I'm a full-time professional working in the CBD, Im looking for an apartment located within 20-30 minutes tram of Collins Street (Ideally walkable) for 6-12 months. I consider myself a sociable person who enjoys a good conversation. Ideally I like my home to be clean, tidy and relaxing so that I can unwind after work. I spend most of my time outside of work at the gym, walking or surfing. An apartment with a gym/pool is a bonus!
I’ve just finished up living in Byron bay. I'm about to start studying at The University of Melbourne doing a Bachelor of Arts (second semester) specialising in literature and creative writing. I’ve been working as a barista (will bring home free coffee) and waitressing. I’ll be working and studying full time so I’d love a peaceful bedroom to retreat to. in my glimpses of spare time I'll be listening to Beach Fossils, painting, scribbling and reading soppy poetry, op shopping, visiting galleries, occasionally whipping out the yoga mat and visiting gardens. I also like to take baths with a book and occasional cheeky red (so a bath would be great) but I am water conscious xox. While I tend to keep to myself I'm always down to watch an independent film, have a g&t and chat. Also good at making pasta. I don't smoke (but totally sweet if you do, I am not phased) i don't have any pets other than some beloved house plants. I have references from my previous landlord/housemates to say I'm bang on with paying rent and not too bad at the old houso gig. I’ve been renting for around a year and a half now so I know the drill and appreciate a clean fridge. If you'd like to suss me out or feel free to chuck me a message p.s not vegan
Hi! I am 21 and from Canada, I have been living in Australia since September 2018, and have now decided to stay and study Yoga in Melbourne. I am easy going and tidy, I am social and outgoing but not interested in a party environment. I love to be active and outdoors; I will be working part-time and studying so I will be quite busy!
Swedish couple looking for a place to stay in Melbourne. Currently lives in Sydney and works within the hospitality industry. We are two nice and easygoing persons happy to share a place with someone. Preferably with someone in our age but not really necessary. Our move in date is very flexible, we’re going to leave Sydney around 20th of May and head or way down to Melbourne. Please get in touch with me if you have anything suitable😃
Hey we have just arrived in Melbourne and are looking for somewhere to live. I work as a waitress and Laura works as a chef. We are both very chilled out people, we love going out for food and the odd drink :)
I'm reliable, honest and love to laugh! Im and interior designer working for an architecture firm in Collingwood and have moved down from Queensland at the beginning of last year so am still getting used to Melbourne life....and the weather hahaha! I love creative pursuits, discovering new restaurants, being out in nature, photography, design, animals, op shopping, exploring....Let's be honest I love lots of things! I'm a happy soul and am looking for other good hearted, friendly people to share a relaxing environment with :)
Hi my name is Lucy. I am a full-time law student, and I work part-time as a Paralegal in a Construction Law firm. This means that I attend university from 6-9pm, but I am extremely well practiced in the art of closing doors quietly when I arrive home! I also volunteer at the Trades Hall helping young people with employment law issues. I love life, and I enjoy dragon-boat racing, chess (all board games) and debating. I am looking for two key criteria. Close to public transport and a big enough room. In addition, I am looking for a friendly home that is a good fit. I love to have a laugh and I deeply enjoy intellectual conversations and value the sharing of knowledge. However, I am reasonably busy and therefore, happy to also live my own independent life. I am looking for flat/house share either in, or just outside of the Melbourne CBD, such as Docklands, or Kilda Road. I would happily live in just about any suburb (within thirty minutes of the city) as long as the place is close to a train station (within a five minutes walk). I can supply a fridge, a (small but new) washing-machine and cooking equipment for the house. I am looking for an unfurnished room (unless of course, your bed and mattress is of a better quality than the Queen size bed I own already). Although I do not drink, smoke or watch television, I am totally relaxed and open to you enjoying these things. The only thing that really bothers me is the smell of incense. I am afraid I have an antipathy towards it. I rarely use the kitchen to prepare food as I mostly eat out or eat microwaveable meals. I am happy to contribute to my share of the chores and I'd would be even happier to put in for a cleaner! In addition, I am looking for a room with the following features: -A window that opens with natural light -Can accommodate a large desk and a queen size bed -Access to fast, unlimited internet (does not have to be included in the price) -I must be able to pay the bond to the RTBA -The room must be an actual room (not partitioned) with a door, and not sharing with others in the same room. -I do not wish to use communal laundry shared between apartments. Happy for us to both use my washing machine if you have somewhere to install it. I would prefer not to live with a couple and I think the ideal number of housemates is two others. (three housemates total) but I am flexible on this. * Please note that $300 is the maximum amount of weekly rent I wish to pay and a higher rent price is non-negotiable (not inclusive of bills and internet). Many thanks, Lucy
Hey! I'm Laura :) I'm 27, very easy going, always smiling and come from the UK! Looking for a nice house share in Melbourne. I've been travelling the east coast of Australia and spent 6 weeks in Bali, made tons of friends from all over the world 😀 Going to yoga is my favourite thing to do, love the beach, surfing and music. I will be working here as a full time recruiter for the next 3-6 months or longer. I've got myself back into the corporate world as I would love to save up enough money to eventually go back to Bali and do a yoga teacher training course! I'm looking to move into a new room ASAP!
Hello! My name is Jill! My story is that I was born in Melbourne but grew up in Dallas Texas USA. I was away most of my life, but on a recent birthday, I started re-evaluating my choices and decided to return to Melbourne. I have a PhD in biomedical research, but the lab life was not quite right for me. Now during this transitional time in my life I am teaching English online M-Th evenings (I use headphones so any noise won’t disturb me, and my talking won’t disturb anyone around) and work with a local enviro group. Seeking further employment currently. Other things that I do but am not doing presently are math/science tutoring, yoga/ dance/ exercise classes teacher. I eat a plant based diet, always learning new things to cook, and happy to share. I am respectful and tolerant of personal dietary choices. I’m very laid back, adaptable, open minded, inclusive, and also conscious of living in a shared space. I am a bit of an ambivert, so I’m usually quiet and can keep to myself but I also enjoy hanging out with people and making new friends and exploring around as I’m pretty new here.
Hi all! I'm moving to Melbourne from Auckland, New Zealand on May 26th and would love to have a house as soon as I arrive. I'm super outgoing, friendly and respectful. Ideally I'd like to live with like-minded social beings who aren't hermits but rather inclusive. I work full-time in administration to fund my passion in music recording and modelling. From time to time I'll have production and recording sessions from my room but will always be mindful and give notice of these ongoings. If you're happy with all the above and want an exciting new flat mate then feel free to drop me a message. Happy hunting!
I work in finance in a full time capacity and play football for Richmond so am usually pretty busy with that, training three nights a week plus games on weekends. Looking to rent in a shared home for the first time. Just makes sense for me to live on the east side of town with work and football commitments. I'm neat and tidy and always happy to help out and share my things if needed! I'm outgoing, love being social and hanging out with friends in my spare time, and will always be down for wine and cheese, netflix and to just hang and chat.

Love to bake on my days-off. Really into dancing and sharing music (Hip-Hop/R&B head). Not much of drinker like my college days, but if you like red wine, beer or a wonderful rum let us be friends :D
Hi, I am turning 24 in June. I work full time as a Marketing Coordinator for an App Development Company in the CBD and I also work at a pub on Swan Street on the weekends to keep me busy. I love to socialise as much as I love to hibernate - I’m not really one or the other. I gym most mornings, and I’m not really the best cook. I moved out of home when I was 18 so I know how to run a household, keep things clean & tidy and be considerate of others. I have recently separated from a 3-year relationship where we were living together in Richmond. So I’m just looking for a fresh start!
Hi, I'm Maddy - I'm a full time working professional, working in accounting in Prahan, who likes to stay fit and active, and also socialise and have a few drinks. I'm clean, friendly and enjoy a chat from time to time. I'm looking to move in with people who are respectable, friendly, and who don't mind chilling out with their flatmates for a wine or beer every now and then, but also do their own thing.
