Heya We’re Alex and Bec, both full time working professionals. We’re social and enjoy hanging out with our flatmates but also enjoy our own space and am respectful of others. We’re clean and tidy, not OCD but definitely not messy. We’re after a sublet or rolling stay ideally for 1-3 months and need a car park. We’re open to flatshares or a sublet of a house or apartment. We have both sublet before so are respectful of people’s places and things. Get in touch if you have any questions :)
Hey folks My name is Francesco a 34 years guy. I'm looking for a private bedroom in a share house I'm quite easy, clean and respectful and funny. I work in security and film industry. I will be very happy to be contacted to arrange some inspections. Please contact me if you are interested in having me in your house. Cheers Francesco
I'm a freelance writer looking for a room in a sharehouse, studio or flat, or to team up to find a place close to public transport and amenities. I care for a family member part time, so, for the time being I will only be staying four or five days a week. I have a house full of furniture and appliances, so whatever you need, I probably have. I'm also pretty handy when things need repairing right before the landlord arrives on the stoop. I'm fairly neat, pretty reliable, and, generally, an average roommate. Message me if you strive for mediocrity, dislike slobs and neat freaks alike, hate passive aggressive notes, need a fridge, and/or want some rent money.
I'm a young 50 year old, who is starting a new life. After caring for all and sundry, I'm putting myself first, and taking a leap into shared housing. I don't smoke or take recreational drugs. All my vices are legal: music, reading, cinema, music, tea, cheese, Bowie, food, music. Did I mention music? I'm happy for us to become friends and hangout, but I also enjoy being alone. I can be quiet, and need timeout to recharge. I'd like you to be left leaning, clean, a non-smoker, and like animals. I'm a meat eater and wear leather shoes, so I won't be a fit for a vegan. I'm unemployed, but financially frugal, and debt free. I'm nearly 7 years in remission from cancer, and have some physical hurdles as a result of my treatment. I live within my means, and hope to return to work some day. I believe I'm a kind person, and would make a pretty good housemate.
*Full disclosure-I am seeking a private room in a house or sharehouse, not a shared room* I am great to have a chat with about anything popular culture. I highly value cleanliness and hygiene. I don't demand that my room be massive or anything like that. I like being productive and organised. If the house is within walking distance of or a tram ride to the nearest train station that would be great. If you could provide me with an ironing board and vacuum cleaner that'd be nice, but I am willing to buy my own. If I want to have friends over for the night, I will let you know well in advance. I love music and I would like to be allowed to listen to it freely in my own room, and with headphones on while using the kitchen and living areas. I rarely drink these days, but I would still like to be allowed to store any alcohol I may buy in the fridge. The kind of set-up I'm looking for is to have a desk, a wardrobe and a window. In terms of the shower, my preference is for it to be behind glass as opposed to a curtain. Heating is an absolute must, especially in the weather we are experiencing this season. If there is a mirror in my room, I would like it to be full-body length. I am fine with moving in with a family, as long as it is not a family of young children
Hi my name is Jordan, I am a 22 year old psychology student currently completing my final year of my undergraduate degree. I study at Deakin University and when I'm not studying I am working as a general labourer (Carpentry work) When I am not studying or working I enjoy music production, playing guitar and going to the gym. I generally stick to myself and am a clean housemate but I am quite outgoing and don't mind having a quiet beverage or two when schedules allow

Hey everyone! I'm currently living on the coast of NSW and moving to Melbourne and hoping to meet new people and all the usual stuff people say when they move. I'll be working in retail just figuring out transfers and how much I'll be working with while transfers and such happen. About Me: I'm 28, gay, irish and single. I enjoy video games, movies, going out (both to eat/movies and to go dancing etc) going to the gym and general chilling. Love dogs but don't own one. With me doing this move I won't know anyone or anything about the area so I'm hoping to at the very least meet people who can assist in minor questions... like, where am I? I'm down to talk and swap details since until I'm sure on my time frame and amount (I'm more than sure 300 per week will be my min but still.) and figure what works. Cheers!
