I am a 25 year old male and recently moved from Ireland on a working visa. I'm a very easy going, social and tidy housemate. I'm into all sports and keeping active
Hey! I'm Renz and I'm a recent university graduate from Adelaide who is relocating to Melbourne for work mid-February (1 year contract, full time). My work is situated in Abbotsford and I won't be bringing my car with me so I'm hoping to find a place close to a train station along the Hurstbridge or South Morang line. When I'm not at work, I enjoy being active by going to the gym or the dance studio (I'm a hip hop dancer, just if you're curious). Or if I'm in a lazy mood, I enjoy cooking/baking, jamming on my guitar or chilling out with a good movie/tv series. I'm very tidy, respectful of people and their personal space and always down to make new friends!
I am Karthik based in Chennai,India. I am on PR visa to Melbourne to look for any suitable opportunities. To tell about myself i am easy going and keen to gain good friends.I am not a talkative person but can be reachable for any help\support if required. I am married and have a 1 year old kid, who will be living in India till i get settled here.
I love a good chat, movie nights, themed meal nights and just relaxing. I've lived in many a shareholder and know how to be respectful, put the effort in, be able to pay my way, have a dance party or two and have a laidback and open attitude. I love being around humans, and animals and I look forward to meeting some really grouse people!
currently studying marketing/economics + working in a jewellery store. I enjoy all things espresso, film photography and occasionally long distance running. I like to think I'm fairly down to earth and tidy, I'm respectful of space and privacy but also won't say no to a friendly chat over a glass of wine/ shared meal etc.
Hi! I’m hoping to find a great group of people to live with and get to know. I love socialising but in saying this I cherish down time. I like my living space to be kept tidy and clean (although I understand the need for flexibility when sharing a living space). I am respectful of others space and would love to be in a house where I could trust and know that the people I was living with felt the same about my space. Please do not hesitate to be in contact with me for a chat. Thanks, Lil
Hi, this is Una from South Korea. I am full-time PhD student in Monash. I am clean, tidy and like maintaining a common area well-organized. I will spend most of the time in the uni to study and to workout. I also prefer to spend my time listening music, watching Netflix, cooking, reading, and traveling sometimes. I believe respecting others' value and privacy is more than essential. But it will be greater if we build a comfortable relationship and chill out together sometime with wine or beer. ★ I will be in Melbourne on 6th Feb★ Before the arriving, please contact me by the online message. Cheers.
My name's Pat and I'm pretty quiet, easygoing and also quite tidy (parents were cleaners and I like to think I inherited that off them). I enjoy reading for hobbies and also some sports (touch footy, soccer, TaeKwonDo and Thai kickboxing in the past but looking for something new) I'm also quite the muso, but don't really get to lug around my piano so haven't done many musical activities in the recent past (though I can play guitar chords and sax too) Otherwise I'm a 21 year old Korean male, non-smoker, don't drink (:o) and a med student, going into 3rd year at Monash, looking for a place to live near the Alfred hospital (where I have placements this year) Hoorah
Hey, I’m 22 and about to start my second year of acting at VCA. I’m looking to make the move to Melbourne from the Sunshine Coast in QLD. I’m tidy, easy going and respectful. I grew up on a property in northern NSW and I love animals. I like reading, Netflix/movies+tv shows in general, board games and random adventures. I’d love to hear from you, feel free to ask me anything.
I'm a 24 year old professional working in data analytics full time. I'm currently looking for a place to move into by 4 Feb (at the latest) I'm looking for a place in West Footscray, North Melbourne, Fitzroy, Brunswick, Yarraville, etc. (I'm not that concerned with where, as long as closish to the city and public transport is around) I do contract remote book keeping on top of my full time job, so I have no problems with bills. I'm relatively quiet, although always willing to hang out with housemates. I drink too much coffee and come with a Netflix subscription I'm willing to share. Most weekends I'm off exploring the city or trying something new (like a museum, a gallery or a cooking class).
Yet another twenty-something looking for sweet digs north of the city! Currently looking for an unfurnished room in/around the regular Northside areas. Long-term lease is ideal, as I'm looking for something pretty stable. Close to public transport is a must as I'm a slave to our PTV overlords and need them to get to my jobs in the city. Preferably up to $200-230/wk, but can do higher if price includes bills. I work full-time-equivalent in ticketing and other arts/festival admin-y jobs, which means: a) I'm out of the house quite a bit, especially during festival time, b) I have a steady-enough income that means rent/bills get paid on time, and pantry is always in full supply of Blend 43, and c) I can offer you free tickets to things as an apology in the rare event I leave a gross pan in the sink for an unacceptable amount of time! Not a great cook, but can contribute in other ways like taking out bins and spiders, and not being overly-around when you need some space. I'm also clean, reasonably tidy, polite to your visiting mum, and all those good things. Will be in Adelaide for work Feb 10 - March 20, so looking to move in either ASAP or in late March when I'm back in town. Of course, I'm more than happy to sign a lease, pay rent etc. for the time I'm away if I'm able to move in before I ship out to SA.
Hi ! I'm French and I found a great job in Melbourne, as a leathersmith. I have a WHV so I want to take the time to discover the city and its people too ! Before that, I lived in two different shared houses in France : one year with 3 other girls and another year with 2 boys and 2 girls. I really loved these experiences and I think I'm a trustworthy, tidy and cheerful person to live with ! I love going out with people, drinking a glass of wine (or two), reading books as well as going to exhibitions or gigs. Eating good-quality food and doing sport are more a "project of life" than a current fact but I'm a very motivated person ! Another thing : My level of english is approximate but I plan on improving it, so I'm looking for patient mates ;) Hope we will get along ! Can't wait to meeting you !
Hi, I'm a quiet, creative and fun person looking for a place to stay while I study Psychology at Melbourne Uni. I love animals and parks, but also love to just veg out and consume TV or movies. I have casual work, but love to draw, write and paint in my spare time, and have a finished Zine. I'm very passionate about social justice issues, and have an intersectional approach to my life! My friend is also looking for a place too! Her name is Thirushi and she's a med student that is working this year. She is fun, extroverted, loves basketball, reading and finding new bars. She is a strong supporter of human rights and hopes to work for Doctors without Borders.
Hey, I'm Josh and I'll be studying design at Swinburne this year. You'll usually find me playing guitar in my spare time, or scrolling through my Insta looking at design things. I am a friendly, clean and motivated person. I have spent the past few years working and travelling. I consider myself decent enough to impress some mates in the kitchen, and love a good beer and laugh with friends. Let me know if you think we'd get on well in a share house.
Full time work as a welder during weekdays and weekends are quite active as i love the outdoors including footy, gym, bikes and surfing. I have a very laid back nature, always up for a chat,Clean and tidy and doesn't mind a couple beers with friends.
Hi! I’m Daniela. I’m 25 years old and I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I’ve finish my studies last December in Buenos Aires. I’ve a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. And now I’m in Melbourne for a Working and Holiday Visa. I’m planning to stay one year here. I’m very responsible and organized. I like to keep the house clean and fresh. I love to cook and I’m always happy to share a meal. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors doing sports or just relaxing with family and friends (I’m in love with Albert Park :D ). Sailing and mountaineering are two of my favourite hobbies. Also enjoy reading and watching a good movie or series (friends, black mirror, got, Sherlock are some of my favourite). I like photography so I spend a lot of time learning about it and of course love traveling and meeting new people and cultures. I'm always looking to hearing stories and learn new things. I like to go out but I’m not an extremely party person. A beer or a glass of wine it's always a great choice during a good chat. I don’t smoke and I prefer that nobody does it inside the house. My native language is Spanish, but my English is fluent and also I can speak some German. I’ve arrived in Melbourne on the 13th January and I’m looking for flatmates. If you believe that we can be good flatmates, please contact me. I'll be happy to meet you :)
Hi! I'm a relaxed 27 year old engineer who just moved down to Melbourne from Brissy. I work regular hours and ride in there, so that's one less person using the home bathroom in the morning! I like chilling out with people, coffee, cycling, beer, books, movies and any combination of the above. Always keen for some banter and hangs but give housemates the space they need too. On the weekends I like going on long bike rides and hanging with mates. I like a tidy house but am not a clean freak, as long as the communal areas are neat and tidy, I'm happy!
International traveller originally from San Francisco, California with Taiwanese ethnic origins. In Melbourne to do research at Monash University on my thesis for urban water sensitive design & big data. Love coffee shops, motorcycle riding, and socializing with others in the house. Questions? Please don't hesitate to reach out!
Hi Guys! My names Leanne, Im a 23 year old English Zoology graduate and also a yoga teacher. Im currently working in Richmond doing admin at a construction company. I am very easy going and friendly, social but very respectful of personal space.
I'm Adrian, 22, an international student from Mexico trying to enjoy the most out of good-ol' Melbourne since 4 months ago. I'm currently taking a major in Psychology at UniofMelb, and am working part-time in a cafe in South Yarra. I consider myself to be a soft-spoken, polite, and friendly guy. I enjoy hanging out with people and creating the best memories as I'm an easygoing dude. Hygiene is something really important to me, so you can rely I won't ever leave a mess behind (and I'll expect you not to as well). Keeping a sense of harmony and balance in my life is something I look up to. I like having fun out (read: out) with mates, having some drinks and whatnot, but I also love having lazy days doing nothing but watching Steven Universe or whatever is trending on Netflix. I'm into fitness and healthy living, socio-politics, and traveling (but seriously who isn't into traveling nowadays?). Cheers!
Hey y'all! I'm Brittany from Texas! I'm friendly and love meeting people, but I'm not really a partier. I'm 31 years old and am clean and considerate. I'll be in Melbourne until the end of May and work 9-5 M-F. I have a blog about travel and dessert-- so I love going on adventures and checking out all the new spots for freakshakes and doughnuts. :)
We are friendly and also give you your privacy and would love to have live with someone that we can have a chat with and occasionally hang out on weekends. We are very clean and would prefer a decent house. We do love pets but do not have any of our own but would definitely comfortable with someone with have pets. One of us works full time as an engineer and the other is still looking for a professional job but works part-time at the moment. We welcome a cultural mix.
