I will be moving to Sydney from the Gold Coast to complete my postgraduate degree in medicine at USYD. Hence I am seeking a place in close proximity to USYD and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. (Ideally I would like a room with an ensuite or own bathroom!) I'm an avid baker so I will whip you up sweet treats from time to time! Apart from that, I will generally be out of the house during the day for uni and I will respect your privacy if need-be. I do like my own quiet downtime but I'm an open, friendly person who wouldn't mind grabbing dinner or a drink occasionally - especially since I will be new to Sydney!
Work: Frenchs Forest (IT Consulting). Play: Motorbike riding, gym, going out, staying in, antipasto & cheese platters, food with enough chilli to burn a hole on the way out. I'd prefer to live with single guys under 40; people who are chill and I'll get along with. Gym buddies ideal (Anytime). Non-negotiables: - Aircon - Parking Permit Available - NBN Internet

Teacher who likes to pretend she doesn't spend most of her days back at school and with teenagers by living every other minute of the year to the fullest (I really do love what I do though...) I am moving to Sydney as I have gained a full-time teaching position there. Typically as an English and Drama teacher, I love a good book/ film and theatre. I also enjoy a drink or five, travelling and all the usual 20-something pleasures. I am clean, tidy, friendly and hopefully a gem to live with - I think my current housemate believes so.
I am a Swimwear Designer that has just moved to Sydney on a Working Holiday Visa, looking for full-time work and to settle here for a while. I'm looking for a furnished room in a shared house close-ish to the beach but am quite flexible on where at the moment.
