Full time lawyer whose hobbies include yoga, live drawing and a book club. Keen to rent with someone chill who I can share a wine and a chat with. Neat and tidy - will pull my weight around the house.
Hello everyone! I recently moved to Melbourne from the United States (Ohio) with my company to work in our Australian office. I work for a healthcare software company so what you'd consider a "young professional". I'm a 25 year old male and I consider myself to be above-average in cleanliness and sociable. I enjoy going out on the weekends to grab food and drinks, live music, and I plan on traveling throughout the region while I am here for the next couple years. I'm very excited to explore Melbourne and go to some events too. During the week I like to cook, go to the gym, and play sports. I enjoy having people over on the weekends and would like flatmates that are ok with that from time to time, but nothing too late into the night. However, I am looking for a place that will be pretty calm during the week since I wake up early for work. I'd like to find similar individuals to live with and hope to move in during Late Feb/March. Please reach out if you think I would be a good fit. Also, worth mentioning that I have a stipend from my company that allows for purchasing furniture, kitchen supplies, appliances, and cleaning supplies. So I can help contribute to the place! Cheers!
Hey there, I am doing my master in the University of Melbourne. A medical doctor by education, worked on health research and advocacy, so peeps, you have free medical consultation and advice in the house ;p. Fancy Indonesian foods? Let me lead the kitchen for the day! Clean, neat and aesthetically pleasing rooms recharge me, so I tend to preserve my surrounding to meet that needs. I am looking for a medium-term stay up until June 2019 and .. hoping a pet-friendly accommodation because my 7 year old tabby cat Klaus Marx have expressed his will to come with me - he extends his humble request to you too!
Hi I’m Conor, I’ve just moved over the Tasman from Napier, New Zealand to Melbourne for work, staying for at least 12 months. Office is in Box Hill so am after something along the train line out that way. I’m a typical easy-going kiwi, I work for a software company, the role I’ll be moving to is a project management one. Looking for a chill place to base myself while I get to know Melbourne, hopefully with some people who are friendly and welcoming. I own my own home in New Zealand, so I know how to look after a place, and I’m throuroughly housebroken after living with my partner for 4 years! I’m always up for a laugh, and would enjoy being able to hang out with whoever I end up living with. I’m a big sports fan, love food and drink, and enjoy playing video games as well. Non-smoker. Cheers!
Hey! We're a couple looking for a share house, either existing or to team-up with ideally a three or four bedroom house to share. We both work full time in professional jobs, are social, clean, LGBTQ+ friendly, easygoing and experienced with rentals! Bit about us: Bianca (25): Lawyer by day, fashion designer by night. Enjoys a cheeky music festival, binging on Rupaul's Drag Race, crafternoons and the occasional Seinfeld themed Trivia night. Jack: (29): Works for an investment advisory, loves music, sport, film, books, cooking and hoping to find a house with a bath. While we are after a social house where we can have a bevvy and a boogie from time to time, we are looking for a more chill sharehouse that is social but considerate. Also, bonus points if you have 2 rooms available, as we’d be prepared to pay a bit extra and have a room each. If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to hit us up!
Very easy to get along with, extremely organised, thoughtful, respectful and honest. I work full time venue managing a bar in the city! I’m originally from New Zealand but have been here four years. I like to go on adventures, do things outdoors but also thoroughly enjoy a glass of wine. I’m a very clean person and despite having a job in hospitality I’m not lazy and you’ll never catch me in bed all day.
Hi, I'm moving to Melbourne in February to work as a nurse. I'm from the UK and love travelling, baking and going to the movies. I'm looking for a (furnished) room in a place to call home for 6 months to a year. I respect others privacy but enjoy a wine/cup of tea with flatmates and the occasional flat meal. I'm very clean and tidy and can provide references if needed.

Seeking friendly people up for a chat and a house dinner every now and again.
Hi there future flattie! I'm a PhD student moving from NZ on the 16th February to study Pharmaceutical Research at WEHI so am looking for a sharehouse within a short tram ride to Parkville. I'm super excited to explore Melbourne and hopefully live with some great housemates/friends! A bit about me - I'm easy-going, tidy and respectful of others' space. Not much of a party-goer but I do love a good chat over a wine. I love keeping fit but definitely appreciate some good comfort food and love cooking Mexican! I'm sadly allergic to cats so cannot live with cat parents :( but am a HUGE dog lover! Flick me a message if you think we would make great flatmates. I look forward to hearing from you!
I am very laid back and looking for a place to call home. I prefer having flat mates who are also friends, don’t mind chatting and going out sometimes, but can also respect space and privacy at home. I work full time in hospitality but don’t often work late nights. I’m really easy going and easy to live with. Plus, I’ll always keep common areas clean! :)
Hi there, We’re a Norwegian couple looking for a place to live for the next two years in Melbourne. Karoline will be studying masters in tourism at Monash Caulfield, while Stian has been granted a two year working visa and will be looking for a job when we arrive. Honestly, we’re both super nice people and would love to meet up with anyone interested so that we can get to know each other. We'll arrive in Melbourne on the 24th of January, and we'll be available for inspections any time after that. Send us a message if you'd like some more information about us individually and as a couple.
I’m hardly home so I won’t bother you much but when I am home I fluctuate between having my own time but also enjoy hanging out in the lounge room and catching up. Enjoy the odd drink on a weekday as I work weekends. I am a night shift worker so do require someone who isn’t too noisy as I sleep days
This is Cath, 21, female, from Vietnam. I'm studying full-time (3rd year) in Melbourne and just returned from my exchange in Denmark. Probably will find a part-time job soon so basically I will be quite busy during the day. I'd describe myself as quiet but love to have a chat when people are around. Big fan of music, books and movies. I like both cooking and going out for meals. I don't smoke and I drink responsibly. I'd love to have flatmates who keep common areas clean, doesn't really matter if your room is not because I respect your privacy. It's great if we can get along but also ok if you'd like to keep to yourself, as long as we can work out any problems arise.
I'm Love, 24 years, I'm an exchange student from Sweden. I like sprots, socialising, going to bars/clubs with friends but also to be at home with a great book. I would enjoy living with most people that are social and fun but also respect ones personal space, I'm easy going but not messy.
I'm 24 from Malaysia (speaks English & Chinese) , starting my master in architecture at RMIT. I’m looking for a cosy room to rent with a decent price and friendly housemates (preferably ladies) / family. I’m hoping to stay with people who are clean and polite. I might make some mistakes but am open to rebukes and discussion. Always up for chats but respect your personal space& time as well. Loves cooking and some travelling but at times am lazy too. Most importantly I hope that the place is free from spiders :( Message me if you think we might be great housemates! Ps: if you’re an early bird and can’t send message (like me), you can try finding me on Facebook or email me: email@example.com
Hey there, I’m 24 and work full time in Parkville for a pharmaceutical company and study part time in SUT . I’m looking a good place for long term either short term. I am into outdoors, rd trips, exploring new things and places. I’ m always down for a good meal, cooking or TV/Netflix with housemates. I am a tidy person and someone who loves to keep everything clean after myself. I’m very respectful, reasonably private but social, always happy for a chat but not a party person. I’ll come with a car so off-street parking is a bonus otherwise on-street is just fine. I want to have a nice cozy room and chill place to come home to each night. Happy to pay upfront rent for a good place. Don’t hesitate for further chat. Best regards, Farhan
