Hello! I’m Maie (May) and I'm looking to move into a new share house with some fun, ambitious, outgoing and like minded people. I'm fun, outgoing, organised and tidy, and extremely punctual with rent and bills. I'm a professional working a fine dining restaurant in Docklands, with a psychology and criminology degree. As well as owning my own cheesecake business! Which means a lifetime supply of cheesecakes for my lucky housemates! I love to travel, meet new people and am extremely ambitious and highly motivated. I enjoy a mixed lifestyle of both quite nights in conversing over red wine and house cooked meal as well socialising with friends over breakfast and dinners! Being an extremely laid back chilled person there is not much that ever brothers me making me quite the housemate!
I'm a very active and social person. I work full time in media at News Corp. I'm a runner so when I'm not at work I'm usually training for my next race. I'm clean, orderly and easygoing and enjoy living in a home with a social dynamic. I never drink or smoke but I don't mind if you do! House proud.
Hi all, I'm Nic and a country kid coming to the city to study. The main things to know about me in terms of being a flat mate are that I'm an athlete. So ill have a pretty independent routine and wont often be around. Also if you do happen to smoke or take any kind of drugs its probably best if you keep looking. Its nothing personal, just that for my own health and career I have to avoid them. On the flip side I as a roommate are kind, helpful, efficient and very easy to communicate with. when I'm around am engaging and a happy to chat or chill out. I'm quite independent all round in terms of cleaning, cooking and general house work. I have lived alone for extended periods of time now on multiple occasion and also in shared accommodation.
I'm an Irish male moving to Melbourne in January 2019 looking for somewhere to live. I work in Recruitment, and have a job lined up in the CBD starting in February. In my spare time I hang out with friends, go to the gym, and plan to explore areas around the City and beyond. I'm also big into sports & music, and play the guitar (quietly!!) I'm looking to live within an easy commute to the City Centre, with laid back & friendly people. Dogs are a big plus!
I am a 31 year old Sydney born UI Designer moved to Melbourne and looking for housemates! I'm well accustomed to living independently. A bed, my computer desk and speakers are the only things coming with me. My job is stable and I'm looking for something moderately short term (3-6 months). I work standard hours usually in Melbourne CBD, and occasionally from home. I am a reliable, well mannered and respectable guy. I verge on the OCD side of cleanliness for my own space, but can be more tolerant when it comes to shared spaces if needed. I love pets but don't have any of my own. If you like chilling out to music in the evenings we'll get along swimmingly. If I'm not socialising, I'm usually reading or weight lifting. Ideally I would move sometime in February.
Well grounded irish female moving from Perth to Melbourne for a new job and seeking a nice safe and modern rental for myself or a room in a home that is quiet. I am a Consultant, who leads a quiet life but has a bubbly and outgoing personality. Non smoker/drinker/drug taker/partier. Into health and fitness, meditating, self development, reading, learning new things (currently learning to dj as a hobby), making natural products. I am respectful of others and not looking for a housemate to entertain me or vice versa. Clean and tidy and pays rent & bills on time. Looking for a place to myself or to share with one other person maximum, someone who is like minded, leads a quite life and is respectful of another persons quiet time and space (no couples please). Move date will be mid January 2019.
I'm 24 years old guy from Lithuania, East Europe. This is my second year in Melbourne. Studying Fitness. I'm friendly and funny guy. Very easy to communicate with me no matter what. Flexible. Clean (not a clean freak). I may look like a serious guy, but when you get to know me, you'll be surprised. I'm working as a bartender in restaurant Santoni, Hawthorn. It would be REALLY nice to live with people who are 20-30y/o, active and social to do something together. Also i respect other people privacy! Everyone needs some chill time in their own room.
I'm looking for a place where I can stay more than six months, I've been lucky and the houses where I've lived before I've always stayed long, I am a laid back person although I like to live in a clean and organize space. About me, I am a Netflix addict that loves food and the 90´s, I work in high fashion retail but I am also doing a diplomate in marketing and communication, used to work in the audiovisual industry, I am sociable and friendly but I also value my privacy, I enjoy staying in my room devouring movies, series and pizza. My social life is rather quiet, I am more of dinners with friends or going to the pub from time to time. Sandra.
I’m a happy Swedish girl on my 2nd year WHV. I’ve lived in share houses before, know how to keep things clean and tidy and like it that way. As a person I’m social and love having a chat and a wine, a night out but also have the need for personal space sometimes like we all do. I keep active and pretty busy through the week but always up for a chat. Love a smoothie bowl and almond cappuccino, glass of red, vintage shopping, long chats and dancing to dance music. A little of everything! Happy to arrange a viewing when it suits.
Hey, I'm Phoebe, 22 years, about to start at ACU in Feb 2019 doing a Bachelor of Arts/Global Studies. From the country and looking for some lovely folks to move in with! Non-smoker, loves a chat and a giggle and listening to some quality tunes!
I am 27, a born Australian but raised abroad in Colorado but returned to OZ about eight years ago. Living in Sydney up until the beginning of this year. I work full time managing a cocktail Bar in Fitzroy called The Black Pearl. Thursday through Saturday I work late night. But the rest of the week are normal day hours. I’m neat tidy and live a quite home life but do quite enjoy a social drink and good meal. Happy to answer anymore questions you guys might have.
I’m an outgoing friendly person who likes to meet new people. I’m tidy and looking to make the most of my time in Oz. I’m currently applying for work but at home I’m a store manager for a bakery. For fun I like to go out to the pub but I’m also interested in sports and staying active. I’m looking to share a house with people similar to me in the Melbourne vic area
I’m a student from the Netherlands, currently living in Brisbane where I’m undertaking an internship in Medical Research but will soon be moving to Melbourne to undertake a full time graduation internship for 4 to 5 months at The University of Melbourne’s Parkville campus. I am an organised, clean and friendly person who’s into nature, photography, science and meeting new nice people! I will mostly not be at home during daytime but during the evenings and weekends I’m more than happy to have a chat/dinner/party :) Looking for flatmates (preferably in their 20s) who are also clean and social with respect to full time working schedule
Hi, I’m Bonnie. I am from Vancouver, Canada and recently arrived in Melbourne on a Working Holiday visa. I was working as a legal assistant back home and am currently in the process of looking for full-time work. I am clean, considerate, responsible, respectful and easy going. Non-smoker.

Hi! I'm making the move to Melbourne from Adelaide next year to start working in the CBD as a grad economist and embracing that 9-5 life. I have experience living in a share house and can confirm I do my dishes, keep common areas tidy, and will close my door if my room becomes a mess so you don't need to look at it. Would love to have more of a home than a house vibe. I'm always up for a drink or four but not really interested in a party house. I don't know that many people in Melbourne so I'm really looking forward to moving in somewhere where I can be friends with my housemates and get out and about. Bonus points if you'll play board games with me. Flexible with location as long as close to public transport and within half an hour from the city. Looking to move sometime in early-mid January!
Heyo :)) Am looking for some lovely peoples to move into a new place in early Jan as I just finished my Bachelor of Nursing and start full time work in Feb !!! I am clean, respectful and have previously lived in a share house. Lemme know if you're keen :))
Hello! I'm 24, British and just recently moved over the Oz. I'm a sociable, friendly and respectful person who is looking for a place with other like-minded people. I am looking for somewhere that will be more of a home than just a place to sleep. I'm in Australia on the Working Holiday Visa, so I'm keen to meet new friends to explore Melbourne with! My interests are cooking, music, reading, yoga, cycling and lots of other things! I do have a full time job in Fitzroy and I'm looking to stick around in Melbourne for the next 10 months, so long term would be great. Hope to hear from you wonderful potential housemates out there soon x
Hi there, I am Adrian (Aj) and I have recently moved from Sydney to Melbourne (1 year ago) and I'm looking for a place to hang my 20 hats...don't judge me! Im a middle aged balding white man...it's the rule. This should explain the beard too...also a rule. So, more about me, I can clearly follow rules. I've travelled a lot. So far I would estimate I have visited over 70 different places around the world. If it was legal, I'd identify myself as 'New York City' and who knows it is 2018, anythings possible. I work in the music industry, which is one of the reasons I moved to this amazing city and I have a small circle of new friends here who are mostly creative types. (No I don't take drugs all day and wear a huge gold chain to bed). I do however collect funk/ soul records and would be happy to play them on a warm Friday evening with a nice glass of red, if you ask me nicely, but normally I just listen through headphones in my room. I am easy to live with, having rented from and out to people for most of my life and alway respect peoples personal space/ time /privacy as much as my own. I am neat, tidy and mostly quiet. I work a lot, but I am also home most of the time I'm not working and enjoy downtime. I'd say I am young for my age, having had no Kids, never married, a good sense of humour & well being, travelled and well acquainted with the world around me. Ideally I'd like to share with 1 (2 people max) and preferably someone respectful who has somewhat similar interests or around the same age (mentally at least). I currently have very minimal furniture however I can buy anything I'd need if required (bedding, bedroom furniture etc). So, if I sound like the kinda guy you could live with please 'holla at cha boy' (cough)...or send me a message. Cheers.
I'm an easygoing, bubbly 26yo from Adelaide. I just landed a sports media role in Melbourne and I'm moving interstate in late Dec or early Jan. I'm a sports fan and I like to keep active but I equally enjoy nights in watching Netflix! I will be working long hours during the week and on weekends I'm excited to check out cafes/bars and experience everything Melbourne has to offer! Looking in Richmond/South Yarra/East Melbourne for the most convenient commute to work. Off street parking will be ideal for me too.
Golf enthusiast, beginner wine collector, foodie, love being active and the outdoors. Have lived in London for two years, fairly travelled and moving to Melbourne from Adelaide for work. After a place close to the CBD with hopefully a car parking spot. Have furniture and bicycle. Focussing on my professional side of life atm but looking forward to exploring more of Melbourne. Can’t wait to be in the heart of footy life and enjoy all things food and sport. Love pets and animals - I just don’t have one. Have my own investment property so I have first hand experience in being responsible for all things house related and would treat the house with the utmost respect and care.
