I'm an Honours chemistry student at ANU who has a graduate job lined up from mid-2019 onward. I'm very friendly, clean and easygoing. I like the outdoors and staying fit, and spending time with friends. I travel when I can, and love trying new things. As a housemate, I'm independent, respectful and reliable. My current contract ends in November but I can move in October.
My name is Lily and I'm originally from Maitland in the Hunter Valley which is about 30 min from Newcastle. I moved here two years ago to do my PhD at ANU in plant science. I'm neat, don't mind socialising or leaving you to your own space. I enjoy cooking and just generally hanging out with my friends. My PhD keeps me busy most of the time but happy to lend a favour if you need :D
Looking for a relaxed and tidy household in North Canberra. I’m quite handy around the home, respectful of your space but do love a chat over a cup of tea. After working my full time job as a Law Clerk in the city, I usually watch a good Netflix series, cook a hot meal (spaghetti bolognese is my go-to), or bake yummy treats. For fun I am part of the local Fishing Club so i go on coastal trips often, or I go back to Wagga and visit family. On weekends I can typically be found wherever they serve a chicken parmigiana! I have a well behaved Maltese x Poodle dog i like to have over on weekends, and would preferably like a room with my own bathroom or sharing with only one other person. I’d love for you to message me if you have a room that fits this description!
Hi, I’m moving to Canberra from Adelaide to start a new job as a research scientist. I enjoy playing sports (especially tennis) and being out in nature. I’m friendly, respectful, and tidy.
Hey Hey Hey! Moved to Canberra three months ago and have just been offered sponsorship so I can stay in the country which means I'm looking for a long term house. I'm really wanting to create a stylish but cozy home with some nice furnishings. Looking for a close-to-brand-new apartment with a nice outdoor area and air-con. I value having a nice home a lot and got some furnishings and kitchen appliances in store in Sydney. Preferably located in the heart of Braddon. Two or three bedrooms, but no more than two on the lease. About myself: Dad-jokes all day! Don't take myself to serious. Love a bottle of red at home as well as a night out. Can't cook to save my life so if you enjoy cooking I'll supply the wine. Work in Hospitality Management so, basically, all the time.. Mostly evenings. On my day's off I'll lunch out, run up Mt Ainslie or head to Sydney. I'm clean and fairly tidy. Not big on cleaning rosters, just believe in being considerate. Have lived in share housing for a long time and as I'm social I'd rather do that than living alone. If you think we'll be a good hit, shoot me a message and lets create a home :) Kimbo *TeamUp Only
Hey there - I’m a journalist moving to Canberra to cover politics. Looking for somewhere close to Parliament. I’m very clean, very friendly, and possess an adorable Scottish accent. Plus I alway pay bills on time. The only downside is my cooking, but I'm working on it.
Annie Hey! My name's Annie and I study International Security & Political Science at ANU. My interests include ps4 games, everything nerdy and growing my teapot collection. I like to keep to myself but I'm always up for a chat. Celeste Hi! I'm Celeste and I study Engineering at ANU. I enjoy computer games, nights in with a glass of wine and everything food (as long as it's vegetarian)!!! I'm from Brisbane and I currently work at a clothes boutique store in Woden. Lily Hello. My name is Lily and I'm from Sydney. I'm studying IR and Law at ANU. I'm quite a relaxed person who just likes to watch the bachelor with a cup of tea in hand. I'm quite an artsy person; I enjoy Frankie magazines, gorman fashion and making pom-pom garlands.
Moving back to Canberra after a 2 year hiatus for work. Always up for a chat, but love my private space. I like to keep things clean and tidy, don't mind gatherings and love going out and letting new people. I enjoy cycling and plan to ride to work most days. I'm an IT professional, but certainly not the stereotype ;)

Hey! I'm Jordan, a young professional moving to Canberra as an engineer for a large multi-national company. I'm moving from Melbourne where I have lived for the past 3 years, and before that I was in Townsville. However, I'm currently in the U.S. for work and and expected to make the move when I return in late October. I'm also expected to travel roughly 25% of the time for work when I'm back. I tend to be more on the quiet side, sticking to early(ish) nights during the week where you would find me either reading a book, playing some video games with friends back home in Townsville, or keeping up to dates with my studies as I am finishing of my Masters degree in Computer Science. During the weekends, I don't normally plan too much but would typically end up coding some project I've imagined up, having a few drinks somewhere (Lets go grab a beer?), binge watching some TV, or I may even head back to Melbourne to catch up with family. I'll be new to having roommates, but I don't see myself having any issues... I get along with most people. I'm not a neat freak, but am conscious of leaving things laying around etc. If I sound like I could be a fit, drop me a message!
Hello I am moving to Canberra for work and am seeking a room close to Braddon. I work in the field of finance/economics and in my spare time enjoy keeping fit. I am a quiet clean and respectable house mate and very easy to get along with seeking the same in a house mate.
My name is Tom and i have recently moved to Canberra for work within the defence industry as a project manager. I am currently looking for a new place to live as I'm currently living on a property in collector, but the drive is wearing thin everyday. I am a very active person who spends most afternoons at crossfit and mountain biking on the weekends. If i sound like someone you would like to share your home with or would like to know anything please let me know.
I'm clean and tidy person of commom areas. I don't like having mess around. Have OCD about cleaning and vacuuming. I have my pet puppy who is a maltease x shitzu. Hypo allergic so no one can have a reaction to her fur. Her name is melody. I have my own car and bike for transport. I don't drink alcohol as i don't like the taste. My hobbies and interest are typical nerdy stuff such as games, warhammer and anything music related. Always down for a chat about any topic if anyone has problems etc more than happy to hear about it :)
Moving to Canberra from Canada to work for the High Commission of Canada in Australia for six months. Easy going, respectful, and clean couple. We love being outdoors and travelling! Hoping to either get a place to ourselves or join a houseshare that is also respectful/clean and but keen for a beer/coffee/meal at times. Can definitely provide a reference from our previous housemate in Canada! Message me with any questions at all!
Hi! Im Brendan, 23 and I work full time as a lawyer for the ACT government. I am friendly, sociable, and easy going. I am also pretty tidy and considerate. I'm relatively new to Canberra, so a house with an easygoing social vibe, balanced with respect for people's space would be awesome. I'd love to hear from you! Thanks, Brendan
Hi, I'm a 30 year old doctor and I moved to Canberra from the UK a few weeks ago for work. I'm quite outgoing, I like heading out for a few drinks, out to a comedy club, on country adventures or just hanging out. I'm a massive film buff and would gladly debate about what to watch on Netflix with you. I'm very clean, open minded, respectful and mindful of others. I don't smoke and I love to cook. I'm looking for someone to get a place with, ideally with a budget similar to mine so we can live in a decent place in a decent location. Let me know if you're interested in something similar.
Hello, just found out my beautiful Watson house is being sold and I'm taking it as an opportunity for a bit of a change. I'm a tidy artist, I love cooking, always keen for a chat but respectful of space. I work at the National Gallery at the moment and I'm just about to go to Japan for three weeks!
I am 24 yo, having recently moved to Canberra to start my PhD in Astrophysics at ANU. I have spent considerable time traveling over the last 1.5 years, changing continents every 3-4 months while doing research in space sciences. I have lived in Canberra for 3 months last year while working at Mt Stromlo. I am a fairly easygoing and flexible person. I like to keep my house neat and tidy and respect everyone's personal space. I have lived in sharehouses before and have gotten along pretty well with my housemates. I enjoy a drink or two here and there and like to socialize. I love cooking and sharing meals (if you love Indian food, you can save lots of dollars you spend in Indian restaurants xD). In my free time, I like to binge watch Netflix, go out for movies/drinks or read. I like playing badminton and spend two evenings every week at ANU Sport with my badminton club. I am also good with pets and can help you take care of them if you have one. I have been very punctual with respect to rent and bills. I have a scholarship to pursue my PhD which can conveniently take care of all my expenses. I am looking to join a friendly household where I can feel like home. If you think we can click, please feel free to drop a message! PS: My moving in date is flexible and can be anything between October 1 - October 30.
I'm a full time student at the ANU studying a double degree in languages and archaeology. I am quiet and stick to myself, however I won't say no to an evening socializing with my housemates or a spontaneous grocery trip. I have previous experience sharing a house and am very keen on creating a welcoming environment. In my free time I enjoy watching Netflix, baking, reading, playing video games, and listening to podcasts. I would like to take up gardening, so if you have one that would be a big plus! I am more than happy if you have pets, but if you have a big and/or energetic dog I would like to meet them first. I do not have a car and cannot cycle due to medical reasons, so it would be great if there are bus stops nearby. NOTE: My maximum budget of $300pw includes bills. I look forward to meeting you :)
