Very easy-going, sociable grad from London travelling to Melbourne in October to start as a property developer. Moving to Australia by myself not knowing anyone so would love a group of housemates which could help settle me in. I enjoy keeping active, going out and spending days by the beach.
I’m 23, keep myself busy during the week doing my masters (science) and part time work in the city. I like to spend my weekends chilling out with friends, watching the footy/netflix or grabbing a few drinks. I also have a cute little grey rabbit who provides unlimited cuddles.
Hi, I'm David, I'm 25 and I moved to Melbourne from NZ about 10 months ago. I'm currently staying in South Yarra. I'm a chef working at a cafe in the cbd, so my hours are roughly 6am till 4pm with a few weekends. Overall I'm pretty easy going, I'm into sports, video games, a few TV shows. I've got a few friends in Melbourne, but always keen to meet new people. I'm open to occasionally going out, having a few drinks, socialising, all that sort of thing.
Georgie: I'm studying at RMIT full-time doing mechanical engineering. I've just started working casually. I'm never really to sure how to describe myself. I like to think that I'm easy to get along with. Since I'm still new to melbourne (moved over from perth a month ago) I'm still trying to establish myself here. I'm pretty laid back, like to keep things relaxed although I like going out over the weekend. I have a 9 week old black lab named Apollo, I haven't been able to pick her up yet since I'm still trying to break my current lease.
I'm an easy-going and down to earth person. I don't make a huge fuss about things. In my spare time, when I'm not studying or working; I enjoy catching up on my favourite TV shows, but I also enjoy going out and meeting new people and socializing with friends, usually over a nice dinner and cocktails. I also enjoy cooking and baking. My other interests also include learning and practicing natural healing modalities (ie Reiki, naturopathy, yoga, Pilates) I'm a 24 year old who works as a nurse on permanent part-time basis and I'm also a part-time student; studying a bachelor of nursing; due to complete next year
I am a 31 year old Phd student from Berlin who will work full time in a research project at Melbourne Uni for the next 4 months. I am looking for some nice people to share a house/ flat with. I like to be outdoors, go jogging and do some yoga.
My name's Grace and I'm looking to move to Melbourne in the next few weeks. I'll be starting at RMIT (BA Photography) next year but until then, I don't mind living a bit further out of the city, while I work. I love music, poetry, writing, am studying online currently and am a pretty keen cook and am pretty introverted and quiet. That being said, I'd ideally love to live with people I can call friends and hang out with. I'm tidy, quiet, clean and all of that jazz- used to living with other people and taking care of a home. Also, I have a cat I can bring if you're up for it but that's optional. What I'm looking for: housemates I can call friends; people who are LGBT+ accepting (I'm gay), a house to call a home. That's all from me!
We are both going to Melbourne to study and are looking for accomdation. We are very clean and respectful. I am going to study dancing at the Ministry of Dance and Saki is going to Beauty school. Hope to hear from you!
I have the option to bring with me a fridge, washing machine, two leather couches. I own a bunch of really good quality cooking equipment, I'm a great cook, I have a library worth of books, I'm easy going, I'm tired of starting with the word I haha. I'm a born and raised Melbournian, will be working full time as of November when I will have finished my Law Degree. I love croissants, whiskey, and reading.
Hi mates, We're looking for a private room in a flat-share or house-share from the beginning of September for at least 6 months (Carlton / Fitzroy) Jason is working as a bricklayer and I am a student working part time as a French teacher. We're working most of the time, easy going, clean, friendly and quiet even though we enjoy having a drink and sharing a good meal on the weekends. Let us know if you'd like more information about us and if you'd like to catch up! Cheers :-) Jason and cecile
Hello! I'm American from Boston, lived in Australia for over 10 years, mostly in Sydney. Just relocated to Melbourne and looking for a beautifully designed, impeccably clean and peaceful living environment in South Yarra or Toorak. Would be ideal to have my own onsuite bathroom. Shared flat/house with ONE OTHER MATURE FEMALE. ($350 incl) or own private studio/one bedroom apartment (up to $400 incl) I work full time for an international luxury watch brand in the city. I am also completing a Masters in Law at Melbourne Uni Law School a couple evenings per night starting late July. As for hobbies and social life, I like the Melbourne cafe and restaurant scene, designer fashion & interior design, yoga/pilates, polo/yacht racing, organic healthy food shopping & markets. I also belong to a few international expat and networking groups. I also lived in Europe for many years (France, Switzerland, Germany, Scandinavia) so speak French and German. I'm quiet, considerate and respectful of other people's space and expect the same. Please only contact me if you are female, mature and only ONE flatmate or I will not respond. Have a great day! Dahlia
Hello, we are Florence and Nicolas, a couple from Paris, both fluent in English. We are coming in Melbourne to find a job. I am working as an event manager and Nicolas is a web developer. One of the most important thing to us is that our future place is clean, we are looking for a real home, and we both enjoy going out sometimes but also quiet. Nicolas is a swimmer and I like yoga. We both like to cook.
My name is Adrienne, and I will be living in Melbourne from August 16-October 30. I am Canadian, and pursuing a master's degree in Environmental Governance in southwest Germany. As part of my master's, I am doing an internship with the City of Melbourne and a researcher at the CSIRO on the city's urban sustainability. I have lived in shared flats for six years and have plenty of experience being a respectful, clean, and good flatmate. I really enjoy communal living! I like to be able to share dinner or a drink with my flatmates in the evenings after a day of work. I will be working roughly a 9-5 schedule, but it will be my first time in Melbourne (or anywhere in Australia, for that matter!) so I'd like to spend my evenings and weekends exploring as a tourist too. It would be great to live with flatmates who know the city well enough to give me tips :) If that appeals to you, I would love to chat with you more!
Work full time in the city on an IT helpdesk. Easy going guy who cleans up after himself.. Not a party animal, but I do enjoy a few drinks at the end of the work week and enjoy going out. Gaming takes up most of my spare time and is my biggest hobby, along with reading and watching movies/TV series'.
