Hello there! My name is Isaac and I'm from Perth, WA. I graduated in December 2016 with a Chemical Engineering degree. I was recently offered a Graduate role in Padstow, Sydney (commencing 3rd July 2017). I'm a 10/10 housemate for four reasons: 1. I'm very clean! I keep my bedroom, bathroom and kitchen clean. 2. I have no pets, I don't smoke and I definitely won't bring friends over for parties. 3. I'm respectful of others privacy. 4. I'm easy-going! A lil bit about myself: I enjoy working out and go to the gym 4-5 times a week! I'm sociable and enjoy good conversations with people. I read quite a bit and definitely enjoy good music! I'm really keen! So feel free to message me if you have a good place! Cheers, Isaac
I am a Petroleum Engineer of African American origin. I consider myself clean, honest and financially comfortable. I am currently working part time and when I have free time, I love to go to the beach or grab dinner with friends. I am very easy going and easy to live with.
We are a small family with a 18 months kid. I am an architect who is taking a course of master in the UNSW and will arrive Sydney this June. We are calm people and tidy. We hope that can find flatmates who are also make less noise because of my studying and my child's environment.
I'm the most chill person you'll ever meet. I hate drama and basically work way too much to have anytime for it. I'm a professional musician, connoisseur of the arts, I own a boutique, I work full time and am currently doing my masters. I pay my bills on time and really enjoy doing housework but I don't want to live with messy people. I love to cook for people, friends, family, housemates. I love cats, dogs, birds, snakes, all animals. I have four cats at home, I believe in equality. I adore drag queens and am looking for a really cool group of professionals who have time for a wine every now and then! I'm not a party girl anymore sadly, but am not against them if my housemates are having them. Oh and I'm also LGBQT friendly.
I am planning to arrive in Sydney on 9th July with my wife and 6 years old son to start my doctoral studies at UTS. We will be staying in a hotel first and can meet on 10th July to finalize the agreement. Please let me know if I can I avail this offer? I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Parve
Law Student. Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy, looking for a private room to rent in late June. I will be working and studying most of the weekdays, only in weekend, I enjoyed watching films and play videogames.
I am an easy-going and fun loving international student, and also a part-time worker. I enjoy having a good time inside or outside the house whenever I am less busy. I love listening to music a lot (RnB, Hip-Hop, Rap, you name it). I also enjoy playing Badminton and Pool/Snooker. I seriously love watching and playing soccer. In fact, I am an avid supporter of the great Manchester United FC. I also love going for any exciting and interesting events available. I love honest people of good behaviour that will make the house enjoyable at all times and not causing chaos of any sort.
Hey, I'm George, a 29 year old camera operator and assistant and am Western Australian born and raised. I'm moving to Sydney after landing an amazing job on a national TV show. This production will last 6 months and I have the possibility of staying in Sydney after that. The job includes about 8 weeks on the road away from Sydney (still of course renting) and the rest I'll be working in the studio on weekdays. I'm a very easy going, conscientious and social person looking for a friendly environment. Sadly, as much as I love them, I'm allergic to cats! Thanks for the read.
Hi potential housemates! *NEED PET FRIENDLY HOUSE/MATES* -Young professional -Mon-Fri office hours -Cheeky and well grounded -Non-smoker -Clean, tidy and considerately easy going -Brilliant spider-handler! -Simple and drama free-living -Possible car In my downtime, spend wkends generally exploring the surrounding area, enjoy the occasional hikes and camping. I have a soft spot for breweries/wineries. Most relaxed around anyone who can talk about anything and everything and not take life too seriously. I tend to do my own thing but am always up for random board games, banter, drinks and a movie with housemates. Not only me but I'll be joined by, a 7 year old husky boy and Gigi the kitten, his younger domineering sister kitty. Both have and are house trained- they have been purely indoor pets (yes, even the husky!) He gets his routine walks and less so now that his older. If you love pets, especially so ones that follow you around the house, you've hit the jack-pot! As for the move date, I'm flexible. If I/we, sound like someone you can live with and not strangle, please msg away. :)
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 2weeks - 1 month time.

Dear sir/madam, We are an education company based in Sydney and we have a large group of junior high school students coming from China in mid August. They will study at the public schools for one week in the listed areas and we are sourcing homestay hosts for the students to experience Australian family culture while improving English skills. The students are selected from top students of a large scale school in Beijing. We prefer to place two students (same gender) in one home with around $700 (negotiable) financial reimbursement paid to the host family. Please note all adults of the host family shall have a cleared Working With Children Check and clear criminal record. The host family needs to provide at least two meals during the week and drop-off/pick up from school is highly desired. If you live around these areas and you're interested in hosting our students, please send me a message with your contact details and a brief introduction so that we can follow up additional info and procedures. We have study tour groups coming to Sydney regularly and we are looking forward to long term cooperation with your kind families. Thanks for your support.
Hi there I'm very easy to live with, my current housemates will attest to that. I'm friendly, quiet, tidy and very respectful and considerate. Drop me a line for any other info. Currently working with St VIncent's Hospital's Homeless Health Service (shift work) while studying part time. Prefer a share house but will accept a unit if it is spacious and quiet. Feel free to contact.
