Hi! I just moved over here from Canada and I'm needing a place to stay for the next 6 months or so! I work full time at a restaurant in Balaclava currently. As a housemate I am super tidy and respectful of everyone's space and privacy. However, I am always open to living with people who are down to have a glass of wine and chat or watch a movie together. I don't have people over super often but I'm always cool with housemates having people over and will be respectful of whatever the house situation is towards guests. My pets are living in Canada so if you have a furry friend I will love them forever. I like to cook big meals and bake as well so that's a bonus to having me around!
I am a clean a respectful Canadian girl living in Melbourne on a working holiday visa, working hospitality but mostly days. I am always keen for a chat and a glass of wine but not a real partier- don’t mind what you’re into as long as you’re happy and easy and tidy up afterwards 🙂
Looking for a team-up for a 3-bedroom place around St Kilda, Windsor or surrounding suburbs. Currently have another male (22, from the UK) onboard and seeking one other to fill the final room. I’ve been living in Melbourne for just under three years after having relocated down from the Gold Coast and recently started a new full-time job with a residential developer on St Kilda Road. I enjoy downtime through the work week, but it’d be great to live with a couple of people who can enjoy a couple of drinks, dinner, etc. together on occasional weekends. My hobbies typically include reading, watching and playing sports as well as catching-up with mates where possible. I have a stainless steel fridge, tv, washing machine and other items that I can bring that will take care of the most expensive furnishing items. Everything else is easily obtainable with minimal costs. Should the above intrigue you, please get in touch!
Hi! My name's hazel, I'm a student at Melbourne uni studying physics. I'm a tidy, easygoing gal, and when I'm not studying (or working) I love to bake, swim, rock-climb, or even just hang out and chat over some wine. I'm just after somewhere relaxing and comfortable near the city.
WHAT MAKES ME GREAT TO LIVE WITH: I pay my bills on time. I am not judgemental and I am very understanding. I am super open-minded. I am a clean freak although I do not expect my housemates to be the same. I love good food, vibes and a drink from time to time! ABOUT ME: I work in the mining industry and love what I do. This can mean long hours and working most days. Even still I do pull my weight around the house and keep on top of chores, I’m hardworking and very respectful towards people. Interested in building good friendships and a nice place to stay so we can all come home to a welcoming place. I’m very approachable so feel to contact me at anytime if you would like to discuss anything further!
Hey! I’m 22 moving to Melbourne in the next few weeks, I’ll be working all the time and I start studying in July at Moorabbin doing my bachelor of Aviation so I’m barely going to be home. Looking for a nice apartment around Port Melbourne area. Looking for someone around my age. I’m gay with a little dog, she’s house trained and can do all kinds of tricks!
Hi there! I'm a recent graduate moving to Melbourne around mid March to take on full-time consulting work. I'm originally from Sydney and went to study in Canberra for five years so I'm not all that familiar with Melbourne and would love to be friends with my future roommates. I've lived with roommates while I was at uni (six bedroom shares) so I'm comfortable sharing with multiple people although I would prefer an all-girls share at this stage. I'm clean, organised, social and easy to get along with. Always up for a chat, group dinner or weekend outing but also happy to respect your personal space if you prefer to keep to yourself. I live for beaches, live music, tea, good books and good feed (either finding new gems or recipes to try out). I'm usually out exploring or hitting the gym in my spare time, or otherwise, just being a cosy room hermit. In terms of weekly rent and duration of stay, I'm pretty flexible. As my work is based in Melbourne, ideally, I'd like to find someplace I can stay for longer term. At this stage, I would strongly prefer a place with all female flatmates either in the CBD or close to public transport that takes me to the city in less than 30 min. Please feel free to send me a message if you think I'd be a good fit or if you'd like to ask me anything else. Can't wait to hear back!
Hello potential future housemate! I work full-time as an Exec Assistant/Office Manager. I'm bubbly, happy and easy going. I love traveling, going out to eat, reading, comedy shows, keeping active outdoors and meeting new people. I'm also a clean, quiet, considerate and responsible housemate! I'm ideally looking to live with people around my age, in the inner suburbs and close to transport. I would rather a furnitured room however I’m flexible! Overall, just somewhere with a nice, happy environment that feels like a home rather than just a house :)
My name is Julien and I travel with my girlfriend Mallory we are two French student (22 and 23) and we are doing a trainee in a lab since Monday. We are looking for bedroom in a flatshare/flathouse to stay until mid July. If you want more informations I can call you. Best regards Julien
Hello everybody ! We are 2 French best friends in Melbourne for a couple of months. We are friendly, organised and independent. We are looking for flatmates with whom we can get along but also don't mind everybody doing their own thing. We just want a positive atmosphere :) We have lived with flatmates before and it has always worked perfectly for us. We speak perfectly English, so we can communicate easily throughout our stay. We are looking either for one double sized bed or 2 separate beds in one bedroom. We are waiting to meet you guys !
Hi! I am Alana. I work full time in the travel industry. currently, I’m living in Armadale though needing to find a new place - I am hoping to set up a new sharehouse (flat) with just one other person as I have a full house of furniture! I don't mind if you only want to stay 3 / 6/ 12 months - I am looking for a person to apply with me to start a lease. I have all furniture/kitchen items. I also have a double bed which can go in the second room if you require a furnished room. I have an elderly indoor cat - so looking for someone who is cat-tolerant. She keeps to herself - just eats and sleeps!
Hey guys! I'm moving away from Sydney to get some of these great Melb vibes! I'm easygoing and into the whole super creative side of things. I've been entering a lot of film festivals and am training to be a scriptwriter. Also love a wine and cheese or boardgame/videogame night (I completely suck at Mario Kart and every other videogame in existence, so I'll probably boost your ego too!) I'm looking for people who are able to clean up after themselves and are genuinely great people to hang out with! I love a drink or two with my housemates, but I also enjoy a bit of alone time too - and understand that people need space. I’ve been in student accommodation, share houses and have always paid rent on time, so I am an experienced and considerate housemate if that's what you're after. If you also want to be involved in a couple short films, or are just into the more creative side, hit me up! I'd love to chat. 🙌
Hi! Looking for a place to live in the inner eastern suburbs preferably for a couple of months. Work full-time plus a couple of side jobs and sport, so will hardly be home. I don't drink or smoke, and love a quiet night in. Looking for a laid back, clean and quite household, and I don't mind pets, in fact would love if you have a pet I can play with! Need to have access to parking, don’t mind if it’s off or on street parking. Any questions just ask :)
