I'm a laidback apprentice boilermaker working full time, enjoying time off work by exploring new places, hanging out with friends, etc.. or settling down for a movie or a good read and cuppa tea! I'm happy to have my own private time and then be social too. I'm quite clean and more than happy to help around the house. I do plan on getting a dog sometime in the future so fellow dog lovers would be great! Also love sitting down to watch the rugby etc and cooking too.
Hello. I am friendly, helpful, respectful of privacy of others and happy to fulfill my responsibilities. I will be moving down to Melbourne in November to join my new job and am looking for a room with ensuite bathroom. I like to read, watch movies and go for sightseeing during my spare time.
Hi guys! I am looking to find a group of people to apply for houses with! I can basically funish a house with a couch, tv fridge, washing machine, bbq and outdoor setting. I work full time and I work hard, but I also love to party as well. Not necessarily looking for a party house but would love some outgoing fun people who are always up for a chat and drink! I am a very plaful person and never take anything to seriously. I love hospo workers but don't want someone that I am never going to see! Looking for at least 2 people as I want at least a 3 bedroom house but the more the merrier! If you think we would get along well please drop me a line and we can arrange to meet up :) Thanks!
My name is Victoria. I'm a student and working my own business. I'm friendly, open mind, and outgoing. I love meeting new people, and making new friends. I'm tidy, and I love keeping the kitchen clean, cause it's my favorite place hehe. I love cooking food, traveling, writing, Netflix and hanging out. What makes me great to live with? I'm funny, and I always try every possible way to make us happy and live like a family.
Hi All Im looking for a house mate to share with. I have secured a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom top floor (4th floor) apartment in Richmond which over looks the park. You will have your own bathroom with a bath which is a bonus. I am pretty easy going, im looking for someone that likes things clean like me :) doesn't mind being social from time to time but also respectful of privacy. I work as an executive assistant and am studying law at Victoria University so im not home a lot. Im not fussed whether i live with males or females as long as the apartment doesnt turn into party central :) If youre interested let me know. Amy
Hello everyone, My name is Bram, a 30 year old Belgian who's travelling the world. I used to be an investment banker but I really hated it so I quit everything and started travelling. I've just spend a year in NZ and now moving to Australia. I will be working full time in Melbourne for about 6 months and I'm looking for a nice place to stay. This can be a shared room, an attic, a garage or an iglo for all I care. The most important part is the people I stay with. I am a very outgoing person and very straight forward. I believe in honesty all the way which admittedly can be a bit much some times (I say it like it is, no filter ;-)). I absolutely love music and I will have music playing all the time. I also play the guitar and I beatbox. I like sports such as climbing, swimming and snowboarding, but I recently discovered kite-surfing and I travel with all my gear therefore I will try doing it wherever and whenever I can. So a room close to the beach is definitely a plus. Oh and I'm a vegetarian and I absolutely love to cook for others and myself and I like to share ingredients and ideas! So if you are looking for a social, open-minded, honest and easygoing flatmate, then please look no further! At the moment I don't have an australian number yet since I won't be arriving untill the 22nd of October but feel free to contact me via mail or pm. Hope to see you soon!!
Hello! I am currently living in Canada and am wanting to move to Melbourne at the end of this school year, so in April. I'm a non-smoker with no pets, I'm quiet and clean, and I'm a student. I like reading, exploring local businesses, nature walks, going out, travelling, tattoos, the arts and music scene, etc. I don't know much about different Melbourne suburbs so I'm open to looking at places other than my preferred locations. Very open to finding a place with a couple people, thanks!
Heya! I'm a 20 year old uni student, also working as a full-time nanny. Originally from NSW I moved to Melb last year after a stint in London, and am now looking for a new place as my current lease is almost up! I'm always down for a gin, a yoga class or a sneaky smashed avo ~ i try to care about health, like to talk politics (even though most goes far over my head) and will be your one-stop shop for everything re sustainability. I'm probably selling myself as the biggest pretentious enviro millennial twat, but i promise i'm not. This feels like a dating website. I'm also a vegan. PLEASE LIVE WITH ME/LET ME LIVE WITH YOU.
My name is Abbey, I am 19 years old from Tasmania. I am an Animal Attendent/Carer and that's one of the reasons i am making a move. I will have a part-time/full-time shift work job while looking at going back to study higher up animal care courses further as well. besides my interest in animals, i absolutely love to cook all things from snacks to desserts, i also love the outdoors, and reading. I love to go out sometimes and have a laugh and some fun, as any 19 year old would, but most of the time I'm just a layed back kind of girl, I'm a very clean person to live with and im respectful and considerate of others and what they need and would expect the same back. Also, I'm very interested in team ups to start a new share house, so if your after the same feel free to message me and have a chat about it! :)
Hi there, I'm a 22 year old hard working professional in Port Melbourne. I work in the events team for Variety the Children's Charity; I love my job. I'm a really friendly, no drama and honest person. I love to socialise with friends, go out for brunch, but also thoroughly enjoy staying indoors watching TV, reading a book or just relaxing. I am currently living by myself in Frankston and am looking to move to the inner city area closer to work; the daily commute is killing me! Please message me if you'd be interested in getting to know more. Cheers, Hannah
We are both very easy going, tidy, positive chicks who love to be social just as much as we love to have chill nights in. We love to cook, read and listen to music. We love being creative: making crafts, jewelry and clothing. We're always keen to share a laugh, chat, meal or drinks with the other flat mates. We are both 28 year old Canadian friends who have been travelling around Aus for the past few months and have decided Melbourne is the best (of course!) and so we're ready to settle here for a while :)
I am a 33 year old female and have just moved to Melbourne from a small town in the north of England. I have a job in the city as a geologist but will also be required to work away. Im just a regular girl who is clean, tidy and respectful - and up for a laugh of course. before I moved here I was a st Johns Ambulance volunteer and had just taken up weight lifting. I will be looking for new and similar activities when I am settled.
I am very clean sociable and respectful, I work full time so do enjoy my own space normally watching things on my laptop in my room :) I enjoy the sociable glass of wine or a beer with my flat mates too !
Positive, outgoing and honest makes for a great energy to live with! Clean, courteous and respectful of others' space. I'm pretty social, enjoy wine, dance, dining, yoga and exploring Melbourne but also appreciate downtime and having a peaceful space to kick off the trainers, relax and watch a little Netflix. From the States, work in hospitality and a big time animal lover! Flexible with length of stay but ideally would love to find a flatmate or two to hit it off with and stay the duration of my visa (1-2 years). Look forward to hearing from you!
Hey! I'm Laura, 24 from the UK. I'll be moving to Melbourne on 19th November for work (Events Management at the Melbourne Aquarium!). I currently live in a house share with FIFTEEN other people so I know both how to socialize as well as how to keep clean, tidy and respect other people's living space. I'm looking for somewhere to call home. A place where I can come home from a long day, order take out and slob in my pajamas on a Friday evening with a glass of wine. I love cooking so if you like to have food cooked for you, I'm your girl! I make a mean Ramen. I'm looking ideally for somewhere 5-7km from the Aquarium as I will be cycling everywhere. Looking to spend £350 a week. Thanks!
My name is Becky, I am looking for a place in and around the St Kilda area. I work full time, I am clean, I like to socialise, cook, attempt to keep fit, enjoy the sun, explore, watch films etc. I'm currently staying with a friend in Elwood and need to be out by December. I have been house sharing for nearly 6 years now so I don't currently have any furniture but happy to buy if needed. I don't mind living with pets, I am not looking to live with couples. I am looking for people to share the place with rather than just live in a room. Also open to Teamups!
Hello :) I'm from Barcelona, Catalonia and I'm really excited to come to Melbourne. I'm a really friendly person and very dynamic, I love doing things all the time but also do some quite plans. :) I love sports and I usually practice tennis, volleyball and swimming. I'm also a professional hip hop dancer so I love listening to music all the time. I'm passionate about food and to keep fit. I'm a person who likes to share time with my flatmates not just enter to the room and close the door. I have been sharing a house with other people during two summers in united kingdom and there has never been a problem.
I make cakes, homemade pizza and generally cook tasty stuff Netflix enthusiast (hate spoilers) Very dark humour (learnt and perfected with House MD) MotoGP fanboy Electronic music producer wannabe (don't worry, I've got headphones) Video games lover House trained (5+ years of flatsharing in London) Endless booze knowledge (if you fancy a pina colada themed barbecue I'm the man) Occasionally (if not too busy with work, music or games) I date women.
My lease is in the breach of it end so am in search of a great home with humble humans or to start a team up and apply for a new house! About me: I am a part time professional and I study part time in admin and nutrition. I enjoy music, arts and fitness, singing, sketching and reading books on a variety of musicians. I also have a very big enjoying of discussing music, classic film and cinema, documentaries, what happens around the world and how we can make contribute to making our world a better place. I am not in the least a party person however I do enjoy going to a pub or a bar with some music and a few pale ales and meeting new and fun individuals. As a housemate: I am very laid back, charismatic, very clean, love to cook for the house, courteous of other peoples space and privacy, I always contribute to household items and do my share of cleaning around the house. I have a very good rapport with my former housemates and also have a great lease history. Hope my ad has appealed to somebody and I look forward to hearing from you soon! Best regards.
