My name is Ash and I'm a student studying in my first year at Flinders University. I recently moved to Adelaide from the Northern Territory so I'm just looking for a place to settle into, so I can figure out how to do this uni thing. I'm mostly quiet and I usually keep to myself, but I'm also always up for a chat; I'm always up for meeting someone new. I enjoy going out to have fun almost as much as staying in to binge watch TV shows.
I am after two rooms one for myself from 24/4/2018 long term and the other from 2/5/2018 to 12/5/2018 for my parents who will be in Australia for my graduation. The rooms do not have to be in the same house. I am flexible on location provided there's a bus stop no more than 5 minutes from the house and the location is no more than 20 minutes into the city. The house owners will be friendly and be willing to have conversations from time to time. Ideally this would be a new property. No pets.
Hi there! My name is Brooke and I'm 23 years old. I've lived in Adelaide for 12 months working full time and now looking to move in with some groovy housemates as I transition back into studying (animal studies) and working part time. I have my best pal Oscar the border collie with me who is 4 years old, and despite his breed, spends 85% of his time sleeping and the other 15% at the beach. He is an inside/outside dog and gets along well with other animals and humans, toilet trained and has completed obedience training as well as being an awesome foster brother in the past so he is very patient 🤗 I am vegan, so ideally would like to live in a house with other vego/vegan individuals. I am LGBTQ+ friendly. I enjoy hanging out with friends, beach days, writing, reading and a bit of Netflix! I am pretty easy going and happy to do my own thing, but also hang out together every now and then. I'm down for a chat but also happy to live with someone who just wants their own space :) Not into partying or substances but love a casual dance down at the bay and catching up with friends for a drink or two at home! Hoping to find some easy going, groovy gals or guys to live with for a couple of months before I move to Melbourne. My lease is up July 7th so would like to have somewhere lined up that's available around that time, open to suburbs along the west coast from Sheidow Park, Seacliff, Marion up to Grange or even Thebarton - ideally with utilities included in rent!
Hi there, Just thought I would put it out there in case anyone is looking to team up and rent a 3-4 bed house in any of the areas below. I’m flexible and will also consider near by areas too. Would prefer not too far from the beach. Rent negotiable. My share up to $200 per. Date also flexible. I am a easy going young at heart 53 yo. Currently, I am living in Qld but am planning to relocate back to Adelaide late May. I’m clean, tidy and respectful and am seeking someone with similar values to share with. Ideally, you would be of similar age ie 40s or 50s. I am a light smoker and only ever smoke outdoors. I’m also in the process of trying to give up. My dog “ Bella” is a 4yo shih-tzu. She is house trained and does not shed hair. Both Bella and I come with excellent references. I love to cook and enjoy a glass of wine on occasions. I have a complete house of furniture which I will be transporting too. If you have furniture, that’s fine as we could find a place that meets both of our requirements. Feel free to contact me if this is an arrangement that you are looking for. Cheers

Hi there. My name is Maggie and I'm a 19-year-old uni student who studies paramedics at Flinders University and looking for a place thats close to city or Marion or Glenelg or not too far away from uni haha. I'm tidy, neat and quiet(sometimes can be chatty), but also very funny. I do love my time to myself, but I also want to be able to chat and hangout with my flatmates. I'm a foodie who love cooking and sharing good stuff with flatmates. Love spending time on beach with friends but also quite enjoy watching Netflix at home. Love skating and other sports. love to travel, explore, try new things especially anything thats exciting pls don't hesitate to contact me Cheers
I'm a mature-minded 23yo student doing a masters degree in cognitive behaviour therapy at Flinders University. My study is my main focus but I also do shift work in child protection/disability services, and hit the gym when possible. I'm not home much but when I am, I tend to keep to myself to decompress and relax (generally sighted at my daggiest in a Spyro onesie..). I'm very self sufficient but am easygoing and don't mind a good chat! I'm not allergic to animals and am happy to help out with looking after flatmates' pets when required. **Garage space is a must** I'm a car enthusiast and have my prized possession to house with me. If you have enclosed garage or shed space, I'd love to hear from you!
My partner of 2 years, Ainsley and I are looking into renting a room together. I am 22, studying primary teaching at Flinders uni in my fourth year, and work 2 casual jobs. I’m originally from Darwin and love travelling, returning to Australia about a year ago from a 6 month semester abroad in Europe. My partner is 23 and has recently finished his degree and works full time in project management. He is originally from England and has lived in Australia for 4 years. We are both respectful, tidy people that enjoy going out for a bite and are busy people. We both love Adelaide and see ourselves here permanently. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.
My partner Daniel (male 29) and I (female 30) are looking for a medium/large room or even two smaller rooms for about six months if the place doesn't allow pets, or hopefully long term if we can find a pet friendly place as we plan to adopt a cat at some point. We also love dogs and all other animals but at the moment we don't have any pets. We are pretty quiet but also friendly and like to get on well with our housemates. We are open minded and down to earth and get along well with most people. Both of us like to keep living spaces clean and tidy and when at home we like to do gardening trying to grow vegetables or watching movies, reading, making and eating lots of soups etc we're not as boring as we sound really. We would love to make friends with our housemates and maybe watch horror movies together sometimes or other stuff at home but we are perfectly happy to just keep to ourselves if you like more alone time :) I'm a full time student at Flinders and Dan works and studies. Always pay rent and bills on time and can provide references. Been at our current place for a couple of years and only moving because we need a bit more space. I'm really hoping to have access to a bath tub because I've really missed being able to have the occasional relaxing bath :) and also some outside space like a good size courtyard or even an actual garden would be amazing. We can pay up to $350 per week if room has a bed and bills are included. Otherwise more like $250 max. Can move from about 27th April or maybe earlier.
I am a full time student, studying health science. I graduate in July. I am also a shift worker in the disability sector. I’ve spent most of my life in adelaide and have a pretty quiet lifestyle. I’m happiest if I’m comfortable with the people I live with and happy to chat and do my own thing also
Hey! I'm Alexis but usually go by Lexi. I love listening to music (mostly indie and rock), hanging out with my friends and siblings, reading books (I love horror, romance, adventure, fantasy...pretty much anything really), and I also love to write- mainly stories, and sometimes poetry. I also write songs, but that's quite rare. I love animals, and kids- I'm in high school, and also part time at TAFE studying to work in childcare. I'm quite shy at first, but usually when you get to know me, or I feel comfortable, ill be quite extroverted and ill love talking to people. I love to be there for people when they need advice, just to talk, or be a shoulder to cry on. I like to spend time with other people, but eventually need my alone time. So if I end up getting up and leaving suddenly, its not me being rude, its me needing a break for a little bit. I love coloring my hair whenever I get the chance. I'm very LGBT+ friendly, and I don't judge anyone for who they are (unless they're assholes who judge anyone that's different). I also would love to live in a home that has animals or will accept animals being brought into the house. Mainly cats and dogs. If you have a lizard that's fucking great as well. I don't really like smoking, but if you smoke outside then I don't really care. Drinking is also fine, but I probably wont jump in to have any as I'm not that big of a drinker. Drugs are a big no for me.
I work in hospitality and tourism and work away a lot. I love camping and traveling when i can and really enjoy being social and want to live with people who arnt afraid to have a chat when we are all home as well as know what personal space is. Im clean, tidy and respectful and hope to live with someone similar. looking for a place with built ins and reasonably nice kicthen and bathroom as I love to cook! A good sense of humor and adventure is a must! Xx
Self-employed with an online fashion business, and full-time employed as a fashion retail store manager on jetty road in Glenelg. I run live workshops in Adelaide for a social movement also. Not lots of free time and keep myself quite busy. Ideally looking for somewhere with space for a home office set-up or some storage. Preferably wish to rent my own place and find some housemates to team up as I have a lot of my own stuff already. Close to glenelg for work is a preference. 28 years old. Recently moved back to Adelaide after 7 years overseas, I do want a space where friends from afar can come and stay from time to time. Enjoy socialising in free time but also need somewhere quiet to be able to work. I’m a bit of a neat freak so living with others who appreciate cleanliness is important to me. I have a real passion for wine and have studied wine so definitely enjoy a few wines when I can but also pretty healthy, into personal development and would be great to live with like minded, positive, people. Definite non-smoker. If anyone’s interested in starting up a share property let me know as this is definitely my preference. Ideally a 3 bedroom home with a seperate living area or study that can be utilised as an office and guest room.
