I am a responsible adult who loves to read and binge watch TV series. I love to talk but I also love my personal space and respect yours. I love to cook and grocery shop, I don't like to clean but being away from home has made me a compulsive cleaner. I spend most of my time at Uni and even when home, I tend to stick to my room.
I'm currently studying arts at Melbourne Uni, majoring in criminology and German. I have a passion for animals (particularly dogs), cooking, and am an avid reader when I have time. I work quite a lot, currently at a cafe in Kew 2-4 days a week and nannying another 2 days. I'm clean, a good cook (I'm vegetarian but it's completely fine if you aren't) and down to have dinner/wine together as much or as little as you want. My preference would be for a team up rather than moving in to an established household, because I have heaps of furniture and would love the thrill of setting up the house collaboratively that way you and I like! I'm planning on fully equipping the kitchen, so if you're a fan of baking, there will never be a shortage of utensils. I would also love to have a roommate with a pet (or several!), because I'll be leaving the family dog that we have had for over 10 years. Absolutely not a requirement, but would be a super fun bonus. I have a car so I will need parking, but am not fussed about whether it's on or off-street.
Moving to Melbourne from Brisbane for work. I work Monday-Friday as an administrator. Will most definitely be spending my weekends exploring beautiful Melbourne and meeting people. I like to live a balanced lifestyle and don’t smoke. Like to exercise, go to the beach, eat all the food and drink all the drinks! Looking for friendly housemates that I can hangout with as I don’t currently know anyone in Melbourne.
Spent two years studying in Sydney and moved to Melbourne four months ago. Working full time in a start-up accelerator managing operations and events. Grinding 9-5, 5 days a week. I do sketching, play basketball, read or cook when I'm not working. Always up for a chat! Looking for a house easily reachable from the city with flatmates who enjoy sharing meals, going out and are doing awesome things.
Hey there Melbs, I'm here to stay :-) I'm a Japanese teacher full-time and currently studying Graphic Design. My partner Scott, studies Fashion Design and works full-time in retail :-) Ask us anything you want :-) Have a favourite day
We are Emilie and Barty - a couple from the UK working Melbourne Comedy festival looking for accommodation from 24th March til 21st April. Both into comedy, music, theatre and a bloody good laugh. Easy to live with, very spick and span, up for making friends and both very respectful of other people. Barty can fit 14 grapes in his mouth at once. Emilie can whistle and hum at the same time. We are very friendly and can't wait to come to Aus!
Hi guys, im italian, im kind, easy going, clean and respectful. I love cooking, watching movies and the gym, so i prefer in the building there is a sort of gym. Contact me :) Cheers
Hey! I'm an easy going guy who recently moved back to Melbourne from Sydney. Looking for a place to live for 6 months to a year while I save up a deposit to (hopefully) buy! I work full-time in Port Melbourne and that soaks up a fair bit of my time. Often out catching up with friends on the weekend, but always down for a dumpling session or a couple of after work drinks.
Hey guys, Looking for a place in the FITZROY, COLLINGWOOD or ABBOTSFORD bubble. I'd love to find some clean, respectful and chilled out housemates to share a place with. I'm pretty relaxed and easy going myself. Im clean but not OCD. 29 years old, I work fulltime as a yoga teacher (but pls reserve your judgement on that). Im into health and fitness but I also love to wind down with some vinos and go out with friends often. I'm not home very often as Im pretty social and away alot down the coast or travelling interstate or o/s- so when i am home i would like to feel at ease in the space and amongst my housemates. I love to chat and share a drink with the people i live with but I also know how to socialize just with myself and give people space. Looking for housemates similar to me in terms of being clean and respectful but not ocd, friendly and open to chats and wines together but also gives space. I don't have heaps of stuff but i have a few plant babies and books:)
Next year I will be studying Dentistry at Melbourne University and looking for a place to stay nearby. My schedule for uni will be pretty hectic next year, so having my own space to keep up with that is also really important to me, that being said, I do love to chat (and procrastinate) over a glass of wine or sit down to a movie. I also love being active and going for walks and runs. Ideally I would love to move into a place with people who do respect privacy, but also don't mind spending a bit of down time together every once in a while!
Hey! We’re Issy & Phil and we’re 2 brits who have been in Melbourne since July. Sadly, our contract for our sharehouse in Abbotsford is coming to an end, so we are looking for somewhere to move into in January in the city suburbs north of the CBD, from Jan – May / June. A bit about me: I'm Issy and 24. I’m friendly, fun, open minded and love living in Melbourne and exploring the city. I love travelling, art galleries, good food (eating and cooking it), live music, socialising with friends, photography, yoga, skiing and keeping busy! I've been doing an exchange for a few months at Melb Uni for my Master’s in Architecture, which ended in November and I now have a job in an architect office here. A bit about Phil: Phil is happy, laid back and fun to be around. He plays guitar, likes all kinds of books and music, rock climbing and trying new things. Phil is currently working fundraising and volunteers at Lentil as Anything! Having lived in various flatshares over the past few years (I have lived in an 18 people house share when in Amsterdam and Stockholm!) we can say that we are easy to live with, as we're clean, respectful and easy to get along with. We do not smoke or have pets (but we love animals, doggos are a bonus). We're both veggie (and Issy is Vegan). Thank you so much for your time and we look forward to hearing from you! Issy & Phil
Hi guys, we (Isa& Matt) are an easy-going and open-minded couple, hoping to find a comfy place in Melbourne. Isa travelled for two months up the East Coast and spent a lot of time surfing and spending money. I started studying and working part-time in October at the La Trobe Uni and live in the CBD right now, since it was convenient for my way to Uni (Collins Street). Isa will join me in Melbourne to work and have a good time! We´re both into sports, surfing and basically all the cool stuff Melbourne has to offer: electro, arts, flea markets and usually up for some bevies, if it fits in. I am planning to get myself a car in January - so if it´s possible to park close by it´d be great. Looking forward to catching up with you =) Isa& Matt
I’m Erin, I’m 22 but fairly mature and have been flatting for a fair number of years now. I work 9-5 as a marketing analyst in the city. During weekdays I’m fairly mellow I work, workout then binge watch greys anatomy. During weekends I like staying active and social doing typical Melbourne things such as brunch and walks and wines. I’m pretty easy to get along with and am always down for chats!
Working full-time in the city but living down on the Mornington Peninsula... so wanting to move to the city (preferably Richmond/South Yarra/St Kilda areas) I'm always keen to socialise and have a glass of wine with my friends on weekends so looking for someone to live with that doesn’t mind that or would be keen to join as well! I tend to lay low during the week as I’m quite busy with work and gym during the week!
Me and my girlfriend Sam are in urgent need of a place. We have to be moved out by 12 January. We are clean and simple people, live a healthy lifestyle and study. We are also sociable so always in for a good chat. We both do food delivery on a bicycle with the odd jobs here and there. We love nature and animals and to experiment with new activities.
Hey. I'm a dog groomer at Port Melbourne. I love to socialise with friends and flatmates. I'd say I am easy going to live with. I like to cook and have a glass of wine here and there. I like the outdoors and indoors. My dog Basil is a very well trained toy poodle. He loves people and other dogs, and is well toilet trained. Im clean and tidy up after myself. I respect others and their needs.
I am urgently looking for a place to stay with my boyfriend, Kevin. We are both students and work part time. We are clean and keep to ourselves but are also sociable. We are needing to move out ASAP.
