My name is Jess and I'm a 27 year old female public servant. I'm originally from Canberra but moved to Sydney a few months ago for work. I've been house-sitting around town, which has been great fun but I'm looking to find somewhere more permanent with a great group of people. I am easy going, friendly and reliable, will always pay rent on time and will keep the house tidy. I like being social and having a good chat over a glass of wine but also appreciate having some down time. I enjoy reading, running and the occasional Netflix binge and am always keen for a trivia sesh at the pub. I'm currently finishing off my undergrad, majoring in Human Rights so I do have some quiet weekends in studying. I'd love to find somewhere relaxed and with a friendly atmosphere, and it would be great to meet a few new people as I don't know too many people in Sydney.
I'm a PhD student at UNSW and work as a private tutor and teach at uni. I'm a pretty relaxed and low maintenance flatmate. With the little time I have free, I like to go see live bands, go to the movies and cook.
Hey I'm ash! 23 years old. I work from home as a model. I'm pretty down to earth and easy going, more than happy to hang out but am also out often enough to give you your own space. Im usually catching up on TV shows or playing around with make up in my spare time. I'm clean, tidy and responsible. Hoping to find others who are the same. I've also house-shared for 4+ years and am very respectful of space and communal living, and am hoping the rent will include maybe some of the bills. *IM NOT LOOKING TO SHARE A ROOM WITH ANY MEN SO DONT ASK. shoot me a message if you want to know anything else
Hey there! Amber and I are both career driven working professionals who will be working full time in the week and chilling on the weekends. We enjoy watching and playing sports (mainly football) and having a chat over a beer/G&T. We are friendly, clean and considerate and are looking for housemates of the same nature. We are in a relationship and have been for 7 years; please only get in touch if you are LGBT friendly :) Amber and Niesh x
I am a fun relaxed and friendly person. I am very respectful of others space and clean and tidy. I am almost done with my studies and will be starting full-time work once I finish in November. For now I stay very busy with uni, a student society, work and an internship. In my time off I enjoy going outdoor, watching or attending sporting events and hanging out with friends. But I also enjoy a quiet time in reading a book or watching TV. I love cooking and I am happy to share most of the times. I am looking for a nice, relaxed, clean and friendly place. Hopefully for at least 6 months but I am open to other options if the situation is right. My budget hopefully includes utilities, but as anything it could be a little flexible if it is the right place and people. My current lease ends on 14 October and my flatmate is going back home so I am looking to move some time around that date. Hope to hear from you. P.S. I know the areas I am looking at are very different haha but one is close to work and the other I just love the area as I have lived there before. :)
I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 45 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Currently looking at somewhere off the train line on the north shore on a quiet street. So I can walk+bus to a train station and then catch a train to Wynyard. Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening. Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends/go to gym. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My NUMBER ONE priority is a place to sleep that is QUIET. Not located near a noisy street/shop/neighbour and also internal quiet - living with people who also value quiet in the evening from 9:30pm onwards. I am quite sociable and would like to live with people who i can chat with but need quiet for rest/sleep. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a quiet room, laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) and good outdoor space, with professional people. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
Hi, I am a visiting PhD student at USYD. If you can see my listing, that means I am still looking for a single private room or nice flatmates~~ I would like to live in a quiet, organized and clean place. If you have any idea, pls don't hesitate to message me. haha. But it is better that the room is near the USYD or just about 10 minutes' train. And if you are looking for a flatmate, i am willing to know about things. I perfer the apartments or units. But perfect houses are also good to me.
I am a very easy going person. I respect people's intimacy and do my best to get along with them. I am punctual with my payments. I am also very open to talk and sort any issue out. I am only looking for a short time place due to my current room being needed by my landlord and me going for holidays by the end of November, so only 5 weeks accommodation.
Moving back to Sydney for work. Easy going person who enjoys my alone time but am bored of living by myself so looking for some fun, nice flat mates preferably in a house share with my own bedroom. Happy with dogs would be great if there was a car space and would prefer an all female house.
I am a flight attendant from Hong Kong, currently holding a working holiday visa planning to stay in Sydney for a year. Will arrive in Nov. I went to high school in new zealand. Im a 41 year old male looking for a quiet, clean and friendly place to share. I own a cafe so I work 6 days a week. I usually leave home at 4:15am for work and I get home at around 3pm sometimes a little later if I have to run some errands. Sundays I tend to go out with friends for breakfast and catchup or for a quick spin on my motorbike. No I am not part of some bikie gang. 😁 Other than that I am very quiet and get along with a lot of people. I dont drink, party, do any drugs or smoke. Im also not one to have visitors come to the house. Ill always respect your privacy and comfort. If this sounds reasonable to you or you need more information please dont hesitate to get back in touch with me. Thanks
Warm and friendly Immaculately clean and organised Very busy so won't be in someone's space all the time as work Professionally and train every day eg run, swim, yoga, etc. Marathon runner. Also singer and actress so I'm a bit creative.
Hi, my name is Patrick and I'm from the UK. I have just arrived in Australia to start my new job in central Sydney as an IT consultant. I'm a fairly recent graduate, having studied at Edinburgh in Scotland, and before coming here I spent a few months working in Thailand where I taught English. I'm looking for a place to stay long term, ideally shared with other young professionals within easy commuting distance of the city centre. My previous flatmates describe me as tidy, considerate, friendly and really easy to leave with. If requested, I can provide references letters from previous leases I have stayed in. During my spare time I enjoy reading, watching movies and socialising with friends. What I am looking forward to most from my time in Australia is getting to meet many interesting new people and discover places very different from back home. If your interested and have any further questions, just send me a message. Hope to hear from you soon!
