Hi! :) Myself and my good pal Luke are looking for a place to live in Sydney at some stage in February 2018, we are preferably looking for somewhere to live in the Inner East, Inner West or on the Northern Beaches and close to a train station if possible. We will be needing two private rooms. We are both young professionals who are moving from Newcastle to Sydney for graduate jobs in the CBD so we will be busy with work Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. I will be working as a lawyer and Luke will be working in accounting. We are very chill people who love to hit the beach and exercise in our spare time and will be travelling back home to Newcastle on some weekends. We would ideally like to be living with like-minded housemates who like to keep their living spaces clean and tidy. We are friendly/social people who would love to make home cooked meals with our future housemates, watch some TV, head out for a drink or play board games when we're all free.
Can’t say there’s a whole lot to me at the moment. I’m 19, pretty laid back, never been shy to socialise and I’m more than happy to do my own thing most of the time. I’m moving down from Queensland to Sydney for a full time job so I’ll be starting fresh as I don’t know anyone as of yet. It’ll just be my suitcase and I.
Hey, I am Beth! I am a 25 year old Brit who is clean, tidy, respectful person who does my bit around the house. I am super friendly and like to meet new people but also like chill time. Most importantly happy to chat about anything over a nice cold beer! I am either looking for a private room, bills included in a flatshare for myself or I also have a couple of friends who I can move in with if you need more rooms filling or have a whole property going.
Heey I'm Eric an 18 year old student studying Civil Engineering at UTS. Grew up in Coffs Harbour and moving to Sydney for Uni. Clean, tidy, easy to get along with, loves having a few beers and cracking a joke. I play guitar, gym, produce albums and go to gigs/concerts in my spare time. ****my preferred stay length is preferred minimum stay length*****
Hello! I am a student at a full time dance school and also have a part time job. I am a clean, tidy, mature and easy going person who likes to get on with everyone. Have previously lived in a shared flat in Sydney and am now looking for somewhere to live for this year. If you have any questions at all please feel free to ask!
Hey there future flatmates! So... a bit about me: * I am an Interior Designer who specialises in bars, restaurants, nightclubs and hotels. * I am Aussie but spent a fair bit of my childhood and some of my adult life over in Asia. * I love to have sloth time with a book or Netflix. * I also love socialising and eating out and partying (sometimes) with mates. * Wine and beer are good friends of mine! * I am clean and tidy blah blah all that stuff. * am the flatmate you can hang out with or completely ignore if you need space! Alright this feels like a dating profile now - if you want anymore information, just write me!
Moving from Canada and I landed a full-time position in Sydney. I am looking to move in as soon as possible i.e. End of February or beginning of March would be great! Things about me: - Outdoor person, easy going, neat & tidy - self-sufficient, I have no partner nor pets - own a car I'm a fun and adventurous, I wouldn't be home too often, as I love exploring and doing new things. I always pay my tent on time. If I sound like a person you want to live with or rent off a room to, that would be great!
Hey! :) Me and my partner are moving to Sydney from Melbourne for work and are looking for a room to stay in long term. We are both easy going, kind and considerate and would love to share a place with like minded people. During our spare we like to be active, going to the gym and doing outdoor activities. We also love to cook and watch movies/Netflix. Open to staying anywhere that is within 15 minutes walk to a train station, gym and supermarket, preferably less than 30 minutes by train to the city. Own bathroom would also be nice but not essential! Please message me if you have a room available late January or have any questions for us!
Hey! I'm a full time working professional looking for a new home, who is very easy going and friendly. My preference is to live with other like-minded females who are in their 20s. I'm looking for people I can be comfortable living with and who will feel more like a friend and be up for the occasional chat. I also respect privacy and other people's belongings and understand the need for personal space, as I need it myself too! I don't mind a relaxed home, as long as it is generally kept pretty clean and tidy. I'm looking for a large bedroom that can fit a desk, as this is where I will set up my computer for work. I'm a graphic designer and work for a branding agency but occasionally have the flexibility to work from home. It would really be a bonus to live in a place with other creative people! Looking to move somewhere asap if I sound like someone that would fit in, please send me a message and we can discuss more from there. I'm pretty flexible about location but the closer to the city I am the more ideal the place will be for me! Excited to meet my potential new flatmates :)
My name is Andrea. I'm 29 years old from Manila, Philippines, and I just arrived in Sydney to start a new full-time job in The Rocks area (I'm a finance professional). As this will be my first time living in a new country, I'm looking for a welcoming place (fully-furnished room) with good location (near a train station) and easy-going flatmates with diverse backgrounds. I would prefer an initial minimum stay of 3 months, but will hopefully extend if it's the right fit. I'm pretty easy going myself, loves to travel (when I get the time), enjoys bonding over good food and drinks. I value privacy but I prefer if my flatmates can be my friends as well and won't act like complete strangers. Growing up in a family-oriented environment, it will also be nice if the flatmates won't mind a very occasional (read: once or twice a year) visit from a friend or a family member.
I own my own small business, working in Sydney mostly around Sutherland and Bondi, but also Drummoyne. Home is in The Shoalhaven, need somewhere in Sydney to sleep 4-5 nights a week, Me and my laundry go home to my family on weekends and public holidays. Prefer my own bathroom. Neat tidy and quiet person. Non smoker. I love cats and dogs so don’t mind sharing with them. No set date for moving. Must have an off street parking place for my small van.
**Females only please** Hi! I’m a 25 year old HR professional working full time for NSW Government, currently living in the Hawkesbury area, looking to find a new place in the Inner West to call home. I am respectful of space and privacy, friendly, easy-going, clean/tidy and I always pay my bills on time. I work the standard 9-5 so during the week I’ll mostly come home after work and just chill out, and on weekends I’ll be out and about. I’m a foodie so love trying new cafes and restaurants (big part of the reason why I want to live in the Inner West!) and also like cooking/baking. I’d like to live with someone similar who I can occasionally hang out with over a drink or meal and can hopefully be a friend, not just someone I share a living space with. I’d prefer to live in a modern/new-ish unit with off-street parking but am flexible with this, I do however need at least adequate on-street parking. I don’t have any furniture, but can furnish my own bedroom if required. Built-in wardrobes are also a plus. I don’t mind entertaining every now and then, but not looking to live in a party house. Move date is flexible. Also happy to do a teamup and start a new home!
Hi there! I've just recently come down to Sydney after living in Newcastle for two years and I'm looking for a place to live! I'm currently a full-time student studying a Bachelor of Entertainment Management in the city. Although I have study commitments I like to have a chilled out lifestyle away from uni. In my spare time I like to head to the beach to relax or go to the gym to let off some steam. Other than that, my home lifestyle has always been clean and I'm super friendly. If I fit into your housemate description then don't be scared to swing me a message. Thanks!
Hey Sydney, I've Just accepted a Graduate position in the city so looking to move to the biggest smoke for the foreseeable future. Originally from Melbourne, I've most recently been living in Canada but am now returning to Aus to get my career started (RIP/Pour one out). I've lived in most kinds of shared accom you can imagine - sharehouses, college at uni, staff accom for work (So well versed in passive aggressive cleanups). I'm pretty reserved and easy going (actually though). Also an eldest sibling so I have all the tidy/neatness genes I'm hoping to find something relatively close to a train line, have somewhere to park my car and definitely my own room. Ideally under $300/week, but no real specific areas. Definitely looking to make some new house friends to do stuff with as I only know a couple of people up this way, Cheers!
Hi everyone! I'm a 23 year old dentist from New Zealand hoping to find a place in Sydney for a couple of weeks while I apply for jobs. I am tidy and friendly peron that is easy to get along with! Preferably it would be a private room to move into ASAP in the CBD or Kogarah areas but anywhere within walking distance of a train station will be fine. Thanks for reading my listing and feel free to message with any rooms you think might be appropriate :) Cheers! Nick
Hi there, Im looking for a place to call home. Im interested in either moving into an established sharehouse or setting one up with a few people. Ideally i would like to live with no more than 3 or 4 people, in a house that appreciates the balance between socialising and downtime. I work a few afternoons during the week as a support worker and on weekends i work at collectors markets running a stall with my partner, which are long days so i'm not around a lot then. Im transiting from full time on campus study to studying via correspondence so i'm seeking a place that i can study well in, that has a nice relaxing and homely vibe to it. I have a background in Rudolf Steiner Teaching and i'm currently studying social work, with a little over half way to go. I'm vegan and ideally i would like to live in a vegan household but can be flexible to that for the right people. The last few years i've taken on short term sublets, which is completely exhausting so i'm looking for a place to stay long term. Look forward to hearing from you.
