Hello everyone, I'm Krisha and I'm a second-year student at Swinburne studying Psychophysiology. As part of my course, I will be working full time at Austin Health in Heidelberg (Jan 2019 - Jan 2020). Therefore, I'm looking for a room to rent at a place close to the hospital/station (preferably walking distance, but I don't mind taking the bus or driving). I'm also open to teaming up with others who are interested in living in the same area. Also looking to live with female housemates. As for places in Ivanhoe and Rosanna, the closer to the station, the better! Currently, I'm working as a receptionist (on a casual basis) and I also teach piano. I'm tidy, easy to get along with and respectful. Not much of a party person but I'm up for a chat and watching movies together. My hobbies include painting and reading. Thank you for your time, Krisha
Hey there! I'm looking for a room to settle into as I jump into my postgrad in Law at unimelb so I'd ideally love a place nearby as I'm sure I'll get well acquainted with the libraries there. I'm originally a Perth girl and fled the city like many others so I’ve been in Melbourne for study/life over the past four years and have this share house, adulting gig pretty down pat. As for my interests, I'm always up for a wine and netflix sesh and am definitely an arts nerd when it comes to exhibitions and gigs. I'm currently hopping around America/Europe, but will be back in Jan and looking to find a place filled with some likeminded legends then :) I know this early bird function makes life a little hard so if you can’t message over here
We are an easy-going couple from the Netherlands and Wales. Been living in Sydney for the past few months and looking for a place to live in Melbourne. We are open to sharing a house as long as we have our own room, and the roommates are right! Dave works as a pool-lifeguard and Dorine works in either hospitality or office. We have our little station wagon (Susan) and therefore need a parking space on or near the property. If it is a garage, it need to be min height of 2.1 m. As we are here on a working holiday visa, we don't own any big furniture, so the place needs to be furnished. Looking forward to finding the perfect little spot in Melbourne!
Easy-going, fun and ambitious French guy. 7th year in Melbourne. I like: - reading, - catching up with friends, - funding and supporting startups and not for profit organisations, - everything science and technology, - kickboxing, - bachata dancing, - and wine and cheese of course! I’m French after all ; )
Hello!! My current lease ends in early Jan and I am hoping to find some fun new housemates. I'm currently working in retail casually and studying full time. Which keeps me out of the house most of the week, I am clean, easygoing and love being social. Hoping to find housemates that are likeminded and enjoy a cheeky glass of wine or a movie night. Let me know if you have any questions, concerns, queries, or just wanna have a chat. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hey! It’s Tuana, 25yo. I am looking for a long-term room to stay and working full-time as a digital marketer at Richmond area. Lived with flatmates before in Madrid & States for a year, each. Just moved to Melbourne couple months ago and enjoying it. I am very easy going and would love to have chats with other mates around & privacy at the same time 🙂 Let me know if it fits you ! Cheers
Hey there! Looking for a place to live for the next 4-12months. I am keen on seeing different areas of Melbourne so don't mind if it is only a shorter-term lease. My selling points: often out of the house, will contribute indoor plants and wafts of delicious food down the hallway. Will happily keep to myself or have a chat. Have lived in many share houses around the world so know the drill. I am clean (very keen on the idea of a cleaning schedule) and considerate of space (will clean up my stuff when finished on the table and try to use the kitchen when no ones else is). Me: - I have just finished up a Sociological research project on dating apps (very interesting) and am currently seeking a social-science research position for 2019, considering a PhD for the year after. - I play field hockey and generally like to be active. - Typical millennial who likes travel and food. - Non-typical millennial who doesn't like social media. What I'm looking for in my housemates: Don't have too many expectations but definitely get along more with people who are open-minded and accepting folk. Regardless, I am keen on housemates who like to communicate when they have issues (I will do the same) so we can discuss, compromise and continue on with a happy and sustainable housemate relationship. What I'm looking for in my new dwelling: ~10min walk to a train station (or tram directly into the city) Anywhere in the South-East or Eastern suburbs. Medium to lots of natural light.
I’m a Medical Physics student starting at RMIT University in 2019. I’m from the Hunter Valley, NSW and I’m pretty excited to be moving interstate to Victoria. I’m looking for somewhere to live that’s close to public transport, that as a calm and relaxed atmosphere, and a private room so that I can study. As a flatmate, I’m pretty calm and simple - not much of a party animal tbh. To relax, I enjoy watching comedy, going for walks, cooking deeply unhealthy meals, and other generic stuff.
I build web and mobile apps, working for a small startup downtown. I'm usually pretty quiet during the week, aside from Spanish lessons and the occasional networking event. I'm hoping to spend weekends out hiking in the mountains, if not staying local and enjoying the food & wine scene!

Couple looking for good-vibes house! First things first, a little about us. I’ll start with my partner Sam; Melbourne born; studied sustainable furniture design, heavy passion for music and speakers (crazy for new tech). Started out working in the alcohol industry for the last 8 years, from cocktail bartender to brand ambassador roles, he has now traded in his Hunter.S.Thompson lifestyle for start-ups and tech - an alcohol delivery start-up called tippl. So now by day, he is their national business and partnerships manager. And onto me: at my core, I am an ideas person; and work in the advertising Industry as an Art Director, crafting and executing campaigns for brands. Currently, I’m working for a boutique agency specializing in launching startups and small businesses. Self-confessed plant mama. Indoor ones, outdoor ones as long as it needs water and sun I’m into it. Born in South Africa originally, and spent a fair chunk of my life living in Zambia on a wildlife reserve. Things together: We lived in Mexico for 6months; so every now and then (more often than we like to admit) we get pseudo homesick and throw Mexican fiestas; so if you are interested in Mexican culture and authentic food we have lots to taco-bout.. What we can bring to the house: other than a relaxed attitude and open approach to life; 1. Antique 70s teak bar (fully stocked) 2. Amazing Sound System 3. An L couch if you need it! 4. 1000 plants 5. 2 record players. And a vinyl collection to go with it 6. google home (a millennials best friend)
