Hi! I’ve recently moved back from the U.S.A and will be studying veterinary nursing at Melbourne Polytechnic. I love animals (especially dogs) but had to leave all my pets behind, so if you have one I’d be more than delighted. For daily commute reasons, living around public transport would be great :) Feel free to message me, I’d love to meet you and warm back up to Australia!
Hey everyone JD here. I'm a tidy, easy going and really respectful. Mostly keep to myself but always down for good banter. I'm into fitness, cooking and definitely a drink or two :) I trade crypto online so I'll mostly be glued to my laptop haha. Heading to Europe (again lol) soon just after a place for two weeks. Cheers!
From the UK, here on a Working Holiday Visa. Currently looking for work. Easy going, social, love cooking and going out for food, love dogs so happy to live with one! Looking for a room from end June/beginning of July for at least a couple of months.
Hellloo, I'm a lover of vegemite toast and enjoy having a bev with friends. I'm currently studying business at RMIT and work part-time at a cafe. I've been living in an apartment for almost 2 years with some awesome mates but unfortunately, they have decided to go and live overseas so I'm in need of a new place to call home. I've been living out of home for nearly 5 years so am pretty accustomed to living in a share house and can appreciate the importance of personal space. Can't wait to make some new mates. Cheers, Jimmy
I enjoy cooking delicious food and have discovered cheese and wine recently. I'm currently working full time in software and am getting that worklife balance like a pro! I'm quite clean and keep any mess to my own room, and are respectful of privacy. Generally I'm quite sociable and really enjoy meeting new people and having the occasional beer or wine in my downtime. To balance out the beer I keep fit with the gym during the week and stroll to brunch on a sunday morning.
33 year old male. Starting business in Australia - so working long hours during the week. Have lived in 5 different countries and speak 3 languages and have shared houses all around the world. I would prefer a home where I can enjoy a drink, brunch or a movie with housemates. Having said that - I have my hobbies and prefer some me time too. I do salsa, learning drums and do paddling. NOT a clubbing guy anymore but don't mind bars and house parties.
I´m Arne a 30 year old backpacker from Germany and i´m looking for a room in Melbourne. I spend the last 10 month with working and traveling in Indonesia and Australia. I´m a open minded person who lived in shared flats for the last couple of years, like to go out for a drink, do some sports and play guitar and piano. Actually i´m more into music and arts then engineering and spend a lot of time with it.
Hey there, I'm Jayde. I'm a Sheetmetal Fabricator by day and a trained Dancer and Entertainer as well. Great banter and easy going kind of gal. Not opposed to a party or a late night, actually clean up after myself and can cook a mean meal. If you need your space I respect that and if you have a pet that is great news and I'm totally cool. I enjoy a good craft beer or wine I cant afford. Also really enjoy live music. As for Logan: He is practically my best friends and is also currently looking for a place so we thought why not team up! He is great value and shares similar views to myself although he cannot cook... Also doesn't mind a boogie and pets. He can also sleep through an atomic bomb so if you're a loud person/people that's perfect!
Hi all! My name is Chelsea and I am a 25 year old female looking for my new home. I am a social worker and work full time for the Department of Health and Humans Services. I am currently living at home with my Mum and sister but have previously lived in Bendigo in student share house accommodation. As such, I definitely understand the importance of being a consciousness and proactive house mate. I am a very inclusive and respectful woman who does not discriminate against anyone’s gender, sexuality, race or lifestyle choice. I am a fun- loving and sociable person but also love and appreciate my own space and chill out time, as everyone does. Please feel free to contact me at any time if you feel I will be a good fit. Hopefully I will hear from you soon. Thanks for your time! Chelsea :)
Friendly, introverted, private, respectful, working full-time, looking to save money, but also get out a bit more! I know exactly what i'm looking for and hope it suits you too! Ideally 3 bedrooms/flatmates including self, males or females (doesn't matter which), each with own ensuite or allocated bathroom that each individual is responsible for cleaning, flatmates willing to pay for a cleaner maybe once a fortnight to clean common areas/shared spaces, internet a must, bills split evenly, willing to create a cozy, comfortable home environment for all with the occasional catch up, but other than that independent working individuals who can hold a conversation, but be respectful of space and individual needs. I work full-time in the northern suburbs so really want to keep cost down to between $180 - $250 so i can afford petrol and maybe contribute to savings, but am willing to pay a bit more for my own ensuite, parking space and being closer to the city. The other alternative is a larger house, with more flatmates that i am also open to. I like to relax at weekends as i work Monday-Friday in a school and it can be hectic. I have been getting in to exercise lately for health and although i like to read, love film and tv series, ten pin bowling, bike riding and ocassional cooking, i do not do them all regularly so don't really consider them hobbies. I love music, but am not a party animal, just a lot of fun when going out hehe : ) Contact me if you think we would make a good teamup, or if you have a room that sounds i would match. Cheers! ; )
We are two friends who moved here from Canberra a few months ago. Ally is studying full time in a music degree and Ross is working in a recording studio. We are both very laid back, fun, friendly and social people always down to hang out whether it's having a jam (we are both musos), have some drinks or just kick back and watch bad reality TV together.
Hi! I’m 21 and I study community services online full time. Although currently in-between jobs I have a fortnightly income. I’m outgoing, respectful of other people’s privacy, tidy and easy to live with! I would be hoping for a non shared room and available to move in within the next 2 months, as I am relocating to Melbourne.
I'm a musician who will happily whip out my guitar and sing for anyone when requested 😛 and I'm really ridiculously chill and easy to get along with. I love to be social and even more so love to enjoy a glass of red and relax.
I am clean and friendly. Graduated from university recently and looking for somewhere to stay for the next couple of months while I plan my next study/work move (thinking of going to study in the UK but not sure if I'll get in!) Working part-time and volunteering part-time. Out during the day and home during the evenings. Happy to comply with the house rules. Open to living somewhere quite communal or somewhere where people prefer to keep to themselves! I like cooking and playing latin music while I cook
I'm Alex. I'm writing my PhD in international relations and tutoring undergrads at Uni of Melbourne. I am from the UK/ NZ and have lived in Australia for 2 years. I am looking for a long-term place to call home. Something 1 year+ in a Melbourne inner-city suburb is ideal. Brunswick, Brunswick East, Princes Hill, Parkville, Fitzroy North, Fitzroy, Carlton North, and Carlton are ideal. I'd like to be able to walk or cycle to the university campus within 20 minutes. A bit about me: I like films/ cinema outings, reading, board games, learning Arabic, hiking, camping, wine, beer, cheese... I enjoy conversations about politics/ IR, sociology, psychology, science, films, books - most things, really! My schedule can be pretty hectic - particularly during teaching periods - so I'm sadly not the best fit if you are wanting to create a *very* social house, but can still commit to an evening or two a week for housie activities. I'd be happiest living with like-minded people who are politically progressive, working, and 25 years+. Bonus if you would be up for the ocassional cinema/gig/comedy outing or going hiking together! I'd be extremely happy to live with a dog. Admin-y things: I'm financially secure, very dog friendly but sadly allergic to cats, and would like to sign onto the lease. I own bedroom furniture already. I also travel interstate and overseas fairly regularly for work and to visit my family.
We’ve have recently moved to Australia on a working holiday Visa to explore the beautiful country and build on our work experience. Were tidy, fun, positive, proactive, sociable people looking to find a temporary home in Melbourne to kick-start our adventure!
Grown-up couple looking for a place to stay while visiting our daughter who study in Melbourne. We're staying for two weeks, so short term sub-let would be perfect. We're tidy, calm and friendly people, looking for a small apartment or something similar private.
I’m Sarah, 28, Welsh, work full time for a tech company, and I come with my very own side kick/your new best friend, Luna. Luna is my Tasmanian Smithfield pup, and she’s the best. I’m all the usual things, tidy, punctual with bills, Netflix dependent, wine fueled. Usual.
I am very friendly and outgoing but also loves to keep privacy at the same moment . I am a avid sports lover . I am mostly not gonna be at home due to busy schedule at college and work but always up for a drink or two on a Friday evening
I am a 32 year old professional, working in a marketing agency in the city. I am super clean and respectful. I live a pretty quiet life, am a workaholic. Non-smoker. Keen to live with genuine, no-drama people. I like to enjoy the good things in life; travel, culture, good food and amazing friends. Not a huge drinker, 2 cocktails is good for me! Very open and honest person. Looking for someone like minded to live with.
