Hi! My name is Belle and I’m looking for a cute new share house Northside somewhere! I work full time in the city and spend my weekends socialising with friends, cooking, wining/dining, watching live music or just chilling at home - or at Brunswick baths if it’s nice and sunny :) I am originally from tassie but I’ve lived in Melbourne for 5 years, and 4 years in Brunswick. I studied fashion at rmit and am forever looking for my dream job (much like the rest of Melbourne!). I enjoy being outside, going to markets, yoga, reading, cooking, hiking, and going out. I’ve lived in share houses for many years so I know what the go is. During the week I’m pretty quiet and don’t go out partying etc but I love love love coming home after work to a house of friends and a shared meal. I’m clean, neat, and tidy. I’m fun on the weekends but also love my own space every now and again. I’m open to pets, couples, lgbtiq friendly, non smoker (but not opposed to the odd ciggy and a vino), I’m an ok gardener and a reasonable cook! I’d love a place with some other mid-late 20 somethings who are house proud and have found a good balance between work/life/socialising.
Full-time hospitality worker and full-time student. Always super busy and often out of the house but very easy going and friendly when I'm home. Just moved down from my hometown of Brisbane and keen to find a cosy place to live :)
Hey! I'm looking for a place in South Yarra (or surrounding suburbs) with a few like minded people. A few things about me: - I work in digital marketing. - I make a mean Sicilian-style Pasta. - I love Peep Show, Billions and Black Books. - My music taste is pretty eclectic; house (not the Avicii kind), RnB, indie-pop, indie-rock.
Hey guys Nice to meet you 😃 I’m currently moving from the Sunshine Coast to Melbourne and looking for a room. I will be staying at an Air B and B until I find a place. A bit about me, I grew up on the Sunshine Coast/Brisbane and am wanting a change of scenery, to meet new people and to be in a cooler climate, believe it or not I'm over the sun. I am currently in the process of getting a store transfer for the clothing store I work at, so will have a steady income. I have lived out of home for over a year now and have been reliable on rent. Like to keep clean, organised and happy to pitch in with house chores. In my spare time I make content for my YouTube channel, attend networking events and like having chai tea at many, many cafes, it's my guilty pleasure haha Looking to move in with people who I genuinely get along with and can have a wine or in my case a chai at the end of the day. Send me a message if you’re interested 😊 Cheers, Hamish
Working full time as a software developer / team manager for a company in fitzroy with a very diverse team and looking to live closer to work and the city. I consider myself a quiet and considerate person, and I'm tolerant of other people and their differences. Since I work full time, I need housemates that are not loud late at night (past 12am) on weekdays. I enjoy media of all kinds, both good and bad, so happy to hang out occasionally after work and on weekends and watch a movie or something with a beer (or many if particularly bad). Ideal place would be walking distance to trams 11 96, or maybe 1,6.
People who know me well will tell you my best asset is my dependability. I do genuinely try. With my age comes maturity! I am a quiet kind of guy. A country guy from way back, coming from a large family and having lived in shared houses before, I get along pretty easily with others. More than happy to lend a helping hand. Respectful too, of other's needs and privacy. Working out-of-town 2-3 days per week.
I’m Indonesian and here for working holiday. Currently work at the city as an all rounder and still do a couple of projects for my previous employer back in my country as an architect and interior designer. I’m generally quite but cheerful and friendly. Love to meet new friends from all around the world!
I'm 27, work mon-fri (sometimes weekends) as a lawyer in the big ol' cbd. Outside of work im a musician, i'm also a huge foodie, alcohol enthusiast and movie buff. Tidy, respectful, easy going and relatively low footprint. Can assist in bringing bills down - long story.. Anyway, keen to check the place out and see if we get along, i am available to move in asap.
I am looking for a place that is relatively new with enough space to stretch out after a long day. I am an early riser most mornings so would like to live with someone who understands how to respect noise levels after certain times. I keep myself fairly busy so you won't see me much during the week between work, the gym and other training. Happy to chill on weekends if we vibe well.
24, Interior Designer. I'm friendly, clean and respectful. Although I am quite social, I like to have my down time. When I'm at home, you'll find me in cooking or baking in the kitchen or on the couch reading a book.
Hola! I am moving to Melbourne in February 2019. I am going to start my master course of two years in Victoria University. I am from Ecuador. I can describe myself as an easy going person, respectful, and clean. I enjoy travelling, and meeting new people. I love painting and doing yoga in my free time. :)
Allo! I am moving to Melbourne at the start of 2019 as I’ll be studying an Advanced Diploma of Music Industry Full-time in Southbank from February onwards. Originally from Adelaide, currently residing in the Gold Coast. I am pretty easy going, sociable and open minded. I enjoy meeting new people, going out, and travelling, but also appreciate my alone time to recharge. I aim to eventually get a part time or casual job on the side of my studies. I love anything to do with music, food, alcohol or exploring new places. I am looking for somewhere clean, simple and interchangeable, with my own room, that has at least a bed to sleep on and somewhere to put my clothes & items. I am flexible with sharing a bathroom, toilet, kitchen and common areas. I don’t mind living with a few people but would prefer not to live in a big share house with 5 or more people as I find this can be quite overwhelming. I also like to cook, listen to a wide range of music, learn to play an instrument, or watch TV. I also have a Car, so some sort of car park is necessary. I am neat, tidy, and respectful of my surroundings and other people’s belongings. I can be quiet and chill, or fun and loud, depending on the occasion and the people I’m with. If I sound like your type of house mate then hit me up! 🤙🏽
Hi there, please call me Dippos. I am a student from Indonesia, and will do an exchange program at Swinburne University of Technology on February until July 2019. I have no problem with being clean and tidy all the time. I am looking for housemate(s) who is respectful and don't mind help me a little bit mingling with Australian way of living.
I've spent the last 9 years traveling all over the world for both work and for fun. I'm originally from Michigan but left at the ripe old age of 21. A short list of who I am: I've been told by other nationalites that I'm not 'loud' like American's are often known to be, I'm clean, do regular exercise, love to read and write, dance whenever possible (wearing headphones of course), and roller-skate (quads, not blades). I'm a genuine people person, but also really, really cherish my 'me time’ especially at home, and in return have no intention of disrupting yours. I will absolutely be working full-time and always keep busy in other after-work activities. I'm only interested in living with other busy professionals and *non-partiers*. I am a non-drinker and a non-smoker, but a regular dose of dancing keeps me young and quite happy. During my Working Holiday Visa I will be looking to both enhance my professional life (Team Building and Leadership Training) as well as continue with a few odd jobs I do as freelance (writing, coaching, voice-overs). My main goal is to learn to surf, catch some festivals, all the usual things you want to do when you turn 30. Currently I have only requested a 4 month stay in this area as I search for the right [Professional] job across Australia, where ever that may take me. I have a sister that lives in Melbourne, which is why I'm starting my trip there. :) Thank you for your time and interest. My best always, Laura
Hi I'm Ellie, I am 29 years old and I am moving from the UK to Melbourne for work at the end of February 2019. During the week I am fairly quiet after work, I enjoy cooking, napping and yoga.. On a weekend I enjoy getting out and about and exploring, brunching and going for coffee and of course a wine or 10 which is a slippery slope to tequila. I also really like holidays and I am looking forward to exploring Melbourne, Australia and wider woop I would like to live with someone who is clean, tidy and considerate but who also likes clowning around and doesn't take themselves too seriously. I have a small pooch who is moving at the start of May 2019. She is probably the cutest dog in the world with zero bias, she's super friendly and fully house trained.
My name is Julian and I'm currently looking for a room to rent for around $160 p/w. I am pretty quiet and keep mostly to myself but always friendly and respectful to fellow housemates, I have been doing the sharehouse thing now for around 8 years so I know the basics of whats expected and how to keep everyone happy. The only thing I would require is a bed and cable access to the modem for internet. I would be looking for long term stay if we all get along and things work and would also be looking for employment in the area. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon
