i think we bring some positive energy and when ever someone is down we like to bring them up by having a laugh or just to have a chat. If you want some company or want to be left alone, either way we are easy. Me and my missis like to cook and if you want to get involved we can always split the shopping to make buying food cheaper. We do like to either go out or chill and watch countless hours of tv series. We clean and tidy as we go and honestly I don't want to be cleaning up other people's mess. It's my pet hate but it's more than fair. Cheers
Hi My name is Aoife and I'm originally from Dublin. A bit about me - I'm 28 and a working professional. I work in finance but not your typical boring accounts person! I love a glass of vino or two, and definitely enjoy a good Netflix binge. I'm always up for a laugh and I can safely say I can talk to a wall. I'm not the best cook but I can bake! I am very clean and tidy and very respectful of other people's space. My hobbies include running, socialising, films and eating out. Looking for a private room in the Toorak, Prahran, South Yarra etc areas.
I'd rather not bore you with why I'd be great to live with because I'm a clean person, friendly, etc etc.. but in all honesty I love food and if we end up being flatmates, you will never go hungry :-) If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a message, I'd be happy to have a chat!
We are both kiwis, great foodies and awesome cooks - we are also housetrained, quiet and respectful. WE have come to enjoy all that Melbourne has to offer and want to meet some great flatmates to get us started! With backgrounds in hospo, arts admin and professional musician as well as design we make a great couple and great housemates.
I'm a friendly person by nature and am always up for a good chat if needed, but also like my own space too! I'm massively into writing and reading, but am always down for a bottle of wine and Netflix binge. I'm very reliable and tidy, and growing up in a big family has given me a healthy respect for privacy and respecting other people's space.
Hi, I'm Tyson. I'm a full-time, mature-age student, searching in the inner city. My interests include reading and writing, art and culture, exercising and nature. I am down to earth, friendly and outgoing. Financially secure and self-funded. Also, clean and tidy, honest and reliable, Thank you.

I am a nurse been here for 2 and a half years work mainly nights during the week so start at 7pm or 9.30pm and then socialize at the weekend or hang out with friends. fairly chilled person just looking for a short term home ☺
My sister (Rose) and I (Claire) are looking for a house to live in! We are both friendly, clean, and enjoy chats complete with wine and cheese. We are both studying with part time work, and would love to live near the Sandringham line (close train station is a must) because we get around on public transport everywhere! We're really excited to find a house and make new genuine friendships, so it's important to us that our roommates respect each other and don't mind hanging out with each other! In saying that, privacy is very important to us. Note that we both like to smoke when we drink, but only outside - and we hope you can join us too! Send me a message!
Hello, I'm a French girl looking for a room in Melbourne whilst on a working holiday visa. I am here with my best friend so if you have 2 rooms available or are interested in a team up that would be great. Otherwise a single room for just myself is also ok. Look forward to meeting you :)
Kiwi girl (26 y), bubbly and positive personally. Love for the outdoors and adventure. Running and cycling ...need to do more yoga to balance it out! Enjoy healthy living. Independent - been in Melb for over a year - but also enjoy relaxing/downtime with the housemates. Working young professional (standard hours). Clean, respectful and considerate. Currently living in an apartment in South Yarra - it's just too small. Hope to find a down to earth, lovable new home!
I have recently moved to Australia from Canada on a Working Holiday Visa, and am looking for a place to live! My moving dates and length of stay can be quite flexible. As a roommate, I am considerate and respectful of people's privacy and space. I love to be outdoors doing things like hiking or going to the beach. I also love going out for drinks and a good time. I've got a good sense of humour and am easy to get along with, and I'm excited to find a new place to stay and explore Melbourne. Cheers!
Hi! I’m 31 years old and from Hamburg. In September I moved to Melbourne and started a new job at a digital marketing agency in Cremorne. I'm looking for a cozy share house with nice flatmate(s). I’m new to the city and would love to live with flatmate(s) who are open to making new friends if we click. I’m very respectful of privacy but I’m also a sociable gal and I love a good chat over a glass of wine or a cup of tea. I like to cook and love good food, also trying new restaurants and pubs and am open and spontaneous for new things. I eat pretty much everything and am not an allergy sufferer. I do not have pets, but it doesn't bother me when also pets living in the house. Happy to host people and have get togethers though - But I would prefer to live with people who don't view their apartment/house as a place with daily party. I can get along with pretty much anyone as long as we’re all respectful. Also - I like to feel safe and comfortable in my home environment. I think it's super important to communicate with each other about things rather than let things fall by the wayside (or become passive aggressive/uncomfortable). I would be happy to move into a furnished or unfurnished private room in an existing share house with 1-3 roommates in October. I would prefer to find somewhere districts close to Cremorne, ideally Richmond or South Yarra. I'm always on time with rent and bills. More than happy to answer any questions you may have so please do not hesitate to contact me. Cheers!
22 year old single male, usually like to keep to myself but am not anti-social by any means. Preferably i would like to live with females as i have 5 sisters and am more comfortable living with females than i am with males. I currently work full time in the CBD.
I'm a chilled guy whose clean and tidy. I like to have a drink but not too much. I feel I can get on with most people. Living in hostels for so long helps! I’m currently looking for jobs as well. Currently on my first year visa and I’m hoping I’ll get my second.
Hello and thanks for reading this! My name is Luke, I am Australian from the Flinder's Ranges and have travelled a bit. I love the beach and hiking, scuba diving and snorkelling. Being involved with the Latino community, I speak Spanish and I am interested in teaching English via Skype in the future. I work in Hospitality, involved with functions and events. I have plenty of savings so rent and bills are no problem. I have at least 4 years references of around $200 pw never missed. More about me... I don't smoke, love friendly bbq's, love reggae, salsa, merengue.. all the latino/caribe/pacifico music and culture. I like having a bevvy on social occasions and I certainly have no interest in drugs. I play a bit of acoustic and just bought a bright yellow ukulele. :) I have a lot of experience in share houses, I am open-minded and easy going, but will certainly stand up for what is right. I have many experiences that I would love to share and listen and learn what you have been up to. At the end of the day, I like nothing more than an occasional cold cider and a good book or scifi film. I cannot stand the TV! So if you like to watch the TV all the time and loud, I am probably not going to enjoy living with you :) I generally keep to myself, although I'm an open door kind of person. I like to cook and I always clean as I go. Lastly, I was in building and machine maintenance for 14 years, so no worries about leaky taps and broken door handles ;-) I really look forward to talking with you and meet for a coffee. Luke
All my last housemates are good friends of mine now. It is a thing! I am respectful and easygoing, open mind, and i have no problems with different cultures, languages, religions, genders and whatever. I just want to work, study and share peace and funny times during this second year of my visa. Long term rent preferred (9 to 12 months).
I enjoy cooking, having a glass of wine and generally being social. I am out of the house a lot with sport commitments and work. I work full-time as an engineer in the city. During the week I either have rugby training or head to the gym, then on the weekends like to head out for dinner/drinks. Weekends normally involve shopping for the week at the markets, sport and cooking. I'm easy going, respectful of peoples space, and don't make a mess. Flexible with move-in date, don't have a set end date either - can be as short or long as required as long as it works for both of us. Non-furnished bedroom preferred, own bathroom if possible.
We are three friendly and polite germans. And if you happen to be our flatmate you'll will experience our baking and cooking skills!! (Better than the usual German cook ;-) We want to stay in Melbourne please help us!! ;-) We looking for friendly people who also like to share a beer after work. Or Two.
