I’m looking for someone to team up with and get a place together so that it feels like ours etc but happy to consider moving in to the right place as well. I’m very easy going and am also respectful, trustworthy, reliable, clean, always pay my rent and bills on time and would need someone with the same mindset. I’ve been sharing with 3 awesome people and while they don’t want me to leave it was only ever a short term stint for me while I house hunted after being transferred interstate for 12 months. If I can find the right person to get a place with that would be great otherwise I’ll get something myself. Only interested in people wanting to pay at least $300pw for something. If you don’t want to pay that much then it won’t work as we’d be looking for properties of differing calibre. That doesn’t mean we won’t find something great that happens to be less. In my spare time you’ll find me at the gym, out with friends, holed up in my room catching up on work / watching the tennis / mucking around on my phone or pottering around in the kitchen. I love to cook and like to eat healthily for the most part. Happy to eat together or do our own thing. I have some furniture, TVs / DVD recorders, white goods, kitchenware etc if we need it but it can all just as easily stay where it is - in storage at work. No couch potatoes please, I’ve shared with someone before who was a fixture on the couch. Also someone with their own thing going on is good. Flexible re suburbs and commencement or move in date - earlier or later is fine, happy to commence as soon as we find something. Also flexible re length of stay though an initial 3-6 months is the minimum needed for teaming up.
Hi I am in my last year of Masters and looking for a nice quiet place to stay for my last semester. I have a small, well behaved dog who is friendly and no trouble at all. I am a quiet person and usually pretty busy with study, work and sports.
Originally from regional Victoria, but working full time in finance in the city during the week. Away most weekends, and looking for somewhere to be during the week and some weekends.
Hello, My name is Jasmine, I am currently studying at Swinburn, and looking for a place a bit closer to Wantirna South, as I currently live in Blackburn South. Would prefer to be on a lease, for added security. I've lived in Melbourne for just over a year now, moved from the country for more job prospects, and easier access to higher education. Mostly keep to myself, don't mind some banter, and a few drinks occasionally. Respectful of peoples space, I like to keep things clean, and have no problems helping with gardening, or household chores. Animal friendly, if you have a dog, don't mind walking them! Love cats, and bunnies too! In my spare time if I'm not studying, I play LoL, and other toxic games. Enjoy exercising, watching a good movie, or television show, and watching the football on weekends.
I'm a bubbly and relaxed 21 year old woman who is currently working full time. I'm very easy going and am always happy for a chat, whilst also respecting everyone's privacy. I'm looking to move in somewhere for at least 6 months, and longer than 6 months is great too.
I am a great cook, I am understanding, caring and helpful. I am looking for someone to 'homestay' in a house we find, I am looking for a student potentially to live in one room, cheap rent and bills included, I will be able to take care of the property and you will be comfortable and taken care of too. I will provide the space and comfort you need, I have a little boy and he is wonderful. You will feel right at home in this family environment.
Hello, I'm Harriet, a 19 year old nutrition and psychology student. I'm looking for a warm home to create a little housemate fam in! I am vegan, but am not opposed to omni cooking in a share home. I am a pretty chill person who enjoys my own little space occasionally, but also love cooking and sharing meals/ netflix binges and late night chats with housemates.
’m a ‘Pom’ with a calm and gentle nature, with an incredible strength of mind and determination. I have Arthritis in both knees, so stairs are not possible. I have my 6-year-old daughter 2-3 times per week who lives in Lilydale, the ability to pick up & drop her School is imperative as I currently live in Ferntree Gully. I have created and developed my business in Men's Work over the last year, so the Internet is imperative for the future of my business.
I'm an Adelaidian philosophy student, I'm moving for study at Deakin. My move date is early July. I have a cat here in Adelaide, Mademoiselle Violet, she may or may not deign to move to your fair city. I'm so far a non-smoker, and generally tidy. I love buying flowers even when I can't afford them. I can cook. One of my favourite things to do is watch films, anther is maybe to drink a little red wine and another might be having a nap in the garden (if you have one). I really want to find a place ((soon)) so I can stop stressing and focus on exams...
I work full time at an accounting company MYOB, I’m conservative, well mannered, & love to cook, I love cats, have a partner and step son who would visit sometimes. I love to play netball, I own a convertible and am a bit of a adrenaline junkie 🤓
Hello, I'm Kamara, I work a a Hospital. I'm looking for at least a 6 month length place to stay around the Eastern suburbs with people around my age, 24-28. I am after an unfurnished room, friendly housemates who also respect space. Bit about me: I am friendly, easy to get along with, generally tidy and clean up after myself and would expect the same of others. Socially, I'm usually up for a chat or hang out, but if you're someone who keeps to yourself that's okay with me too. I prefer a non party house as it's nice to unwind from a long shift at a peaceful home but I enjoy occasional evening dinner/movie nights with friends at home. I also lead a semi-active lifestyle and go bike riding or for walks. If I sound like a good fit for you, please reach out, cheers :)
I’m Emily, I’ve just relocated from Brisbane to Melbourne. FEMALES ONLY PLEASE.. I’m 21, however, I may be the most mature 21 year old you’ll meet. I am a full time working professional and am looking to start up a home from myself, my 10 month old Labrador Luna and ONE other like-minded female. I have lived out of home in share houses for 4 years now, I’m very very clean tidy and extremely respectful. I don’t mind a good chat with my housemate here and there but also do enjoy my own time, netflixing or adventuring. I love a glass of good wine on the weekend and generally live a pretty low key life! I basically have a whole house of furniture and appliances but am also happy to compensate if my new housemate prefers to use theirs. If you’d like to have a chat further please feel free to contact me.
Im a full-time hospitality worker, I am very outgoing and easy to live with. Currently living in a share-house, I am aware of the dynamic and more than happy to socialise but also fine with doing my own thing as I do like my alone time after being at work. I am clean and responsible but also very laid back.
Down to earth, easy going, chill flatmate. Can cook - great baker and I share :) I will be working full time in Melbourne and I travel often. I do need a furnished room as I am coming over from NZ. I plan to arrive in Melbourne on the 7th of July. However, I am happy to facetime/skype.
Hello! I'm Michael, and I would love to be considered for your humble abode. I work part time at Yarra Valley Grammar as a theatre technician and am currently residing nearby. When not running shows I enjoy performing myself, singing in a band and recording things in my own little home studio, as well as being very keen on board and tabletop games. I'm usually a pretty quiet housemate but am down for chill hangs in my spare time.
