ALAS! I find a beautiful place and great housemates but now everyone is moving out and going there own ways :( Hi all, My friends call me Batman, as it is my last name :) I work full time as an Inventory Controls Officer *no not a police officer* Looking for somewhere I can also work on my motorbikes off the street and undercover! I have 2 motorbikes, one is a Ducati Monster 696 and the other is a Ural Ranger (it has a sidecar). I am quite frequently out camping, fishing and motorbike riding during the weekends :) I am after a nice group of people who like to enjoy there life, are' t antisocial and like to have a couple of drinks and BBQ together every now and then :) Looking for a place with an off-street undercover area. So I started rebuilding my motorbike thinking I had somewhere with spare room and not expecting to move anytime soon but now I have to leave so i need somewhere to finish of my project. Hit me up :)
I work full-time in the city so am usually busy through the week. Weekends I like to chill at home. I'm social and easy to live with at the same time respect privacy. I keep my space clean so would prefer a clean house. Also I cook, don't love it but am pretty good :)
I’m looking for a long term “private room” with medium size inbuilt, I have my own bed (KS). I need access to kitchen with space to store my food. Close to frequent public transport, close to main shops. My budget is limited to $160-$180 inclusive of all bills with unlimited wifi. I’m looking for a place to share with responsible “humans”, no mind games allowed. I also need to store few boxes where I store my journals approx 1sq meter, they could fit neatly against a garage wall. The odd locations are places I could go, once I inspect the room, I’m free to move wherever I feel comfortable and safe. I'm Non-Smoker, responsible, respectful, friendly, constantly busy, quiet, pays rent on time, a day person, keeps busy during the day, loves the internet, loves pets but do not have any, love a bit of gardening when time allows it. I’m organised, love cleanliness. My initiative flares when I see you busy but it becomes shy when taken advantage of. I don’t keep secrets and I respect privacy, I expect the same in return.
I am a 23 year old dentist moving down from Gold Coast to work in Strathfield, I am originally from South Korea, moved to Australia when I was 12, went through all of high school and University in Gold Coast, and recently received Australian citizenship :) I am clean and organised, and I personally don't enjoy drinking alcohol or go out but I really enjoy a social gathering with a few beers. I love gymming and boxing
Hey! I am a Mechanical Engineer, moving to live in Sydney in mid February and looking to find a place nearby to my work. I will be working in South Granville, and am willing to live within about 8km of work. I will be staying at an AirBNB locally until I find a place to live. Looking to live with either students or other professionals. I am clean, tidy and can cook well, and have a good choice of cookbooks for others to leaf through. Quite happy to split food costs with others, as well as household chores and cooking, I have done this before with great success. I'm currently studying my Masters in Engineering Science. I am moving from South East Queensland, and own the following: - Washing machine - Dryer - Large double-door fridge (~520L) with freezer bottom - Projector and surround sound system - 55" TV - Gaming consoles - Xbox One and PS4 -PC - high-end NBN-ready modem I'm also a very avid home-brewer, I love beer and making beer and am constantly striving to improve what I make. I own a 3-tap Kegerator, which holds 3x 20L kegs and I wish to continue brewing in Sydney. My brewery will eventually be coming with me, it is currently an electric brew-house however I am converting to gas in the near future. I like to have my own space, but appreciate having company sometimes as well. My home brewing requires a bit of space, and I utilise fridges for temperature control when fermenting - I do own a power-use meter and am happy to have this hooked up to monitor the costs of fridges, and to pay the extra costs to run this. I'm also an avid gamer, and foodie. I enjoy multiplayer online gaming, and love food and cooking. I have a reasonable amount of kitchen gear, some of which I will be selling or leaving with my sister in SEQ as it takes up a decent bit of space. I am looking to purchase a stand mixer in the near future, which will take the place of a number of parts of gear. I am willing to organise with other prospective housemates to get the best gear to the place. I have left my preferred timeline at 6 months initially, as I am on a 6 month probationary period, however if all goes well at work, and we all get along, I have no issues extending that out! I also love dogs, I have lived with them most of my life and am open to sharing a place with owners.
We are both very easy going and social people. We both work full-time Monday to Friday. Looking for either 1 or two females to lease a place with in Castle Hill or surrounding suburbs. We are quite social & love going out some weekends, having a quiet drink at home and also quiet movie nights. We both work long hours so we also enjoy our alone time when needed. We are also very considerate people so we will always respect everyones privacy. We both have very stable jobs so bills etc are never an issue. We are currently living in Northmead but our lease is up at the start of March. We are happy with 6 to 12 months depending on everyones preference. We are looking to move the weekend of the 10th of March however we are flexible on moving dates if need be.

I'm really cruisy, pretty quiet. Just moving back down to Sydney after staying on the central coast. I can bring anything I need for furnishing but I have a really friendly Neapolitan mastiff named Tytan. He's a big softy, a true gentle giant. I take him to the park multiple times a week so space is really no issue. He's so lazy, sun baking is one of his favourite pastimes. I take him out a lot, he's social and extremely well behaved. I'm easy going and straight forward so if there's any problems or questions don't hesitate to bring it up.
I'm Charles, a 30-year-old Post Grad student. I am moving to Sydney to study at USYD (Lidcombe Campus) from March 2018 until December 2019. I will arrive in Sydney early-mid February 2018, moving in no later than 19th Feb. What I need: - Place that is close to Lidcombe or near Train Station - Fully furnished Bedroom with Bed + Wardrobe + Laptop workspace - All bills included (with Internet) - Prefer Fully Equipped Kitchen (Fridge, Microwave, Utensils, Oven etc) - Laundry I am quiet and tidy, responsible, punctual with rent, and respect others' space and belongings. I am looking for one or two people to team up with at the end of feb/start of march and create a fun but clean and respectful living environment. I am currently renting but my lease is ending and I am looking to start a new share house. Im super considerate, like my own personal space and am very respectful of others space and super tidy! I tend to stick with myself but love to chill and have a good chat now and then. I'm currently studying and working so tend to be very busy. I've been living out of home for a while now and have a lot of furniture for an unfurnished place which will save a lot of hassle. I'm looking for one or more persons who are willing to put the effort into beginning a new 2 or 3 or 4 bed house and creating a friendly environment and sharing responsibilities. I also like to live in a spacious environment as I hate to be caged in. If you are interested feel free to get in contact!
PLEASE READ MY BIO AND CONSIDER MY BUDGET before messaging me.Please note I'm looking for a PRIVATE ROOM. Hi future flat mate, I'm an early childhood educator. I love working with children. This should justify the fact that I am very tolerant, fun and responsible. I’ll be going back to uni from March to pursue my career in social justice. I love to paint when I have time and cooking. Friendly, chilled out early 20’s girl. Wouldn't mind having a drink or two over the weekend and chat.
Not to toot my own horn, but I will most likely make the most amazing house/flat mate. Why you ask... well let me list my outstanding qualities I am not afraid of spiders, therefore I will undoubtedly save your life. I don't cook, so no kitchen mess I am not very attractive, your gfriend will never get jealous I'm not a big partier, I will call the cops on excessive noise, so you will never be THAT person. I don't drink, your alcohol is safe. I'm pretty obsessed with having a clean place, so you won't have to worry about living with a pig. Of course there are many more super hero qualities but why ruin the surprise by listing them all. Look forward to hearing from you.
During the course of studies, i have lived in Germany (5 yrs), Spain (2 yrs), Sweden ( 1+ yrs), Switzerland (5 yrs) and United States (2 yrs). I am from Nepal. I am a flexible, open and clean person. I will start my postdoctoral fellowship in Westmead (University of Sydney) from Mid Feb/March 2018. For that purpose, i would like to list myself as a prospective guest. PREFERRED LOCATION- Westmead area or a location from where Westmead Hospital can be reached within 10 mins with public transport. I never had any problems staying in homestays or shared apartments in so many different cultures and countries. I am a positive person who likes easygoing people. I adapt to any surrounding. If you are multi-cultural, have traveling experiences or if you want to know such a person, it's great. Thanks, Kedar PS. If the place is well-located and situation-allowing, i can stay longer too.

Hi Future Flatmate, My name is Savio and I shall be moving to Sydney in Feb 2018 on a Resident visa. Hence, unless I find employment before I leave India, I will be working part-time or looking for work when I arrive in SYD. A little about me; I am neat and tidy without being obsessive about it. I take a some time to feel comfortable around people and once that happens I'm quite sociable. A non smoker but I do like the occasional drink :) My hobbies are dancing (western dances & ballroom), reading (fiction), working out and sports (like football & tennis).

Hi there! I'm a 24-year-old clean, quiet, respectful, non-smoker who is easy to get along with (at least in my opinion :D). During the week I am out and about with my work and social lives. I love animals, traveling, spending time with family and friends. I'm looking for a room and friendly people to live with :)
Full-time OT student coming from Chicago and beginning at the University of Sydney (Lidcombe) in March. Looking for a home/roommate that has a room available (would love furnished, as am coming with only the 40 kilos Qantas will allow on-board). I will be working part-time around my uni schedule as well but would love a roommate(s) who likes to occasionally cook/eat together and watch a good comedy or indulge in a solid board game night. My last roommate's (now, a close friend) only complaint was that I cleaned up the kitchen while she was still cooking. Really, I'm clean, friendly and respect your time/space as I like my downtime as well. If you think we might be a good fit, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I'll be arriving in Sydney in early-mid February.
