Jay here! I am looking for a single room in fitzroy, brunswick, carlton and cbd (surrounding suburbs) around $650-$800/month. I am a chilled laid back person, easygoing and love to talk about anything. I enjoy a casual beer and movie nights and fun outgoing activities like festivals, markets, nightlife and coffee! I listen to music and dj occasionally, happy to have get together around the place depends on the vibe! I also don’t mind going for a vintage shop or op shopping on random days 🙂 Thanks, looking forward to new housemates and friends!
L'm Jasmine. A 22 y/o student and part time hospo. I'm an Aussie, who loves travelling and all things snow related. I love catching up with friends and socialising with a few drinks, but I also really enjoy my down time too. I am looking for a place to call home for a while, as I've spent the last year and a half on many adventures around the world, and I need to settle down for a bit and feel at home again.
Hey! I'm currently in New Zealand and looking at coming over to Melbourne early 2019. I have a degree in Psychology and Criminology and am looking at work related to this field over there. I am wanting to move anytime between Feb-March and can be flexible of the date for the right room! I enjoy hanging out with friends and socialising and would prefer to move into a flat where we can get along and not just live together. Flick me a message if this sounds like you and we can get talking!
We are two sisters. Peaceful, neat and tidy to live with. My younger sister recently finished her Masters from Monash uni and on the job hunt, while I’ve been working full-time and now in the process of changing jobs, so wanting to live in a location that’s close to the train station, affordable and has job opportunities in and around it. We’ve been fairly financially independent so far with our incomes and savings, but have been supported by our parents every now and then. We’ve got timely rental payment records in all the places we’ve lived. Have lived in both shared and independent accommodations, so have become very adaptable.
I’m from Brazil and I’m 39. I came to Melbourne to study and work. First I’m improving my english and them I’m going a post graduate. I am easy going, clean and focused on my studies.
We're a Spanish couple that has lived in Ireland, England, Italy, Switzerland anf of course Spain and we're now trying to enjoy our year here as much as possible. She's an architect who's working in a studio at the CBD and I'm a journalist and translator that freelances as much as takes part time jobs in hospitality. We keep it chilled during the weeks and are up for everything during the weekends. Either having a bottle of wine, cooking or going out to a concert or to play some sport works for us, and we'll be making trips every now and then. We also have Netflix, HBO-Go and Amazon Prime Video, so we'll also enjoy our own time binge-watching any new show. We've lived on our own, in student accomodations and with other people, so we know the importance of respecting everyone's space while trying to keep a family vibe within the house 🏡
Hey, I've literally just come home from living in UK/Europe for nearly 3 years. Lived out of home for a fair bit so I'm pretty well training around the house. I like to socialise around the house as well respect everyone's privacy. I'm accountant and do normal hours, play a bit of sport and don't mind heading out for a drink or two on weekends.
Hey! I'm a 24 year old from Scotland here in Melbourne on a working holiday visa :) I've been in Melbourne for almost 9 months now and am planning to stay until my second year visa ends in February. I like to chill during the week as I work full-time but I'm always up for a glass of wine and a chat. I'm really sociable during the weekends and love being out and about! I'm a very laid-back person to live with, neat and tidy, and respect people's space :)
Hi everyone, my name is Ryan. I run my own business directing and editing videos as well as running music events. I am very friendly and enjoy socializing yet am very quiet and often keep to myself in my living space. In my spare time I like to go to see live music, theatre, write/produce my own music as well as go to the gym 4 times a week. I have traveled extensively, am an artist and spiritual person (not of any specific religion) and enjoy great conversation with liked minded individuals.
We have both recently graduated from college and have come on a work holiday visa. We are both very tidy and respectful. We love to socialize and have fun but also hang out and relax. We will both be working part time and interested in traveling and exploring Australia in our free time.
I am a vibrant (and very clean!) full-time startup/commercial lawyer working 5-6 days a week and most nights as well (quite busy!)! Which means I will not stay at home a lot and I travel quite often. Which also means I am looking for a place in the city or as close to Melbourne CBD as possible to eliminate extra commute time. I am looking for a private room with a king/queen size bed. Happy to share the bathroom. I am easy going, as long as my housemates are also clean and tidy. I love animals so it's ok if you have pets. I don't mind where you come from, your gender or profession, as long as you are reliable, clean, respectful and friendly :)
I'm a well traveled, professional guy who is easy to get on with and clean. I am coming to Melbourne from Coffs Harbour, for a 6 month work contact in the CBD and I’m looking for somewhere close to the CBD to stay. Ideally would like my own room in a clean place. Looking for down to earth, social, friendly people to live with while I’m in town. I’m respectful and have lived in share accommodation in 3 countries, so looking for the same in housemate/s. I enjoy sports, music, coffee, good food, tech, travel, culture and sometimes keeping fit lol.
Hi there! This is Guncel. I am a 37 years old electrical engineer from Turkey who recently moved to Melbourne. Looking for a place to stay for 3 to 4 months starting October 12. I am quite tidy and a very considerate person.

Would love to live with people that can enjoy a wine together but also have our own space :) Looking for a maximum half hour commute to South Melbourne Max $300pw No pets Couples okay if there are other people in the house
I'm Lauren, a 24 year old female that works as a full time Graphic Designer for a Wellness Company. I moved here last year from QLD and am keen to meet some new people but also enjoy my own time. I love going to the gym, art and yoga. The lease on my current flat has ended so am looking for a new place to call home! I'm laid back, tidy, respectful and love to cook! I'm usually home around 6pm each day after work then off to the gym. I love to have a chat but am also respectful of your own space.
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and fastidious. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it. I'm looking for home I can be comfortable in, and has a friendly, safe and open environment. This is imperative as I am more of a home body. Respect is also key regarding interaction between housemates as well as respect for belongings. I would like a bedroom door that is lockable and would prefer to live in a house, but open to apartment only if there is a balcony with view or a courtyard as apartments can get claustrophobic. 😜☺️
I'm a easygoing person, clean and tidy. Have been traveling the world a bit. Like to have good conversations with a beer or a glass of wine.
Hi! I'm currently looking for some place to live as i'm over hostel life! I work full time, 24 years old, like to chill through the week but enjoy socialising at weekends with going for dinners or having drinks. I'm really easy going and easy to live with and would hope for the same in my housemates too :)
Hey I'm Nicole and I work in fashion Marketing/PR. I've just moved here to Melbourne from Los Angeles for the year on a working visa. I'm clean and organized, but also pretty relaxed and considerate about things. I like to eat, hit up bars on the weekends, and sometimes during the week if I'm up for it. I love photography, art and road trips. I'll be traveling a lot to see more of the country so would love to find some easy-going likeminded individuals to live with.
