Hello! I'm Paul, a biologist/science communication type person (eloquent) working for a research group at Monash University. I also volunteer at the Melbourne Museum, so I'm keen to find somewhere southeast but close to the city. I love theatre and live performance, so I'm usually out over weekend nights and sometimes midweek too. I'm pretty quiet at home, with reading, illustrating and cooking being my main go-to activities. I like to keep common areas clean, but totally understanding having that one cupboard where you can shove everything if people are coming over. I have more houseplants than necessary, and more books than reasonable. I've been living alone for a little while now, so I'm pretty well-equipped with furniture and household stuff (so many frying pans). If someone's just left your sharehouse with all their things, this could be a perfect match!
Wanting to live closer to school and get my life back on track, I need a place to sleep and eat that's basically all I'm not a party animal and don't have many mates. I'll keep to own and will obey any rules and guidelines you have in place.
Hi there my name is Veronica As you can see in my profile I'm looking for a home or a large apartment with excellent outdoor facilities for my cute little pug Felicity. She love all people that are nice and kind to her. A little bit about me. I'd like to live with at least 3 people that includes me. I'm very neat and respectful I do like a quiet night in but occasionally I like a night out too. I'm not one for ranging house parties. I work full time hours in the real estate industry too. So if your keen to accept Felicity and I into your home we would be both very happy to meet you sometime soon. Veronica :-)
I'm looking for a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, I'm a clean, responsible and easy going guy, I work full-time as a photographer, and I offer free snapshots for my future housemates.
A little about me: I am a construction worker with a lot of my work based in the inner city, I work 6 days a week most of the time. I'm a clean, responsible, laid back and quiet person but do enjoy to socialise and head out on the weekends. Hope to hear from you :)
I'll start off by addressing the elephant in the room; my age. I understand that my age is going to be the most difficult trait to look past, although I can assure you that I am beyond my age from a maturity and lifestyle perspective. I'm currently working full time in a corporate office located in Sydney, and will transferring to our office located in Box Hill in June. Upon moving down to Melbourne I will also be picking up a second job, so rent and bills will never be an issue and I am more than happy to have my name on the lease if required. I'm a career minded individual with a pretty relaxed lifestyle. Over the weekends I enjoy reading, going on road trips and would prefer a couple drinks at the local and an early night, (or a house cook off) over going clubbing. As a housemate I'm a tidy person with respect for everyone's space. I do enjoy my own company and space, although definitely not opposed to some solid house banter and hanging out. Ideally looking for like minded individuals in a cosy terrace with a nice courtyard or a new apartment with easily accessible public transport. Ideal suburb would be Richmond, followed by Cremorne and Burnley. Length of stay is 6+ months. Should you have any questions don't hesitate to ask :)
Irish girl living in Melbourne, I am looking for a new place to live as I've lived in my current place for a year now and I'm ready for a change! Keen to meet new people, try new things and start a new adventure! Easy going and always up for a laugh! :)
I'm a gentle-natured, clean and tidy guy with a love of technology and digital arts. I graduated from university last year and have an interest and skills in digital media design. I've just been offered a new full-time job in Fitzroy and need to quickly find somewhere to live.
Hi all! I'm Meg, and I work full time in the real estate industry. I have just taken on a new full time role in the CBD. I currently live on my own in Mentone, however my lease expires in a month or so and would be looking to team up with another person to find a 2 bed, 2 bathroom Apartment or Townhouse. I'm also open to someone already having a place with a spare room ( I would really prefer my own bathroom though) I'm not too fussy on the location but would prefer South Yarra, Richmond or those sort of areas. I would also be happy to stick in the Bayside area too, as I enjoy being close to my family. Living on my own I obviously have all my own stuff including TV, washing machine, fridge, couch, dining table, appliances etc. I would prefer to be able to keep all of these things so ideally you wouldn't have anything and I can provide it all. However, putting them in a storage cage would be ok too. I am a very easy going person. I tend to be fairly quiet during the working week but I love coming home and hanging out on the couch watching tv. I also enjoy my alone time every now and then, and am very respectful of peoples privacy. On the weekends I love to socialise either at home or out for dinner or drinks with friends. I am also a slight neat freak and love a tidy house. I have always paid my rent and bills on time so there is no issue there. If this sounds like you feel free to message! :)
Hey Guys! Looking for a room short term, unsure on exact timing but am looking to move back to NZ and just need a room for a few weeks/months before returning. I am friendly fun, tidy and reliable. Working full time in the city and currently living in the Richmond area. I do have a ragdoll cat who I would love to come with me but understand this may not be able to happen so if I need to I will sort her out alternate accommodation! Look forward to hearing from you. Haylee

I'm a 23yo very tidy and easy to get along with. Working fulltime in eastern suburbs mon-fri. Very social however love my alone time. Would love to live with someone who enjoys an occasional night out but can also sit on the couch and drink wine. A car spot is also required.
Hi There, I am Aaliyah, 32F moving from Singapore to Melbourne within the next few weeks. I worked in the branding/advertising industry in Singapore and currently taking a little break to pursue my masters, however I would still be working on a part time basis in Melbourne. I'm a happy and sociable person. I am new, will want to explore more of the city and make new friends! so probably will say yes to just about anything. I love fitness, socialising & dancing. Apart from that I am clean and tidy :) Keen on having my own bathroom. Any questions feel free to ping me on this. Aaliyah
Hiello hello. I am from Ireland and I work full-time in Digital Marketing in the city. I like to keep fit and cycle to work, and I have just registered for the Melbourne marathon in October. I studied languages in Uni and have spent time living in France, Spain and the US. Also spent a summer working in Slovenia. So, I love going to meet-ups in Melbourne for language exchange and travel. Always up for a chat over dinner, tea or a glass of wine and on the weekends I like to have a few beers, go to gigs, go the markets and discover all the food festivals in Melbourne. Have been in house shares for years now, so all the usual; clean, socialble , tidy etc. etc!
I'm a software engineer, very clean, very quiet person, mostly keeps to myself. I currently work from home on my laptop, so I will not be leaving my room much. I don't have any pets, but I love them. I would be interested in having chats/friendships with my flatmates if they prefer, but still perfectly fine staying by myself if you need your own space. I would rather live in a non-smoking place, where there are rarely any partying inside the residency, but no problem going out together every once in a while.
Single, professional born and raised in Melb. My hobbies include salsa dancing, personal development, travel, beach, yoga/meditation & general spirituality (but not too woo-woo don't worry!). I also love to eat healthy and organic food when I can but I'm also happy to have the occasional naughty pizza or maccas night in! I work for myself as a Marketing Consultant and absolutley love it. I'm a social type who enjoys getting out and having a good time on the weekends however not the party animal I used to be and certainly enjoy quite nights in with a movie and do not party during the week so not looking for that kind of party house. Being the social person I am it would be nice to have similar roomies that enjoy a chat and the occasional dinner or night out - but I also value my quite time and can understand when you need it too. I am extremely clean and am happy to chip in for a cleaner if you prefer.
I'm a very easy going person, I work full time on a fortnightly shift of either 8-4 or 10-6, either way I'm usually not home much during the week and out most weekends. I like to keep shared areas clean and noise down on work nights but up for anything on the weekends. I'm very flexible and don't mind socialising or keeping to myself in the evenings.
Hi I am looking for a pretty fun, chilled and easy going sharehouse with one to two people who are looking to team up to find a place around the chadstone, camberwell, bentleigh or brighton area. If anyone has any rooms available in these areas please send me a message. About me: I am a young professional working in retail store management full time. I am a pretty easygoing, relaxed and friendly type of person who is neat and tidy and always happy to help complete jobs around the place, be supportive of my flatmates, be respectful of everyone, enjoys a good chat and happy to cook and share a meal with my housemates and don't mind staying in and having some quiet drinks with friends. I like pets, going to gym when I can and don't mind watching a bit of Netflix from time to time. Look forward to hearing from you, please send me a message if your interested!
Hi I'm Millie and I'm a student studying Youth Work at the moment as well as working part time at Petbarn. I'm a friendly, fun loving, open minded and chilled out person who's hoping to find housemates that want to be more than just house mates and want to hang out and enjoy each other's company so our house can feel like a home. Of course respecting privacy and space is important too but I would love to find house mates that enjoy spending time together I don't have any days off, I'm either at work or at my course 7 days a week so when I do get a chance to unwind I enjoy relaxed evenings at home with a few drinks or going out and dancing embarrassingly I'm neat and tidy, very respectful of other people and shared spaces. Although I do like to have fun I'm generally quite quiet at home due to my very intense work/study schedule so don't worry about me keeping everyone awake at home! If you think we could get along please don't hesitate to contact me :)
I work full time, I like to think that I'm friendly and easy enough to live with. I'm a little bit of the clean freak, I love to cook and share a meal with my fellow housemates occasionally, am respectful of your space and would like you to be the same with me. As I'm being transferred from Brisbane for work, I would love to live with someone who enjoys going for breaky and up for an occasional adventure, someone who will also be happy to head out for a few drinks or chill out at home watching trashy tv or movies. Hope to hear from you soon :)
Hey! I'm an animal loving student, I work 2 part-time jobs and I also like to run. I'm super clean and organised, and I love having fun with friends on the weekend. I have lived out of home for 3 years so I really know how to be considerate and cooperative in a share house :)
Hey everyone, I’m relocating to Melbourne soon- and would love start a sharehouse or move in with some chilled-out, open-minded people who are preferably around my age. (18-25) It’d be good to move in with people who I’m on the same page as- however we don’t need to have identical personalities, since most of my friends are very different from me and I like diversity anyway. :) I respect people’s need for space as I often require my own, however I’m also really social and would love to be living with someone who I can also hang out with- which would be the most comfortable and ideal setting for a home. As for my (personal) interests, I adore music and all things fiction- books, movies, TV and comics are what my hobbies revolve around… and my other interests revolve around socializing, live music and similar events. I’m very open to new things and people, and would love to hear from you guys- don’t be shy to swing me a message! :) (Note: my preferred suburbs, move date and budget are just close estimates and are very flexible- these are likely to change favourably over the coming weeks.)
Hi all My name is Dat. I am easy going, considerate and respectful. I am a young working professional who enjoys keeping fit, checking out new cafes/bars and travelling. I am currently looking to move closer to the city. Cheers
