Hey what's up! I'm a law student at Sydney uni and part-time paralegal looking for a room from mid-February. I'm into being active, chilling out and watching movies, cooking and baking, and grabbing drinks with friends on the weekend. I'm pretty mellow and really like meeting new people. I'd love to join a house with other fun, sociable and easygoing young people. I'm neat, clean, respectful, and organised, and looking for like-minded people. I am flexible with moving in dates.
Hey there I'm Beth I currently work full time for Commbank as a lender and will be transferring from Adelaide to Sydney to join Commbank's HR grad program. Looking for long-term accommodation. I'm easy going and enjoy good banter over a wine or two. I'm respectful, clean, tend to keep pretty busy during the week with work & the gym. Looking to join a friendly & social household to help me feel at home. Please flick me a message if you think I could be your future house mate :) Thanks.
Hey I'm Clément ! Just arrived from Paris to start a new job in Sydney (I am a logistics engineer). I've been travelling a lot these last couple of years and I enjoyed so much Sydney that I decided to settle here for a few years and see how it goes. I'm an easy going guy, respectul and very clean. I love sport (tennis, golf, running, bushwalking) and music (I'm always down for a live band session), I am not a big party guy but I like relaxed conversations with friends around a glass of wine (it sometimes ends up into a party though). I'm into reading as soon as I can and I would like to start cooking a little (that's my 2018 resolution!). I also wish I will have time to explore Australia and enjoy the amazing nature we have here ! Cheers
23 Chinese Australian From North Queensland Speaks English & mandarin chinese Studied at Uni of QLD Works in Sydney as lab assistant ------------------------------------------------------------ I work full time in Alexandria. During the week I’m pretty busy, I will be out and work Monday to Friday 7am-5pm (at least). And if I go to the gym and exercise after work, you might not see me until 7 or 8pm. I would like to find a place to live that is either close to my work location or has easy direct transportation to my work. (Preferably near train stations with line T8 and T4). A place that can reach green square station or 'Grounds of alexandria' around 30 minutes total travel time. 1. Private room with DOUBLE bed, not shared room. 2. Insect screen or AIR CON 3. Small number housemates (3 or less), prefer single full time workers. 4. Quiet, no parties. No frequent visitors. 5. No annual contract, flexible rent length. (Im looking for long term rent, but i dont like yearly contracts) I am a really quiet person. I would love to live in a clean, quiet and friendly place. I don’t mind you have friends come over when I’m not home during the week, and Im happy with you and your friends having lunch or afternoon teas in the weekend every now and then. But please no friends parties and dinners at the house. It would be unconfortable and inconvenient. I love drawing and painting. I like animals, I’m okay sharing the place with pet as long as you keep it clean. I’m really easy going, I’ve been living in shared accommodation since university, I know how to clean after myself and respect my housemates. Hopefully the rent length is flexible, I don’t like signing annual contracts. But that doesn’t mean I will stay short term, I don’t like moving houses and looking for new rent, I would definitely stay long term if the place suit me. And even I need to move out because of work or other reasons, I will definitely tell you way before as you require. ——————————————————— I will delete this ad once i have found a place to live. So as long as you see this ad, im still looking for rent. Thanks for reading! Please get in touch with me via private message if you think your listing is suitable :) Thank you!

I’m 23 years old, coming out early February from England to start my adventure of working and living in Sydney, I’ll be working full time at Audi service center zetland as a vehicle technician, im looking for a nice furnished room, I’m quite laid back, easy going will respect people’s privacy. ill clean as I go and and like to keep my self clean! I like to be outgoing, have a social life and make new friends. Not wanting weekday all night partying but like to socialize on a weekend. I have put 3months stay but if my flatmates are awesome then I’ll look to up it! I’d like to have a nice set of room mates to laugh off them bad days at work!
I'm friendly, reliable and clean. I enjoy socialising with my housemates but also know how to find the right balance and I enjoy my own space occasionally. I'm studying and working part time so I'm always pretty busy and not home too often.
I'm 29 years old and just moved back to Sydney after 3.5 years in London. Keen to get to know a different side of this city after growing up further out west, and also just a little too old now to move back in with the parents! Have lived in house shares for the last 3.5 years and had really great experiences each time. I am clean, chilled out, like a good balance of time alone and hanging out together with housemates. Looking for a house with similar minds.
I just moved to Sydney from Vancouver, Canada for medical school at USyd. I will likely be out of the house a fair bit studying but I do like to come home to cook and make time to clean/run errands on weekends. Generally I am quite friendly and happy to build friendships with my housemates as long as they can respect that I will occasionally need time to myself. Ideally, I'm looking for a roommate who is sociable but can respect when I need time to myself. I would prefer someone who is okay with having the occasional dinner together. I tend to be on the tidier side when it comes to communal spaces and hope that there's some expectation of cleanliness among my roommates. I don't mind if guests are over as I will likely be out the house quite a bit, but I would prefer if there weren't frequent late nights.
I'm clean, tidy and respectful with a great sense of humour. I enjoy meeting new people and I'm very easy to get along with. I equally enjoy cooking with housemates and going to the local pub, to winding down with a book. I travel a lot with work so I won't be around all the time either. I'm really looking forward to exploring a new area! Preferably between Dulwich Hill and Redfern, no further west than this and I have to be walking distance to a train station. Looking forward to meeting you!
Just want to find a place which is closed to train station, with a private bathroom and (a) parking lot/s. We r easy going couple, and both are from China, good at Chinese crusine! We hope can find friendly (a) room mate/s, we can hangout as fd. ;) . I am a social smoker, if u don’t like, I am able not to smoke. Additionally it would be prefect if the apartment comes with gymnastic facility and swimming pool, but it’s not compulsory. Cheers!
