G'day I'm moving to Melbourne in Early February 2019 to pursue a manufacturing engineering career with Owens-Illinois. I will be working 9-3:30 in Spotswood Mon-Fri, but I may disappear from time to time for work travel. I am interested in joining a sharehouse ($150-225/w) or teaming up with fellow full-time workers and getting a lease on a townhouse (500-600pw split between two or three). I am absolutely comfortable signing onto the lease in the first instance. Please do no contact me unless you can meet the following Non-negotiables: - Private bedroom (with room for a double bed) - Parking option for large 4wd (Can be in a garage, carport or on kerb) - Not a party house Bonus points for: - Unfurnished room - Own bathroom - Dishwater (and any other modern amenities) - Cats/kittens - Alternate schedules I'm a routine based person - I value exercise; at the gym or otherwise and I prefer to meal-prep my food for the week. That's not to say I don't enjoy a drink here and there - I worked as a cocktail bartender for close to 2 years so I do indulge from time to time. I keep clean shared spaces and would expect the same from my housemates. While I am often up for a chat over dinner, I don't force the issue and I respect the privacy of others. I love all cats, and I like dogs, so long as they don't sit on my belongings and are toilet trained. Furniture I will be bringing with me to share (will be sold or stored if impractical at eventual accommodation): - Medium fridge - Electric: Coffee machine, banquet pan, Nutri bullet, Rice cooker - Coffee table (White) I also have a relocation package lump sum that can go towards to a mutually beneficial pieces of furniture (yay gumtree). Further, I have a large (65-inch) smart TV that I could possibly put in the common area if it does not fit in my room. I hope to hear from you (: Cheers
Hi guys! We are two Spanish girls on a hunt house. We are looking for either a shared room or two rooms in the same house in Fitzroy, Brunswick, Cartlon, Abbostford, Richmond, or somewhere nearby. A little bit about us: Berta is 26 years old, rytmic gymnastic coach, on a student visa and working in a Italian restaurant part time. Carol is 29 years, early years teacher, on a WHV and new in the city (since Monday) looking for a job. We were living in Dublin (Ireland) for the past few years, where we met 2 years ago, we are really close friends. We love traveling, meeting new people, a "healthy lifestyle" (most of the time), and we love either a quite plan or a crazy night out, depends on the day. In the house we like to have our own space and at the same time share moments with the people living in, either a beer, a glass of wine, a movie or a deep conversation. We are also very clean and organized. If you want to have good vibes in your house, don´t heasite to contact us!
Incredibly respectful, quiet, mature, clean and tidy... non smoker/drinker - love healthy living. Formula One is my sport. I'm British/Canadian - going for the triple in Australia. Technology/data specialist. Looking for a sanctuary... in quiet, clean, smoke free place :)

I'm Katy and I've been in Melbourne since June. Jamie moved over a month ago. I work in advertising full time in an ad agency in Cremorne and Jamie works as a Project Estimator in the construction industry. We'll be looking to move into a place end before 29th January. We both love travelling, food & drink, meeting new people and exploring new restaurants/venues/festivals...in that order! We're both from the UK and are planning on staying here for a good long while. Jamie's from Leeds and loves sport and gymming, I'm from London and am more inclined towards art galleries, brunches and a good old movie night (with gymming in between if theres nothing more interesting to do! ;-)

Hi, i'm Adam I'm a Canadian moving to Melbourne for 1-2 years on a working holiday visa. I'm looking for someone to live with who would hopefully become a friend. Someone willing to show me what Australia has to offer. I love to travel, but can be a home body too.
Hi potential female housemate, I'm friendly, down to earth and just a regular Jo (which happens to be my middle name)! My interests are veered toward artistic pursuits such as singing, card making, scriptwriting and volunteering as a FOH member for amateur theatre. I like to walk a lot and keep healthy though do enjoy a good wine! I have a lovely friendship circle spread across Melbourne and supportive family. I'm keen to meet someone who likes to chat from time to time but likes their free time too. I'd like to meet someone that I feel I can be myself with and to forge a companionship of sorts that has mutual respect, care and appreciation. I'm looking for a home not just a house that is shared and where both parties might communicate well so they both know where they stand. Basically I don't wish to feel I have to be in my room all the time or that the house really is the domain of the other person. Just someone who is kind, honest and willing to share resources would be great :) Prefer not to live with any pets.
Hello mates, My name is Ankur, 33 year male, and I'll be migrating to Melbourne in mid March 2019 from Faridabad, India.
