**Please note my available move-in date before inquiring** Hi future flatmate! I am an energetic, social, happy little bunny! I am originally from Sunny California and is currently looking for my next long-term home (6-12 months with the potential for renewal or extension). I am an independent, self-sufficient, and busy 24 year old who is often applauded for being very mature and reliable for my age, but also fun, lively, and easy-going person to be around. I am very respectful of other's space and items. I am also very clean and organised, but not the OCD freak out on you type! And I’m pretty proactive when it comes to communication and needing something to be handled quickly. For work, I am a Corporate Auditor (accountant) for Deloitte and work the usual M-F / 9-5pm schedule. I like to live an active and healthy lifestyle where I enjoy doing yoga, going to the gym, and hopefully cook more for myself! On the weekends, you will always find me where the music is at or on a road trip or having a nice picnic with friends at the park or just exploring what the next new thing this lovely city has to offer! Feel free to reach out if you think we would be great flatmates! Cheers! Jenn P.S. If the living situation is great, then I am someone who does not mind sticking around for a long term aka I am not a hopper! Prior to this, I stayed with a household for 2 years with the intention to renew for another year, but life happened!
My name is Kèvin Briand. Currently a Personal Trainer in a private studio in the CBD. I like Latin dance, I am chill, tidy and very clean. I live simply, spend my time mostly training. I like hiking and reading. I am looking for a room available as soon as possible. Thank you to contact me anytime. Thank you
Hi my name is Will and I am 19, I am very clean and respectful. I will be moving to Melbourne early April. I am very chill and easy to get along with. Will be working throughout each weekday. Always willing to go out and see the city
***Very Motivated, If you have found a nice home, and the lease is beyond your reach by yourself, give me a message, I'm ready to join a lease and start a nice home, i have oddles of nice furniture.*** Hi, I'm looking to share a lease with one or more people, of a nice home in Melbourne. I want to join with someone else to sign a lease, I would like at least one other person on the lease. I want to move within the next week if possible, looking for people who are into creating a harmonious home, with respect and good communication with each other. I'm looking to share with 1- 4 people who are sociable, and are able to be friendly to each other and pay bills on time. I have an entire house lot of nice furniture, large dinning table, out door setting, gorgeous lounge room suite, large screen TVs, paintings, object d'art, stools, hall tables, vases, everything to furnish a stunning home except the other bedrooms. The house I am wanting to share will hopefully be nice, refined, and will become a really nice home. I have my part of the finances ready to go, I'm looking for people who are able to join a lease, and create a vibrant friendly household. I'm very flexible where the home is located, I would like it to be reasonably handy to the CBD, but the standard of accommodation is the most important thing. I recently stayed in Malvern East, and loved the atmosphere, I would like to live in Malvern, Malvern East, Caulfield, Brighton, Hampton, or anywhere that's nice, preferably near public transport, but this is not essential. I've lived in funky warehouses before, 3/4/5 bedroom homes in exclusive suburbs, so something that is distinctive, and has oodles of character or luxury features would be great. I'm adventurous, so I would consider a warehouse/factory, if it has great character and potential. Although I'm 54, I'm very young at heart, I'm LGBTI friendly, I have a partner who visits every 3 months, so I'm not a potential troublesome 'couple dynamic' ... Please do contact me, and we can meet for a coffee. I am very interested in establishing a house with like minded people, if you don't have house furniture, or not much, don't be worried, that's covered.
I'm be moving to Melbourne to start shift work as a health professional and am looking to live with someone (preferably in the South Yarra area) who is super clean, respectful and easy to live with. I'll be spending most of my time working and studying but also love relaxing, going to the gym, going out for good food (especially brunches), and socialising with my friends! I really like hanging out but also need to be able to have my own time.
I’m Josh, 25, and I’ve just moved to Melbourne from London. I work as an Account Manager for a Digital Marketing agency. I am easy-going, fun to be around, and a tidy housemate. I love most sports, most notably football (soccer) and golf, relaxing watching TV and keen to travel.
My name's Carolyn 🙂 I’m a 27 year old, full time student. I study Speech Pathology in the city. I've recently moved out of a full time care position. I’m looking for something soon, long-term, and a safe place that feels like home. I've had previous sharing experience, so I come house trained. I’m neat, friendly and easy-going... And an open communicator. I enjoy BBQs, going to gig’s, shared TV watching, reading, tennis, films, playing and listening to music. I love nature and the outdoors... Music is very much a love of mine, I have a few instruments and play them, but I'm considerate with timing and noise (have headphones!) I'm very much into respecting others, their space and peaceful living. I like to be involved and contributing to a community feel of a place, but also really enjoy my alone time some days. I have a cat called Froot who'd be coming with me. He’s fully house trained and mostly an indoor guy because he’s scared of birds. We go for outside walks 🍃🐈 🐾on his lead... He also turns into a good alarm clock if you ever feed him. I'm a relatively busy person that likes focusing on my studies. I volunteer at the Children First Foundation, and have a boyfriend who's place I stay at sometimes. I'm financially reliable and pay my bills on time... I receive government funding while I'm studying that covers rent. As well as currently looking for a new job on top of this. I'm not looking for a party house. I don't smoke or do drugs. I like a scotch every so often with a movie. I'm LGBT+ friendly. Easy to get along with. I like being environmentally conscious, but don't push my views on others. NRSA approved. Have a valid police check... ? I'm looking for places with aircon, dishwashers, etc... Something easy to clean. With a small garden if available. I come with: - My bedroom furnishings. - L shaped couch. - Small coffee table. - A rug. - a coffee machine. - A desk. - A bookcase. - An outdoor table (could be used as a dining table). - Small outdoor bar fridge. - Sound system. - TV. - TV unit. - Playstation 2 & 3. - Heaps of 64 games. - An extensive DVD collections. - Kitchenware. - Plants :) (these can be kept in storage if space doesn't permit). Anything else you'd like to know please feel free to ask! So yeah, send me a PM and we'll grab a coffee or something It would be great to hear from you! Thanks, Carolyn.
I work full time at Bunnings in Port Melbourne, therefore I am financially stable and will be paying the bills on time. On the side I enjoy being involved in acting productions and catching up with friends. I prefer to only have a few drinks with friends for a couple hours rather than a “party animal” that’s associated to someone my age. I’m definately over my party days. I’m clean, tidy with a bubbly personality but I still respect personal space. I would love to be considered as your housemate
I always love this question, why am I so amazing :) It always feels a little weird but here we go. So I am a very well traveled, laid back, creative African American who has lived and worked in Australia now for the last 6 yrs. I work during the day as an Instructor at Camp Australia and the Production Manager at Moonlight Cinemas in the evenings. When im not working you can usually catch me making music, working on my Vlog and videos Any Reef$ song is certified classic :) I occasionally enjoy a social glass of wine and good company every now and then. I've had my own place and lived with others before and truly have a high regard for personal property. I am a very neat/tidy person who respects others space, privacy and the value and importance of paying rent on time :) Okay I think that may sum up my awesomeness a little bit :) Best Regards, Sharif
Hello there :) I am in the last six months of my manual therapy degree (free myotherapy anyone?). Sorry to say it, but I am a full time, mature aged student! Sorry! I work part time, and in my spare time, I'll be on adventures, brunching or looking for dogs in the local park. I am a pretty social person (well, I used to be before I started studying), but I am not one to rave out until 3 am or throw house parties. I'd like to think I am funny and have a good head on my shoulders. I am a really easy-going and a VERY clean housemate who knows how to pay bills and rent on time, respect your space (and property) and generally not be a douche. I have lived in share houses for 10 years, so I know the gig. I would love a place where I can create a space that feels like home; somewhere where we can chat after work, sit and have a cup of tea, and have friends over for dinner and a vino. Ideally there will be room for me to have my queen bed + desk + cabinets, however I am happy to study in a shed etc. If you have a dog, I will be moving in tomorrow! :-) Well, that's enough of an essay which sounds like dating profile, if you would like to know more, let me know :-)
I am 22 and my partner is 23. We are both easy going and very neat. We are looking to stay for 1 - 1.5 months including the whole of May. I am from Melbourne. I am working part-time in an architecture firm just outside the CBD. In addition I am currently undertaking my final year of Masters. My partner is from Sweden and studies economics. We would be respectful of your privacy but are also sociable and friendly! I would like to add that neither of us smoke, and would contribute to house cleaning.
We are professionals working in the medical and IT industry. Our weekdays are spent working. In the weekends, we try to go out as much as possible, beaching, hanging out with friends or trying out different restaurants. We are relocating to Melbourne on March 30 because both of us got a new job so we are very eager to get a place to stay, asap. "Why do we think we are great to live with?" - We are very respectful housemates and we value your privacy - We are neat and tidy - We love dogs so we don't mind if you have a dog in the house - We love cooking and like to share our food - If you need a helping hand, don't hesitate to ask ;)
Hey Flatmates, Moved to Melbourne last year on a Working holiday and continue to study here taking the course of Automotive Technology also working part-time Ideally, I am looking to share an apartment within Inner or surrounding suburbs, with convenient public transport to the CBD. I would mostly consider myself an introvert and simple person, and so do value both your privacy as well as my own. With that being said, I do treasure meaningful friendships and enjoy interesting conversations I'm tidy, respectful, clean, considerate and organized.. a non- smoker who is relaxed and quiet I love watching movies in my spare time and doing self-exercise just to keep a good fit Never late on paying rent and will treat my new place like home :) Hit me up if you think i'm a good fit See you soon mates :)

E. Financially stable and rent the basic thing won’t be an issue. I am looking for simple things, clean and room and friendly house mate
Hey! I'm easy going, clean and can enjoy other peoples company as well as my own space. I work shift work, sometimes night shift but I am very quiet :) Been living in Windsor for the past year and our lease is about to end! I tend to pay rent & bills early so nobody has to stress over due dates. Would love to find someone like minded!
OUTDOOR SPACE IS AN ESSENTIAL I’m in my 20’s and work 9-5 in the city, as well as waitressing after work and some weekends (I’m a bit of a work-a-holic). When I’m not working I like to chill out at home on the couch with my 18 month old kitty and a glass of wine. Etsy (my cat) is very friendly with people and other pets and fully house/apartment trained. I’m also always up for a BBQ and some banter or trashy TV. I don’t mind the odd night out having a boogie with friends but don’t bring the party home with me. I love washing up, baking and cleaning bathrooms (I know nobody likes doing but I really do 😂) but I hate cooking. I’m a very clean and organised person, I’m easy to get along with, a generally positive and happy person who likes to be around open minded people. I’m looking for somewhere I can be long term because I’m sick of moving house and my cat is definitely sick of moving 😂 **I also have a fancy AF fridge and microwave but would be will to sell them**
I'm a 27yo male working full time as a paralegal in Balwyn North. I'm looking for a place nearish to the CBD, ideally one that's immediately available. As a flatmate, I enjoy a the occasional chat over a glass of wine but I'm also happy to do my own thing. I'm clean, respectful and reliable with rent/bills.

Im looking for a place pretty urgently and am looking for people I can be friends with too, Id like to be able to socialise with my housemates but also really enjoy my time to myself. If you have a room available and would like to catch up just send me a message :) * Would prefer a household with females or a mix of females and males :)
Hi I'm Paula 3rd year nursing student with culinary background I like to keep my room clean and when I'm not working I usually just stay at home to relax/study. I go to a lot of music festivals too :) I'm an international student and my parents are paying for my uni, I have no problem paying rent and bills when its due :) Overall, I'm a pretty chill person/housemate.
Hi there potential roomies I am Rachel, 27, full-time online student studying primary teaching, but also have two jobs and work quite a bit as well. During the week I sometimes go out in the evening but generally lay pretty low and during uni terms, I use most of my free time during the week studying and completing assignments. I like to keep active and love to go for walks/runs and to the gym. On the weekends I like to relax but also enjoy going out and meeting up with friends for a wine or dinner. I have never been someone to have large rowdy gatherings at my home but like to have a few friends over for dinner or a couple of drinks now and then. I love baking when I have time, so there will often be baked goods to share. My previous housemates and I shared the staple items and even discussed at the start of the week what nights we would both be home and took it in turns cooking for each other which was a really nice homely touch to our shared household. I like to think of myself as a pretty relaxed person to live with, I like my own space as well as enjoy being social with my housemates but also hope that the people/person that I live can vibe when i need my own time/space, I would for them. I hope to hear from you! Happy to give prior housemate reviews :) all 5 stars
