Hi! I’m Dannica, and I’m a Melbournian working full time in HR. I love live music, fitness and enjoying good food/coffee/wine with friends. I’m relaxed, clean and respectful. I'm friendly and social, but also enjoy my own downtime. Always down for good chat over wine and a cheese platter!
Hello, I am a teacher living in Alice Springs and I am coming to Melbourne for term two. I am looking for something self contained and furnished. I am quiet, clean and respectful and enjoy the simple life - I love the country and will be spending some weekends away visiting friends in Castlemaine but am also looking forward to sampling the amazing food to be found in Melbourne! If you have a place that might be suitable, preferably with a bit of outdoor garden space, please get in touch. Cheers, Bess
Hi future housemates, I am working almost 7 days. I am looking a house for long term near Thomastown, Ruthven or Reservoir stations (on 5 or 8 min walk). About Me- I work five days in city and on weekend I work on salon(kind of learning and helping there). In short, most of the time I am not at house, Still, I am looking a nice place where I can go and rest after all this hard work. I am very clean and tidy person who knows how to clean a common area after use. I am very good to pay my rent on time. By the way I am non smoker and non drinker person but I don't mind if my house mates do outside. I love yoga and evening walk. Thanks
Hello there. I am seeking a home to share with community minded, creative beings who are interested in co-creating a peaceful, harmonious, easy-going, tidy, respectful, loving and nurturing space together. I am currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and as well completing my Kundalini Yoga training program. My hobbies and interests are in : spirituality, philosophy, healing, well-being (meditation, yoga, nutrition, kirtan, natural therapies, etc..), conscious dance, sacred music, films, art, reading, being in nature, eating out, travel, singing and pretty much any workshop or book on self-development that allows me to learn more about myself, others and improve who I am as a person. I am honest, mature and respectful of others space, and also seeking the same from others. I am also drug and alcohol free, and would prefer a home of open, authentic, conscious connections and communication with one another. I am not fussed about living with others who enjoy a wine over a meal, but definitely not interested in a party house. I am interested in a quiet space where I can study, as well as, re-charge and unwind. I would enjoy a conversation, meal or outing with fun-loving housemates every so often. As well as a tidy space, where we all contribute in keeping the environment clean and tidy for all. A home near public transport services is a necessity, preferably train and tram services. An unfurnished room and additional storage space would be ideal. I am vegan and would prefer a vegan and/or vegetarian household. I have lived with meat-eaters before though that are respectful and understanding. I also volunteer in assisting with and marketing events within the conscious Melbourne community, as well as activism for the welfare and rights of animals. I am more than happy to live with cats, and the more the merrier :)
We are a family of three looking for a house to share or accommodation. We are very neat. Easy people, relaxed and honest.
Hi, I'm an Italian guy just arrived in Melbourne, I work as a chef and I'm just trying to get my permanent visa cause I felt in love for Australia. I'd like to find a nice clean place that it could make feel at home, I'm an easygoing, very clean and tidy person. Of course as italian, I love food so much :), music, arts and people. Just trying to find a nice place with nice housemates around here :) Cheers
I'm an easy-going person who takes life as it comes. Always up for an adventure and deep conversations about life, whatever. Occasionally like to drink, not a smoker. Love pets but not pet lizards! Like to stay clean and tidy (that goes without saying). Into books, movies, baking, etc.
My name is Shadi Alexander and if you recognize me it's probably because I was on First Dates Australia for 3 different episodes but have given up pursuing a career in acting for something more stable. I work for one of the big 4 banks in the head office located in Melbourne CBD. That's why I am looking for a unit or town house preferably in the the inner CBD or inner northern suburbs but am very flexible. Happy to stay in the right place for 1 year and beyond. I've been living out of home for many years now and I think I'm pretty much the perfect house mate, not too boring but never in your way either and not intrusive at all. I am very neat and clean and I have lived in share houses before so I know the ins and outs. I am easy going and fun to be around but also responsible and respectful of others and their space too. Also I am quite busy during the week as you'd expect working two jobs but always make an effort for my housemates regardless of how busy life gets. If it sounds like we'd get along feel free to drop me a line.
Hi, my name's Lachlan - studying full-time at La Trobe University and have just moved from Perth. I'm into sport, music, reading, movies/documentaries and keeping fit/outdoors. A bit of everything really (and can cook!). Open to new interests and experiences, or just anything fun. I'm easy-going, respectful and kind, and will help people out wherever I can. Also Like the odd drink or social occasion but balance that with time to myself for studying and relaxing. Happy to fit with whatever vibe suits the place. I'll do my fair share in keeping a place clean and maintained, and will respect any rules. So that's me! Look forward to meeting future room-mates.
Easy going, independent, love music, I come with a friendly (well-trained) cat! I work as an executive professional in Horticulture Mon-Fri, so would love somewhere with a garden to get my hands dirty on the weekend. I prefer to relax and wind down after work, I don't mind a social drink (or two) but I'm not looking for a busy party house. I've lived in share-houses before so I know how to respect personal space and keep the place clean; happy to provide references on request.
I'm friendly, open minded and generally busy with commitments. I value a quiet space though enjoy meeting/interacting with new people! I work full time and look to also study this year. I love my food, coffee, film, music and a good conversation!

Hi, my is Jack and I'm 30 years old. I'm currently studying at Monash and am half way through my degree in paramedicine. I also work part time for Man With A Van. If I'm not studying or working than I'll most likely be hanging out with friends. I try to lead a pretty active lifestyle, I enjoy exercising, I play touch football, and I'm learning how to play ice hockey at the moment. I am hoping to find a friendly, clean share house that will feel like home. I am an independent person, but also enjoy socialising with my housemates when everyone's in the mood.
I'm international student exchange from Brazil, so here I'm student English, because the English is important from my career and I like travel and that I don't want people translate for me. but in Brazil I'm studying physics engineer at University of São Paulo. I like walking and ride a bicycle.
Friendly, respectful and neat housemate. No pets, non-smoker. Full-time government job in the CBD.
I am pretty tidy and very clean person and enjoy such environment. Quite sociable, love a chat or a drink but also respect peoples spaces and enjoy my own time too. I work for a large multinational company and go to the gym pretty much everyday. I try to eat healthy but don't cook much. Generally quite busy enjoy a nice chat in the end of the day :)
Hi! So we’re Liam and Beth and we’re just looking for a quiet corner to call our own. We’d like private accommodation, seperate to the main living quarters i.e a studio or granny flat, 1 bedroom apartment or bungalow. We’re very quiet and tend to keep to ourselves and do our own thing. We need a kitchen space because we love to cook! Plenty of storage space, and we have all of our own furniture. Liam, 22, works full time doing a telecommunications traineeship, and his weekend hobby is motorcycle racing, so we need somewhere off-street to store his motorbikes. Myself, I work part-time, and seeking full-time work until I commence studying a bachelor of design in September. I’m a creative type, so the storage is mainly for all of my art and sewing supplies!
Hi I'm Cheryn. I am a student (applied sciences: haven't picked a major yet!) and work part time. My work is night shift. I've lived with non-shift workers before, I can sleep through 'normal-level' noise (making breakfast, chatting) so don't let that put you off! I'd love a pet-friendly place with garden space, but I'm flexible. I have furniture, not great but functional that can be kept/not as liked. I have a piano but I promise I wont play it late at night! Any gender/orientation/age is fine. Send me a message :)
Hey everyone! I will be moving to Melbourne from Adelaide in June, currently working for Government here in Adelaide and will be staying in gov in Melbourne. I'll also be pursuing my goal of playing AFL and will most likely be playing VFL once over there :) I also love going out and being social and meeting new people and always being out and about!! :) keen to start a share house too. If I seem like a good fit feel free to message me :) Cheers
I could do it the conventional way and start talking about how awesome I am to live with, but I'd rather let you read this quote which sums up all that I am and all that I want to do in life: “Lord make me an instrument of your peace; Where there is hatred let me sow love; Where there is injury, pardon; Where there is doubt, faith; Where there is despair, hope; Where there is darkness, light; And where there is sadness, joy" Now a little about my situation, I live in Perth. I am moving to Melbourne to study Master of Law and Development, so that I can achieve the above quote on a larger scale, yaay!. I currently work full-time as Accounts Officer, but that will change to part-time remote work once I move to Melbourne. I will be in Melboune Mar 12-21 to attend classes at Melbourne uni and also view potential rooms. Then I am back in Perth for a couple of weeks to pack my stuff and move to Melbourne Permanently by Mid April, hopefully!! I love being out and about, chilling with friends, having coffee or a drink, hiking, travelling, or watching movies. I am a happy person. I love bringing positive energy anywhere I go. I always go the extra mile to help others, even if they don't necessarily ask.
I am a part time primary school teacher. I am very quiet, clean and tidy. I don't smoke or drink. I enjoy shopping, going to movies, out for dinner and spending time with family and friends.
