physically active. Doing what I can at home with minimal equipment at the moment. I do need a bit of space. A granny flat would be perfect. Failing that, two rooms or one larger room and some decent and secure shed/garage space. This is due to the storage and usage of the things that follow a bit further below. What I’m like at home: I generally keep to myself but am still quite approachable. I'm an excellent communicator. I don’t mind collaborative elements of living together such as cooking, cleaning and problem-solving as long as it’s all pretty mutual. I can’t say that I watch a lot of TV, though I will watch things on the computer. Much of the weekend I will be out either hanging out with my girlfriend or getting the mountain bike dirty. I'm a classical musician. Once concerts are back on, I'll be getting back into practice. When I am practicing, I'm very conscious about noise levels and their impact on those around me, having said that, it won't be a thing until late 2020. I'm quite into the mountain bike thing. I have an insurance policy on my mountain bike and have a few boxes to tick regarding its storage (yes, I actually read the PDS PDF). We can iron that out if the rest is a good fit. I do some hobby-level 3d printing and enjoy printing solutions to life's' little problems. I'm a dog person, but I get along with all manner of furry family members. My girlfriend has two cats who have warmed up to me (like dragons to John Snow). I have green thumbs with a focus on edible gardening but I'm branching out *cough* into more decorative gardening. I'm predominantly proactive around the place and can fix many basic household problems, e.g. squeaky/misaligned hinges, leaky taps, stubborn lawn-mowers. I enjoy a clean household/common areas and always happily contribute. I am competent in the kitchen. I'm all for fending for myself but am also open to communally putting something together. I'm an excellent space-giver, boundary-respecter, and a professional at being judgment-free (literally in my job description). Very LGBTQI+ friendly Somewhat computer savvy I’m looking for a relatively quiet and respectful household, with enough space for me to store, clean and maintain my mountain bike safely and securely. I like clear and mutually respected boundaries, and if rental agreements and space outdoors permit, I’m hoping to grow my own food etc. Looking forward to saying g’day Cheers Ash

I have a cat and 2 cars, 1 project that has an alternate home and 1 daily. I'm easy to get along with, somewhat clean (or at least, I keep my own mess to myself), honest etc. Part time video gamer, I barely go anywhere, I stick to myself a lot, and I'm dealing with a few personal things at the moment... Just after something temporary for a few weeks to a few months to get some things straight. ex smoker, fine with smokers plus some other things.

I am a highly motivated 21 year old student with a passion for photography and design. I am usually quiet and keep to myself but always willing to cooperate when a joint effort is needed around the house. I work a night shift so I sleep most of the morning and work on my studies in the afternoon/night.
