Hi lovely people! I'm looking for somewhere fun to stay for an indeterminate amount of time. For the right place, that may be a long time, hopefully with the option of subletting the room when I run off to europe or wherever else. Otherwise, short term works well. I care more about who lives there then how old or big the place is, that said a backyard would be nice. Looking for a good balance of chilling and having fun. About me: I'm a very active and outdoorsy person, I cycle, climb, play tennis and a bit of soccer and other activity I can join. I also like time indoors, with board games, a doco or movie, books or practising spanish. I've lived in share houses before and know how to be clean, tidy and respectful, and can be handy when it comes to fixing things or gardening. It would be nice if the house is a friendly one where there are (ideally meat free) shared meals and other social time and where the occasional visitor or couchsurfer is welcome Ideal housemates would be active and happy people who like to socialise, have a few drinks, that join and suggest activities, and who are responsible enough to clean up any mess they make.
I'm 25, moving to Melbourne by myself, I'm from Nottingham in the U.K. I work as a mental health nurse. I'm interested in going out to eat, going out to socialising and meeting new people. I like live music, festivals and gigs. I don't mind watching sport. I'm hoping to move into accommodation with like minded people.
I work at HoLey MoLey so if my housemates ever wanted to experience neon-lit mini golf, I can make it happen. I studied film/tv & theatre (can be prone to singing in the shower). My spirit animal is either a giraffe or an otter, apparently. I tend to laugh at my incredibly bad puns. If you enjoy a beverage and chat, Netflix and snacks then shoot me a message.
Hi, I'm Thomasin. I work full time in the city as a web developer, looking for a quiet place. I eat mainly pre made meals and shakes so I don't make any mess in the kitchen, and I can clean up after myself. Been in Melbourne for 4 years, originally from New Zealand. A couple of drinks/meals/getting nails done every now and then with flatmates is nice but I'm not a partier and I'm not super outgoing I like to do my own thing. I train 3-5 times a week after work so often home a bit later. I'm into walks, lying around on my computer, pottery, comfortable silences. I have a partner who will probably stay over 1/2 times a week but we try get out of the house as much as we can so won't be in your way. (-:
I'm a working professional who is looking to share a home with like minded and fun people to start off 2018. I am clean, responsible and mindful of other people's space. In my free time I visit the gym, play tennis and ride motorcycles. Also, like socialising on the weekends with friends over a drink or a road trip somewhere.
I'm 22, Dutch & Irish and speak fluent English, Dutch, good French and a bit of Spanish. I grew up in Brussels and did my bachelors in Amsterdam. Going to Melbourne on a working holiday visa to work at Deloitte Consultancy for (at least) 4 months and am looking to travel for a bit in the months afterwards. I like cooking, going out, festivals, concerts, or just having a chill day in. I am an active person and consider myself to be a good housemate as I always tidy/clean after myself. Would rather live with 3 or more people (doesn't matter if they're students or working) as I like the company. Don't mind smokers, don't mind non-smokers either. I am used to living with international students but would love to get to know Australians as well. Do not hesitate to contact me for more questions!
Helloooooo!! I'm a uni student studying languages and development studies, and I work in hospo so I've got enough money for rent and bills etc. I'm kinda sporty (I play hockey for Melbourne Uni, and I enjoy a bit of orienteering too), but I don't go for freakishly long runs every other day. On the fun side, I quite enjoy a beer or glass of wine over dinner, whether its at home or at the pub (love a good pub and beer garden), and I go to gigs and festivals whenever I can afford it. Will happily re-watch GoT or HIMYM at any time and have a long list of tv shows I need to watch. Not the best dinner chef, but will supply homemade cakes, cookies and pickled veg! I also potentially want to start doing homebrew beer, but we'll see how that goes. Also more than happy to live with any furry friends that you may have, especially if they're cuddly. Flexible moving date, but no sooner than Feb 20th as I need to give my current housemate enough time to find someone to takeover my room.
I’m Chloe, 22 and a student looking for a short sublet from the end of Feb/beginning of March - beginning of May anywhere in the Melbourne area pretty much! I’m clean, organised, happy to chat and hang out if other people are up for it!
We are friendly, easy to get along with, adaptable to peoples needs (privacy, personal space, sensitivities etc). We tend to carry on with our own agenda but still keep the space lively. :) We create and are into; poetry, music, art, film.. basically anything creative! We are moving Melbourne from Perth in April 2018. :D
I'm 31, and work as a clinical psychologist (science and feelings expert). Not a Melbourne native, but I've been here around a decade. I generally live a quietish life - more likely be having dinner or playing boardgames with friends than painting the town red, but I like a bit of both. Happy to do my own thing, or to socialise with housemates, depending on the vibe. I come with what I'd like to think is a wide range of knowledge, and love an interesting conversation. My former career also equips me with some decent IT skills, in case those would be useful. I'd like a housemate (or housemates) who are tidy, live their own lives, and enjoy a little bit of socialising with the people they live with. Ideally they'd probably be similarly-aged (late 20s/early 30s) professionals.
I'm sociable, tidy and laidback. I'm a graphic designer working full-time in Collingwood. Definitely an avid binge watcher and sometimes need a good drink or two! It'd be awesome to live with someone who I can be friends with, are tidy and loves the occasional Netflix night. I'm also cool with pets so there's no issue there.
Originally from Melbourne and excited to be moving back home for Uni after living in Canberra for a number of years. I've just wrapped up my gap year backpacking through Europe and about to begin an arts degree at the University of Melbourne in Feb. I'm a vegetarian but have no worries about sharing with non vegos. I have family in Melbourne and I'll be staying with them until I find accommodation, so move date isn't set in stone. I love meeting new people and having a laugh so would love to join (or team up and create) a social share house where chats over dinner or going for a drink together isn't unusual. With that being said, I also really value my down time and know when to respect other people's space. Having a chilled out house where everyone feels respected, happy and at home is really important to me. Of course, more than happy to keep everything tidy, pitch in with chores, be punctual with bills and generally be a kind, respectful roomie. I'm open to starting up a new share house so feel free to message me if you are as well.
I'm moving to Melbourne from Coffs Harbour to work for a renewable energy company. I have lived in share houses since moving out of home and love them! I enjoy rock climbing, photography and urban exploration.
My name is Braeden, I run my own marketing agency and I am a freelance entertainer for corporate events and private functions. I am down to earth, well kept and creative. I love to socialise on the weekends and I am open minded. Visit www.linkedin.com/in/BraedenRhys for more details on me and let’s do coffee?
Hi! I'm Georgia. I'm from the country and moved down to Melbourne three years ago for uni. I have just graduated from the Academy of Design Australia with a bachelor of design majoring in communication design and am currently looking for full time work since finishing my degree. I am pretty clean and don't leave my stuff lying around. I do not mind friends/partners of other housemates visiting as I myself have my boyfriend over a few nights a week and enjoy having friends over for drinks on the odd weekend. I am very respectful of other peoples belongings and would never do anything to damage anything. I like learning guitar and listening to music. I love animals and am cool with there being pets living in the place!
Hey, I'm Tiffany I'm 20 years old and studying psychology at Latrobe university. I also work full time in the city in a call centre but when uni comes around it will be around 3/4 days a week. I have a particularly busy schedule, but I'm really friendly, easy going and enjoy hanging out in my spare time. Open to similar areas, let me know what you have available!

29 years old girl from Norway, staying in Melbourne for 6 months as a part of my Phd in sociology. Love to cook, run, do yoga, read and check out new restaurants and gigs. Will keep regular working-hours, and plan to spend the rest of my time exploring Melbourne. Easy-going and respectful :)
Hi I'm Hannah and I'm currently studying both a Bachelor of Science at RMIT and Veterinary Nursing. Moving out of my current place because it's too expensive and looking for something a bit closer to Camberwell where I am work placement. I am looking for my own room in either a little granny flat or a share house with some similarly aged people that is close to public transport so I can get into the city easily for uni! I am super friendly, love to socialise but at the same time respect other people's privacy. I always clean up after myself and have been living in a sharehouse for the last two years so I know the drill! Message me if you think you might have somewhere I might like :) Hannah
