Hey! So, I'm a student, planning on studying full-time this year. I'm searching for accommodation with in one of Melbourne's suburbs, moving from a small country town. I'm respectful of others and their privacy, as I'm a fairly private person myself. Also, I clean when I get bored; so that's always helpful.
I am a responsible, clean, quiet, and independent individual who works full-time making coffee during the day and has the occasional DJ gig during the night. I am here on work holiday from the states and have been traveling for the past four years. If you're looking for a chill roommate who likes to keep a place tidy and who's easy to live with, look no further.
Hey there, Im Brazilian born living in Australia my whole life, I moved to Melbourne 3 years ago to finish off my Masters at RMIT. Now finished I’m searching for new jobs in the marketing sector and enjoying a little bit of travel. I managed a restaurant in the CBD on flinders lane called Lucy Liu ( delicious food). Im obsessed with food and drink always looking for the new place to check out but enjoy cooking at home to save money. I contribute to the house in anyway I can, decent clean freak and handy gardener. Never too shy for a chat always down to get into some tv shows and movies. I enjoy going for bike rides and skating around to OP shops when I get the time. I’m not allergic to any animals so always happy to have some extra company around the house. I’d make a great housemate because I’m relaxed and tidy, always wanting to try new things.
I’m a friendly, easy going and fun to have around, respectful and extremely tidy person i don’t like mess! I like meet new people, learn about cultures and have new friends, I like cooking, listening music, watching movies and going to the beach!
We are two sisters (24 and 30), looking for a amazing flatmates. One of us is a passionate biologist and microbiologist who loves dance salsa music. The other one is a easy going environmental engineer studying protect management. Non smokers, tidy and friendly. We are very clean, respectful and considerate.
Hi everyone, me and Mitchell are two English lads looking for a place to live in this beautiful city. We have both just finished travelling south east Asia and have lived together before so can guarantee no dramas. Both sporty and fun to be around. So if you have anything that suits us please let me know :)
We are two guys in our early twenties looking for a place to call home! We are both social, like to have a drink in the weekends, and also enjoy our private time and respect others privacy aswell. We both got a job doing construction and will probably be working 7/8-15/16 pm monday-friday. Hope you will consider us to be your roommates!
Friendly, creative, social person who loves to work hard and also have fun. Love travel, yoga, art, design, architecture. Just finished my interior architecture and architecture degree. Keen and ready to begin a life in Melbourne. Will help make my home a super amazing place to live in. Very clean to! :)
Yet another twenty-something looking for sweet digs north of the city! Currently looking for an unfurnished room in/around the regular Northside areas. Long-term lease is ideal, as I'm looking for something pretty stable. Close to public transport is a must as I'm a slave to our PTV overlords and need them to get to my jobs in the city. Preferably up to $200-230/wk, but can do higher if price includes bills. I work full-time-equivalent in ticketing and other arts/festival admin-y jobs, which means: a) I'm out of the house quite a bit, especially during festival time, b) I have a steady-enough income that means rent/bills get paid on time, and pantry is always in full supply of Blend 43, and c) I can offer you free tickets to things as an apology in the rare event I leave a gross pan in the sink for an unacceptable amount of time. I'm a film grad, so I come packaged with a solid DVD collection, (which in turn comes packaged in those tall, thin, generic-AF Ikea bookshelves so it doesn't take up too much room.) Unsurprisingly, I spend a lot of my spare time watching movies. This I can do more than happily from a spine-bending position in bed, or from the couch with mates and a Sailor Jerry. Not a great cook, but can contribute in other ways like taking out bins and spiders, and not being overly-around when you need some space. I'm also clean, reasonably tidy, polite to your visiting mum, and all those good things. Will be in Adelaide for work Feb 10 - March 20, so looking to move in either ASAP or in late March when I'm back in town. Of course, I'm more than happy to sign a lease, pay rent etc. for the time I'm away if I'm able to move in before I ship out to SA.
Hi my future housemates I am Ketty, I born in Taiwan but have lived overseas for half of my adult life that I am an open minded and respectful person who gets along well with pretty much everyone:) My lifestyle is quite active and social that I go to gym after work and out during my days off hanging with friends, hunting for good cafe (absolutely a coffee lover), exploring the city for festival, markets and museums or just chill in the libraries sometimes and enjoying the beach in sunny days. I keep myself eating healthy that I cook often (maybe not the best cook but pretty creative lol) and I also drink a little wine and beer occasionally that I think it would be great if there is someone to share with sometimes. I also like to keep my living place clean and tidy and always up to help out cleaning sharing spaces. Looking forward to meeting you:D
Currently working in Kew as a bartender and a flower delivery girl for a well known florist which gives me some interesting stories to tell at the end of my work days and come with their own perks. Im also studying Entertainment Journalism with a bit of film this year, hoping to make some legendary doccos someday. In my down-time i love to cook and watch movies/tv series. (currently making my way through a never-ending list to watch.) Love going out for movies/food/drinks and having a good night out but i also like a quiet night in with homemade fajitas and a good movie or 3. I work some late nights but i also work most of the day so i keep really busy. I play hockey for Kew/Box hill Brumbies which is always fun to watch. Im into my fitness, traveling, food and always up for adventures!
I am easygoing clean and tidy person.i dont drink or smoke and i am looking to find a room for rent preferably with women
Hello, I am Sophia. I am starting a Juris Doctor at Melbourne Uni this year. I am interested in social justice/ human rights work so do a bit of volunteering and will end up there career wise, but currently work at an aromatherapy store. I am transferring to the Melbourne shop so will have ongoing enjoyment. I like growing things, cooking, riding my bike, podcasts, fretting over current affairs, herbs, and reading like most other humans. I am a vegetarian but don't mind sharing a kitchen with meat eaters. I am pretty quiet but find a lot of joy in a good conversation. I also enjoy a boogie when the time is right. I think it is important to have a community in your home and put effort into the space, whether that is through cleaning, sharing time or sprinkling it with essential oils. Let me know if you feel I will be a match for your home and we can organise to meet!
We are two sisters looking for amazing flatmates. One of us (24) is a passionate Biologist and Microbiologist who loves salsa music, the other one (30) is a Environmental engineer doing course in project management, cat lover. We are very tidy and friendly. We love Netflix afternoons and we love outdoor activities. Latin ladies.
Just arrived from Brisbane to study Film and Television! I'm looking for something -not too expensive- and as close to the city as I possibly can and would like somewhere for 3 months or more... I've lived with other people before, I know how to keep shared spaces clean and respect the house I live in. I'm quite a chill person who's always down for adventuring the city or laying in bed watching movies/listening to music. I am on call all week, so please feel free to contact my number (text is the fastest/best way to contact me)
Personally I am pretty easy going, am Australian but have lived in the Netherlands, Oman, Scotland, France and Sweden, like music, travel, reading, vegetarian food (I don't care what you eat, though. I mean if it's really weird I might judge, but I promise I'll do it silently), podcasts, trying to keep up my French, running and entertain myself by following the trainwreck that is American politics right now. Professionally I'm an electrical engineer (but one of the ones who talks to people, I swear!) going to be working at Telstra next year - if you've had a terrible experience with them I am so sorry, please don't hold it against me! I've previously house-shared with one other person and 9 other people before so have a decent range of experience, am now looking for either a room in a household where vacuuming happens at least sometimes and people clean their dishes before leaving the kitchen, or to team up with someone and rent a place nearish the CBD.
I'm Lydia, 30, and work at Toyota, though my experience before this is in humanitarian aid sector. I'm pretty easy going, like to share a meal with housemates occasionally, a glass of wine or beer and a good chat are always good, but I understand that home is a sanctuary and space/alone time is important. I love reading, enjoy a good meal, pubs, playing ultimatum games and a good laugh. I think it's important to make the effort to make a share house a home, not just a house. I like to keep communal spaces clean, and cooking for housies. I'm very easy going and flexible. I think it's important to respect others' space and time.
Heyo! I'm Mitzi and currently staying here as an international student, studying at La Trobe. I've been here in Australia for 4 years now, came from the West and just moved here in Melbourne last year. I like going out responsibly, hanging around and just enjoying my time here in Melbourne. My lease is just about to finish and I'm just looking for a place to live temporary, about 4 weeks, until I've fully decide what to do next. As a room mate, I'd say I'm pretty responsible with myself and I follow rules as much as I can. I'm also clean and neat with my stuff. ☺ If you think I might be the perfect room mate/flat mate for you, of course feel free to buzz me up! Fankssss
Hi flatmates! My name is Avalon and I am currently living in South Melbourne with two other girls but my lease is up in three weeks and we are parting ways! I'm looking for someone with similar interests to me: fashion, sport, food, arts etc also someone I can have a wine with! I'm very tidy, mature and am pretty easy going (so I think). I would like to live south side and relatively close to the city, if you think you would like the same please message me!
Two girls from England working full-time looking for a place to live in Melbourne. Looking for a house or apartment or two bedrooms in a share house. Into fitness, food, markets wine. Both clean tidy and respectful. Would like to move in ASAP. If you have anything available let me know :). Thanks - Joelle
Originally from Ireland, I've been living in Perth for the last 18 months. I'm relocating to Melbourne at the end of January. I'll be working in Epping as a junior doctor so I'm looking for somewhere between town and epping on the South Morang line. I'm easy going. I've lived in multiple previous share houses and I know how to get on well. I'm looking forward to exploring Melbourne with new friends in my free time. I'm planning on bringing my car across, so ideally would be looking for a place with a parking space on/off street.
Hi my name is Nicole! I’m 26 and work full time Mon-Fri in the CBD. I'm a very easy going person and I’m a reliable, clean, organised and respectful housemate. Basically, me in a nutshell is that I absolutely love being outdoors hiking or exploring, I just got back from 3 months travelling Nepal and SE Asia where I did a lot of trekking! I also love yoga, red wine, coffee, camping trips and catching up with friends :) I've been renting an apartment in Abbotsford for the last 3 years and I'm keen for a change and for something a bit bigger, preferably with a backyard! Hoping to move around late Feb but I’m very flexible on this! If you have any questions feel free to ask :)
