Hey I'm Astra, I'm a 20 year old hospitality worker, who loves the gym, coffee and crafts. I'm currently looking to move out of my current sharehouse for something more affordable and quiet. I'm pretty laid back, but enjoy a tidy and peaceful home. Of course the occasional gathering and social times are great too.
I'm 27, looking for some where closer to work to live with some easy going people. I'm clean and I cook, even try to cook some fancy things from time to time. I enjoy a healthy combination of socialising and "me time", I'm addicted to most shit reality TV shows (except cooking ones)
Healthy, tidy, easy to get along with 35yo male relocating to Melbourne from Tasmania for work. Looking at 3-6 month stay from late Feb whilst finding my own rental to live in but open to staying with flatmates longer term. Non-smokers & no pets preferred. Will be working shifts in CBD location at times between 7am and 1am so will be in and out of residence at varied hours.
I'm from Spain and I have the work and holiday visa so right now I'm looking for a job and a room. I'm a friendly person with sense of humor but also I am a relaxed person who enjoy talking. I have a degree in psychology and I was actress. I would like to find a home and share this experience. I love the music, dance, art and animals.
Hey there, I just moved to Melbourne for my masters, I come from Egypt. I am looking for a house filled with sunlight that has a private room wherever close to the center. I am clean and tidy and will keep the house in shape; I am super organized when it comes to shared stuff, come to my own room might be a mess within myself. Crossing the ocean, would love to have good vibes wherever I stay; sharing with people that would feel like family; accommodating and respectful of each other. I will be swamped between uni & work but generally enjoy both few drinks out, a party every now and then but nothing compared to my Love of netflix and chill nights.
Hey there! I'm Christian, 26, and working full time as a recruitment consultant. I'm a pretty chilled out character, having lived in share houses for 5+ years so I definitely know how to be mindful of someone else's space. I rate my cooking and take a lot of enjoyment out of cooking for others so the occasional shared meal is definitely on my radar. Monday-Fridays are pretty low-key, although I'll rarely say no to a glass of wine after dinner or a local pub trivia. Weekends vary depending on the time of year, but I try to be as sociable as possible and definitely do try to escape the city every now and again or head up to dad's alpaca(!) farm in NSW. I do bring some pots and pans and a few other bits and pieces to the table as well. Any questions - just ask!
I’m a registered nurse living the shift work life. I’m a reasonably social creature but I like my down time too. I’m friendly, tidy, respectful and happy to share some meals/wine/chats/existential crises. Can cook! I come with baggage - a super cute cat called Morrissey. He makes cat people out of the cat averse, I promise you’ll love him. He’s an independent inside/outside cat so he’s off exploring a lot of the time (read: sleeping in the sun) (and the world is his loo so no gross litter trays). You'll barely notice him. I’ve got houseplants galore, a cool chesterfield and come fully equipped with the rest of the house stuff (but I can storage what’s not needed). I’m looking for a chilled and tidy place with a bit of space and a cool guy or girl. If there’s somewhere for a herb garden - bonus! I like all kinds of greenery. I'm pretty laid back, love the beach, hangs with friends, wining/dining, music, photography and getting about in the sunny weather. I'm also pretty tidy and keep on top of the life chores. Hopefully you're something like this too!
I'm currently finishing my master's degree in Arts Management at RMIT and would like to work within a music festival afterwards! I usually spend my free time in exhibitions, gigs, seeing friends and trying to cook! Three passions in my life: photography, music, and travelling 🌍 I'm looking for a room in a shared house to meet new people, to have chats with a beer but also need time by my own.
I’m relaxed and always keen for a chat and a laugh but happy to be in my own company too. I love dogs and cats and I love to cook, chill listen to music and watch movies. I work as a chef so kept occupied at work but don’t mind a beer or two on my days off. I’m looking for somewhere to have my own space and relaxed atmosphere
I am a 22 yr old female from England. I am creative and friendly and very laid back. I teach yoga and make music. I’m travelling alone so up for meeting new people and exploring new places. I love to draw, read, cook, have philosophical conversations, and go on walks in nature. I like to drink and party occasionally but am mainly pretty chilled, I do however like to socialise regularly. I am clean and tidy.
I come with two adorable furry companions, a wine club subscription and a mean tiramisu recipe! I'm also a friendly and fun housemate, I'm easy to live with, clean and tidy but also love having a glass of wine with my housemates over uber eats and a good doco or trashy TV!
I’m working full time avo shift. I like to do some cooking and have beers, but I clean up after myself. Pretty clean person in general, not particularly noisey. Very laid back American from Oregon. I like to read books, chat, Netflix, ride my motorbike, play soccer. Hetero but I respect all lifestyle choices.
Hi! I'm Elise :) I'm 27 & I work in the film and TV industry so I love being able to say that watching movies is “research”. Currently working FT on a US TV show being shot here in Melbourne, I leave pretty early in the morning and get back late so weekends are my jam. I’m down-to-earth, respectful and open-minded. I love to boogie, either at gigs, festivals/doofs, bars/clubs, love to catch up with friends, read great books, listen to good vinyl (or spotify, you got me), watch amazing movies (Hello, mondays at the Nova), travel whenever I get the chance, and get out and about as much as I can. Overall I believe in all the important things - from equality to having fun.
Hi, I have just moved to Melbourne from NZ where i spent 3yrs living and working, I had been living my life mostly in WA fifo and decided its time to do some study, therefore I have applied into tech and now looking for somewhere quiet to live that is spacious. I like to go out to cafes, enjoy a wine, and movies. I have done a bit of travelling in my time so enjoy talking about other countries and cultures, I'm young at heart and enjoy good humour, I don't smoke and would prefer a non smoking environment. Any suburb that is close to public transport and not far from Preston as I am unsure of the area. I would like somewhere quiet to study and not into a party house, even though i like to go out now and then. I am clean and tidy, reliable with paying the rent and bills etc.
** NOT YET IN MELBOURNE, ARRIVING ON FEBRUARY 22 ** Hello beautiful people of Melbourne! I'm Michelle, a 27-year old postgraduate student from the Philippines. I'm moving to your city end of February to study at the University of Melbourne for 2 years. I'm a Copywriter by profession. Looking for long-term accommodation during my studies, preferably furnished and with stable Internet. I don't have a car so parking space is not required. I'm also okay with sharing common spaces, such as the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. I pay rent on time, and I'm really neat (okay, maybe borderline OCD is the word haha!). I have experience in co-living, as I lived with 3 lovely girls from Brasil, Tunisia and China before. I'm the type of person who really gets to know my flatmates on a social level, and not just in a "Oh-s/he's-just-someone-I-Iive-with" kind of way, but actually hang out, whilst still respecting your personal space. I enjoy art, pizza, music/music festivals/concerts, films, coffee, nature, online shopping, TV series, traveling, dogs, yoga, milk tea, the beach, and going out with family and friends. When I'm not into my hobbies, I usually just chill in my room, binge watch on Netflix (but we can watch together too!), or study/work. Don't worry, I'm normally a quiet roomie, but maybe you'll hear me sing in the shower ;-P Looking forward to finding my awesome space!
