Hey, I’m Mitchell, a 26 year old Perthian native. My work has just moved me across from the sleepy side of the country so I’m looking for a medium to long term rental. Currently based near Southern Cross station area as a construction coordinator which means early starts and reasonably late finishes in the CBD (7:00am - 5:30pm). From there I’ll try hit the gym before motivation fades and come home to cook a meal and relax. Always down to shoot the shit on NBA or discuss whatever’s happening - also on the hunt for Melb’s best chicken parmi so hmu if you have any hot spots. Currently looking into volleyball centres that are close to the city for social games and/or joining a casual team. Bonus if other roommates are active so I can conscript them to make a team with me. I'm a very tidy person so no worries on keeping areas clean. Looking for my own bedroom that fits a queen bed, not fussed about sharing a bathroom. Can move in immediately. I have previous rental history in Perth. Let me know if you need any other information. Cheers, Mitch I've got a rental bio link below for more info:
Heya! 26 year old female who’s just returning home after 2 years abroad travelling & living in London. Working full time in Co-Working, I’m now on the hunt to find a full time place to call home 🏡 I’m super duper friendly, laid back, ‘House share trained’ so clean & respectful. My previous housemates would describe me as ‘House mum’ 🤗 I will ask about your day & fix you a cuppa any time you need. I’m a social butterfly 🦋 so love heading out for a drink with friends/ meeting new people/ any activities day or night in general. But at the same time love being curled up indoors with a good book 📚
Talented cook, loves to dance, a good listener friend and always has good stories to tell! Working full time as civil engineer and volunteer for an animal shelter. Also loves to have a drink with friends and always keen to share his playlists on Spotify. Basically I want a good looking, cozy place but also some good friends around to share the place I can call home. Stay length, dates, rent, bond, bills and everything else is just a detail and I'm very flexible with most of them. Please drop a message if you're interested!

29-year young Dutch girl 👧🏼 Working full time in the CBD mon - fri. In my free time, you can find me in the yoga studio, cooking (I make pretty good banana bread!), catching up with friends, and enjoying all the great things that Melbourne has to offer. I’d love to share some dinners or a glass of wine together every now and then but also like my downtime. Looking for a place in Richmond, Cremorne, Burnley, East Melbourne area from the 10th/11th of August on wards.
Howdy! Looking for a nice and quiet house. Back from a short stint overseas. Very easy to live with, looking for 1-3 people in the place. I tend to do my own thing (cooking etc) but always up for a chat and a cuppa tea. Tidy and expert spider removalist. Have a car so require parking. Like pets, but don't have any. Got my own stuff for the room. Don't smoke or whatever, prefer a clean house in this regards.
Looking for room to rent. Need to be dog friendly. I have been traveling since 2006 including living in Germany and the UK. Most recently did 4 years in QLD and now settling back home in Melbourne with my beautiful kelpie x dog Ali LaLa. I work in Administration for a Not for Profit organisation in the CBD. I've done house-sharing before and come with references. They will tell you how I usually keep to myself as I do a lot of work writing/reading on my laptop. I adapt to how other house mates want to spend their time in the house. Happy to hang out and chat about each others lives and escapades but still have their own space. I love to garden and growing food if possible and try to be as self-sustainable as possible. Outdoors walking the dog and taking photos as I love photography. Prefer a psycho-free home. Somewhere safe and respect each others property/possessions. Yes I clean up after myself. No I don't take forever in the bathroom or leave a mess. Yes my dog has rules and house trained. She gets along with other dogs and cats. Length of stay I would hope long term so I can settle down and work to save money. Bottomline: Great sense of humour and easy going. Honest and respectful. Always pay money on time. Good listener. Clean. Would prefer to live with people that have similar qualities.
