Hey my names Jessica, Im 28 and a lawyer who is relocating from Perth. Would consider myself a outgoing person, enjoy being active - going to the gym almost daily, going out to dinner and events and meeting new people. Looking for something with some career orientated and outgoing individuals.
I am a mature 27 year old Canberran who has just moved back to Australia on June 1st after having spent the last 4 years in Canada. I have worked full time as a bartender over that period, in both Vancouver and Whistler, after studying an undergrad in International Relations at ANU. I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future in Melbourne. I am a very easy-going, clean and considerate housemate who enjoys making new friends and socialising, sharing a 6 pack/bottle of wine or a home cooked family dinner, going to a footy game and even binge watching a TV show together, but also respects the need for each others privacy and down time. Hobbies include snowboarding, biking, hiking, Aussie Rules, live music, reading and just hanging out with friends. I am a non-smoker who doesn’t own any pets nor plan to in the future.
Hi my name is Thomas I have been living back in Melbourne for a few months now and have just gotten a promotion as manger at the restaurant I work at so I’m looking for something closer to my work. I work fulltime, 5-6 days a week. I’m quite laid back and don’t mind having a cold brew and listening to music on my days off, I’m very sociable and love going out to have a boogie with friends every now and again but I’m very respectful of others so I will never bring the party back home. I love to cook great food and don’t mind sitting down for a good chat or just relaxing in front of the tv. If this sounds like what you are looking for please don’t hesitate to contact me or msg me on here. Thank you
Hey guys, My name is Jenna, I’m in my mid 30’s, work full time and also an online student through OUA. I have previous experience living in a share-house environment. I’m tidy, considerate and reliable with bills/rent etc. My interests are mountain biking, hiking, traveling, and writing. I’m a bit of a book worm and also a Star Wars nerd. I love chilling out with a beer or glass of wine, going to gigs and watching movies. I'm also vegan, easy going, social but also love time to myself. Ideally, I would love to live with someone who I can be friends with and hang out with on occasion. I also have two super cute kittens. Both are rescues – Marley, is 8 months old, a bit of a princess and likes to keep to herself. Eevee is 6 months old and will love you to death Pepe’ Le Pew style. So HMU if you've got the place for me!
Happy person, smiling and easy going. I like to catch up for a glass of wine with my friends and flatmates, but also love the easy night at home. I'm a good cook and appreciate to share meals with other. And also very important I always pay my rent on time ;)
Nerd. Introvert. Work in progress. Nerd girl with delusions of literary grandeur & a love for music, bad movies, scifi & fantasy and my dog. I love games, books and comics. I love art and travel and poetry. I love to cook and bake and take care of those I love. I don't care much for clubbing or huge parties, though I am a fan of board game nights or hanging out watching movies or trashy tv. I have an 18 month old golden retriever named Mal who would be coming with me - he's very friendly and a big snug bug.
Hi all, I'm Andy (25) from Germany and commenced my PhD in Molecular Biology at the University of Melbourne in December 2017. I am looking for a more long-term accommodation, which is preferably affordable, not that far from the Uni and features some great flatmates. I am able to move in from the begin of July, but the date is quite flexible. Thanks to my PhD, I'm quite busy during the week but never shy of a chat and/or a glass of beer or wine in the evening. Besides my PhD, I am playing a bit of soccer and show general interests in sports. On the weekend, I'm always keen for a funny evening/night at a bar, in the cinema or a relaxed day with some brunch and coffee. In general, I'm quite tidy and like to have a good relationship to my flatmates (at least that's what I did the last years). If you have any spare room for me and want me to become one of your next flatmates, feel free to send me a message! Cheers, Andy

I have been working as an external auditor in Spain for the last 2 years but in June 2018 I am leaving my job to move to Australia seeking for new opportunities and challenges. I have been an Erasmus student in the Czech Republic, I have attended several international events during my studies and I have travelled around 35-40 countries in the world. I am an easy going, open minded and responsible person. I am a very tidy and clean person so I expect this to be somehow reciprocal. I am not a maniac though. I like learning new languages to get in touch with other cultures.
Hi I'm Ben, I'm a 30 year old civil engineer looking for a home. I work a 9-5 job (usually a bit longer) and enjoy making the most out of my time off. I'm looking for people who have good social skills, are tidy, respect their fellow housemates, are responsible and are more than happy to make friends.
Hi. We are a couple (25 & 24) from the UK on a WHV 417, with around 6 months left on our Visa. We're in Melbourne and hoping to work and live here for at least 4 months to continue our travels to NZ and SE Asia. Nathan will be working in events management/hospo and I'll be working in Administration. We're looking to save as much as possible in Melbourne so not looking for a party house but definitely some friendly and tidy housemates and up for a beer on the weekends! We're easy going, up for a laugh and very clean/tidy. Were in a hostel until the 25th June. Please give us a message if you have anything we can view. Looking for 2 weeks bond.
I am a chef working full time. I enjoy spending time with others while I don’t mind being on my own. I am respectful of others and their belongings. I like to live in a clean and relaxed house. If you are interested in someone who has been living with others for 5 years in share housing, just send me a message and I’ll happily answer any questions.
I am a responsible professional and respectful flatmate who is able to pull their weight around the house. I also fairly social so out and about a lot but also happy to share a glass of wine and dinner at home.
Hey there! My name is Nardos and I'm an 18 year old student studying law at la Trobe! I currently live in Fairfield and I'm looking to move anywhere in the inner suburbs of Melbourne! I'm a clean, friendly and easy going house mate that loves to be social! I love my quiet time but I also like to go out for a drink! My move out date is around the 22nd of June but this is flexible! I would also prefer to have a private room as I like having my own space! If you have anymore questions, don't hesitate to message me!
Hello all! My name is Trenton Marable and I'm an engineering exchange student from America that will be studying at UniMelb this coming semester. I love many different outdoor activities, including: hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, water sports, ultimate frisbee, etc... I'm looking forward to exploring all the different parts (and food) of Melbourne so if you already know of places, or wanna tag along, that's a plus. I will definitely need to be studying a lot throughout the week, but will enjoy going out on the weekends. I will respect your space and expect you to respect mine, but that doesn't mean we can't hangout, get to know each other, cook together, and have fun sometimes. Location: Anywhere that you think I could get to the UniMelb campus from in a reasonable amount of time (you would know better than me). I'd prefer my own room, but would be open to sharing. I'm looking for flatmates that share somewhat similar interests, are down for an occasional spontaneous adventure, respect privacy, but also enjoy hanging and going out. If you think we'd get along, and have a place for me to stay, hit me up! If you have an iPhone, you can text me through iMessages, or just message me on here...
Hi everyone, I'm Tika, 28. I'm a teacher. I'm looking for a room from July 3rd to September 25th. I'm tidy, clean, fun, easy going, sociable, and quiet person. I'm happy doing house chores together. I highly respect people privacy and space. But I'm always up for a chat and make friends. I like to go out every now and then for grabbing a drink, socializing, and dancing (salsa, bachata, kizomba). I keep myself fit and healthy. I'm looking for an accommodation near train stations which have Glen Waverley line, as I don't drive. But I don't mind to combine transportation (Tram and train, no buses). Furnished and private room is a must. I'd like to live in quiet house. As I'm not a mind reader, I'd like to have housemates who would be able to open to talk if they have issues with me. I'm looking forward to hearing from you :)
I am a very easy going, social and respectful person with a European and Turkish background. I am 27 years old male and have been living in Australia for 5 years now. I like to go to music events/concerts and exhibitions on the weekends and have some drinks with friends. On the weekdays I usually deal with my work-related tasks and my personal projects. Apart from that, I like reading books related to astronomy in general and some popular science topics. In the summers, I also do Scuba divings time to time. I like to keep my house and room very clean and tidy and expect the similar approach from anybody that I live with. I am an Electrical/Electronics Engineer currently working in Wodonga, Vic. And from the next week forward, I am planning to move to Melbourne as I am starting a new exciting role in a big company in Epping. So that is the reason I am looking for places in Melb. Cheers!
I am applying for full-time study at RMIT this July, I'm very relaxed and a goof, well mannered and kind. I respect your privacy and rules. I also work as a casual at Officeworks. (technology department) Night life is my jam, love to explore and go out to new places! Open to suggestions for teaming up or meeting up for a coffee/drink so we can touch base.
I’m looking for someone to team up with and get a place together so that it feels like ours etc but happy to consider moving in to the right place as well. I’m very easy going and am also respectful, trustworthy, reliable, clean, always pay my rent and bills on time and would need someone with the same mindset. I’ve been sharing with 3 awesome people and while they don’t want me to leave it was only ever a short term stint for me while I house hunted after being transferred interstate for 12 months. If I can find the right person to get a place with - someone laid back with a good sense of humour who likes to have fun, is reliable and considerate with good vibes - that would be great otherwise I’ll get something myself. Only interested in people wanting to pay at least $300pw for something. If you don’t want to pay that much then it won’t work as we’d be looking for properties of differing calibre. That doesn’t mean we won’t find something great that happens to be less. In my spare time you’ll find me at the gym, out with friends, holed up in my room catching up on work / watching the tennis / mucking around on my phone or pottering around in the kitchen. I love to cook and like to eat healthily for the most part. Happy to eat together or do our own thing. I have some furniture, TVs / DVD recorders, white goods, kitchenware etc if we need it but it can all just as easily stay where it is - in storage at work. Flexible re suburbs and commencement or move in date - earlier or later is fine, happy to commence as soon as we find something. Also flexible re length of stay though an initial 3-6 months is the minimum needed for teaming up.
Hello Everyone, My girlfriend and I (+ one friend for approx 3 weeks) are looking for a temporary place this July/August as we transition from full-time nomads (caravan/housesitting) to responsible adults (homeowners). We'd stay in the caravan during this time except for two points: - It's a bit chilly - We'll have an overseas visitor staying with us and three's a crowd So, if you have a whole place, or a large room or two to sublet from approx 22nd July - 20th August and don't mind three women and two cats staying with you, perfect! We are experienced housesitters with some great reviews and police checks (from multiple countries!). We have two well-behaved indoor kitters who are used to other animals. Perks: We bring our own Wi-Fi, Netflix and a ute! Kellie makes a mean vegetarian chilli and is a great addition to any trivia team. Emilie will ALWAYS share wine with you and buy expensive cheese. Our friend Marie is super friendly, respectful and has a charming French accent. And besides from being the cutest fluffballs ever, our two cats also provide quirkiness and entertainment. We all love quality banter, yummy food and discovering new things but can also respect one's privacy and need for personal space. We have to admit we probably fall under the "too old for that shit" category for wild partying every weekend but would love to go explore good bars and music venues with you if suits your fancy. We are all non smokers. Downsides(?): Kellie will school you on the proper use of Physics Terms (she's an optical engineer) and Emilie won't be able to shut up if the conversation steers towards languages/linguistics (she's a translator). But don't worry, we can talk about other things than our jobs! Kellie works in Mulgrave, Emilie works from home, and we run a martial arts club in Footscray, so anywhere in the general vicinity of Melbourne will do. Cheers! Kellie and Emilie PS: If you have just one room available but a garden/driveway that could accommodate a caravan, that could work too! Then we'd move to the caravan and leave the room to our friend while she's visiting.
Very easy going, clean, tidy, friendly, and considerate of both people and spaces. I work in a number of jobs in both the arts as well as research. I enjoy many different kinds of music, and art, and I also like jogging, cycling, reading, writing and love talking about film. I like being a part of house-shares that are inclusive, open and respectful. I also like those that are social - and able to have a glass of wine, have a chat, and the odd dinner would also be very nice.
