I'm Naomi -- I'm half Japanese half English and grew up in Tokyo,Japan. I'm 21 years old and studying at the University of Sydney this year. Kris is from Norway and he's 23 years old. We are both clean and friendly!
I'm a professional female in my early thirties working full time as a nurse. I'm originally from the UK and have lived in Sydney for the past 4 years. I'm extremely clean, organised & tidy and I like to chill during the week and socialize at the weekend. It is SO important to me that I can be friends with my future flat mate/s so having common interests is important!!! Not a party type house but like minded fun people of a similar age/work status would be ideal!! :-)
I'm from the Philippines, working full-time (8-5/M-F) in Newtown and still quite busy even at night. I'm a small guy with a big heart. I am generous and totally considerate and easy to go with. I am quite particular with the cleanliness and orderliness of my apartment (especially kitchen and shower), so if this is something you're having a hard time with yourself, we won't get along. I love going outdoors. I scuba dive, do photography and videography, and hit the gym regularly. When I'm inside the house I'm mostly in front of my computer watching movies, playing games, or doing nerdy stuff. I'm looking for a flatmate or two to team up with to rent a two- or three-bedroom apartment near the city (or anywhere near the station / bus stop). I have all the furniture and appliances already as I am renting a 2-br apartment in West Sydney. Hit me up if you think I'm the type of flatmate you're looking for.
Hello, I am a French girl finishing her Master degree in business, and I am coming to Sydney for an exciting 6-month internship in public relations. I love traveling, I've visited almost 20 countries, but this will be my first time in Australia and I am so glad to have this opportunity to discover this amazing country. Few words about myself: I am very sociable, I love meeting people from all over the world and learning about new cultures; I am a clean person that is not a big fan of messy places; I am very respectful of the others and I have no problem sharing an apartment with other people that share the same mindset of community living :) Apart from that, I am a foody (sharing a nice meal is the best thing!) and I am passionate about photography. I am always up for day or weekends activities when I am not working. Can't wait to start this exciting adventure and share it with some great roomates!
Hi there, I'm looking for a private furnished room in the inner city suburbs. Dates: Mid July — Mid Nov 2017 (dates are flexible). I'll be travelling Dec-Feb but will be looking to rent again from late Feb — June 2018, whether at the same place or another (so happy to help find a temporary housemate if you'd like). About me: I'm a 23yr old female, currently studying my Masters of Clinical Psychology. I'm undergoing my training as a clinical psychologist, so i'll be busy with placements/uni weekdays 9-6. I'm looking for a home to come back to in the evenings where I can cook a nice meal (though I love a good take-out) and get some R&R. On weekends, I like a mix of quiet time (can't live without chocolate and Netflix) and exploring Sydney with friends. My parents live in Sydney so on some weekends i'll dissapear to visit them and might bring back some home-cooked curries to share. What i'm like to live with: Clean, organized, and easygoing. Also a non-smoker and non-partier. Ideally, i'd like to become friends with my new housemates, but I also completely respect your need for space. What i'm looking for: -Private, furnished room -Close to the city (max 20mins to Central station) -Max 3 people sharing 1 bathroom If you have something that fits, please don't hesitate to contact me!
Hi, I'm Xiaohan, 28-years-old, Chinese, professional in health communication, going to start my postgraduate study in USYD this July, easy going with sense of humor, liking cooking(used to be chef in university), drinking teas, and playing soccer and video games. I am willing to make more friends. I'm looking for private room not far from USyd, and I am still in China for now, planning to arrive in Sydney at mid July.
Hi folks, fun Irish guy here working full time as a project manager in the city, looking for a room long term,I work a lot and go to the gym and enjoy my weekends away as well as a few beers here, also love the footy. Hope to hear from you Derek
Hey, I'm a recently graduated full time climate and atmospheric scientist looking for a pad somewhere in Sydney (not a clue which part but I'm sure you can convince me as long as it's kind of close to Lidcomb). I'm originally from Orange, have lived in Wollongong for the last 4 years, pretty chill and always happy to have a beer with the gang or get outside and see the world. (I can also be kind of funny sometimes YAY!). I like to think I'm pretty environmentally friendly and clean so you don't need to teach me how to recycle or turn off lights. I can bring to the house my sub par sense of humor, a swanky coffee machine and a 44" tv.
Hi! I have returned to Sydney recently. It's difficult being back in the Big Smoke, but it's another life experience to draw upon. I am looking for a place to call home between Bondi and North Maroubra, amongst likeminded people. I am really easygoing, considerate and reliable and I like to lead a very organic and natural lifestyle whenever possible. I'm not interested in living amongst people experimenting with drugs or smoking, but I'm definitely interested in living with likeminded Musicians, Artists and Yoga devotees. I love the Sunshine, the Ocean, walking through Nature, Animals and Creative Pursuits. I love watching Sporting Matches live and I adore Foreign Films. I am extremely Health conscious and don't like Chemicals. So, wherever possible - I like to avoid those. I am looking for a furnished or unfurnished room, preferably with a big bed in it, because I love big beds and preferably within a modern house or apartment. I would prefer an ensuite and somewhere outside to sit in the sun on those lazy Summer days (I'm patiently waiting for Summer) and I love to have a good conversation. I love being surrounded by beautiful people, who have warm hearts and great personalities. I despise gossip. My budget range is $250-$300 maximum. I look forward to hearing from you if you have a suitable place for me to move into or a place in mind that we can team up with together. I will be working full time hours and pursuing my creative pursuits on a full time basis also - But, I will be at home a lot as well and needing good rests in between in a peaceful and friendly environment. Kindest regards Julie :) [I am not 34, but a little bit older. But my heart and my mind are young. So, for me - age is no barrier for anything and I relate to people who share a similar perspective. Best xx]
Hi! I'm a 26 year old postgraduate. I've recently completed my Masters in UNSW/UTS and I work Monday to Friday as a Compliance Advisor :) I'm friendly, open-minded and respectful. I like the place that I'm living to be clean and tidy. I entertain friends over once in a while for dinner or vino. I love socializing and going out on the weekends. I'm the dinner and bubbles sort of person. I, also, do like my own space during the week after a long day's work. However, I'm looking to live with someone I can be friends with, share interests, watch movies and go out with once in a while (although I do have a pretty busy schedule and like doing my own stuff too). So basically easy going, social but respectful people would be ideal flatmates for me. Also someone who is easy to communicate with in case there is a problem without making a big deal or being overly sensitive. However, I do have a massive problem with bugs! I cannot live in a house with roaches, spiders and all the other exotic bugs Australia is home to. That is probably my only and biggest pet peeve - a bug free house is a must (Or you'll see me crying). Hit me up if you think we'll get along :) ta
I am a working professional originally from Brisbane, seeking a share house (preferably 2 people max per bathroom) - in the Waterloo area and near a train station. Unfortunately, my housemate is moving back home to her parents place and I am now on the hunt to find a new place. I would prefer to have a stable home for 6+ months. I am a relaxed person, sometimes a gluttony, and do enjoy a few drinks on some occasions of the weekend. I am generally home Monday to Friday. I keep my shared spaces clean and will enjoy a chat/ dinner if available. While on the weekends, I am doing some sort of outdoor activities with friends. If you are interested in teaming up please get in contact. Cheers
I am a young professional in my late twenties working in the city. Outside of work I'm far from a homebody and generally keep myself busy catching up with friends and playing sport. In saying that I have met some great people during my time in share houses and really enjoy the atmosphere they create. I'm pretty laid back but also considerate of housemates and our surroundings.
Hello, I'm Minh, mature tidy individual looking for a decent size unfurnished room ideally with my own bathroom for a long term.. I've lived in a number of share houses/apts and always stay longer than 12 months as the idea of moving in and out frustrates me.. At this stage, i'm doing software development degree at CSU and working long hours in Japanese fine dining and also doing internship for an I.T firm in Bondi few days per week. Yes, it's quite full on. i'm mature minded, independent, organised- very clean and tidy, reliable and especially considerate about others and the sharing environment. I have a huge passion in cooking//baking and i enjoy music as well as aged rum. However, my schedule is very very tight so i barely have free time to cook up a storm. If you like a classic risotto and freshly baked croissants, you've just found your new flatmate! and there is still half bottle of Sauvignon Blanc after making the risotto! Ideally, I prefer to live with mature individual which is not based on age as it is just a number. i've shared house with people in their late 20's and my current flatmate is in his late 40's. I'm very sociable yet totally respect privacy. I'm really open-minded, bit flirty and always up for a good time while living together. At this stage, i get caught up with lots of work and study so i'm out a lots and barely have day off but I like to keep myself busy with lots of activities anyway. I go cycling and going out and about with friends for brunch and some beverage when having some spare time. There are way too many places to live, lots of apartments that is available to share in Sydney but for me, i'm looking for a place that i can call "home" not just some random AirBnb room so it will come down to the people i'm going to live with. Like minded people are great but sometimes being different is fascinating too Text me anytime. if i am occupied, I will get back as soon as i can. Cheers :)
Hey there! Looking for a longterm place from July 17th onwards. I'm a 23 year old Australian Cinematographer working in Annandale. very recently moved to Sydney. I'm lucky enough to have an incredible job that allows me to see some pretty amazing places. Outdoors guy, love shooting photography (if this is something you've wanted to learn, I'd love to show you the ropes!), international travel, snowboarding, NFL, cooking and gym/powerlifting training. Having Travelled extensively, I know how to live with others and always very respectful of others space. Very responsible, laid back, fun, clean, tidy. Working 9-5 in Sydney. Will be overseas or travelling for periods for work (including working overseas from mid August for a month) so you might not see me all the time. Looking for a place with on or off street parking available :) Thanks, Talk soon!
Hi there! My name's Kane, I'm 25 and from Perth, looking to move to Sydney as soon as possible to start a dream full-time job right in the middle of the city. My length of stay will be at least six months, although it could stretch to over a year and beyond. Ideally, I'm after a private, furnished room at a base cost of no more that $300 per week, I’ve spent the last few years dabbling in music and sport journalism - if I’m not hanging out a local band’s album launch, I’m at a pub engaging in deep conversation about footy (or whatever else, I follow just about everything). Currently, as a midnight radio presenter, I’ve pulled an unhealthy number of all-nighters over the last 12 months, and I counteract my tiredness with sourcing and taking part in ridiculous spicy food challenges around town. It's been fun, but I look forward to having a more standard work schedule when I move. I've been binge-listening to the Reply All podcast recently, I'm always down for a game of FIFA, and I love going out for food and a drink when the wallet permits. I pride myself on being clean, polite, and punctual. I put a lot of time and effort into building strong and healthy relationships with the people I meet and spend time with, and as such, I believe that as housemates, we could also become good friends. :) Let me know if you're keen for a chat. I start work on the 17th of July but I'm looking to move over sooner rather than later! All the best, Kane
G'Day, I'm Rich. I'm an easy going fella, clean, respectful, active and not one to spend every evening slumped in front of the TV. I work in the city in professional IT services and I'm on the look out for a new place to call home. I am social by nature and I like to meet new people. Cooking, dragging myself to the gym, being out doors, live music, IPA and my football team are some of my life's pleasures. Would consider living anywhere in the city fringes
Hi, My name is Austria and I'm 26 years old, I'm from Mexico. Im Graphic Designer and I move to Australia to take an English course. Im a super tidy and clean person. I consider myself a nice person, I like meeting new people, but my problem now is that my English is very basic, I love traveling, taking photos and Yoga💟
I am a clean and tidy person and I respect privacy and quiet time. I'm currently working part-time and I plan to move out before starting studies. I'm always friendly and I love to joke around. I enjoy cooking and I love all pets.
Hi, I'm Yvonne, an easygoing, friendly, respectful, considerate, NEAT girl from China. I would like to move in around 24 July and prefer at least 4-month stay. I'd like to introduce myself a little bit. Before I decided to go back to study the postgraduate degree in UNSW, I had worked as an optometrist and then a trainer for clinical devices. Looking forward to your kind contact. Kind regards, Yvonne
Hey! My names Kayla, I'm from Vancouver Canada. I've been living in Sydney for year and a half. I'm looking for a private room in a shared house close to the city since I try and walk as much as I can! I work in the cbd as a hairstylist - free haircuts to nice room mates:) I love being social and meeting new people but also enjoy a night at home with friends, a glass of wine and some cheese. I'm clean, love to cook, always pay my rent on time, respectful of others, and laid back!
Because I'm awesome! Who wouldn't want to live with me? I spend a lot of time reading, research and studying but also don't mind a beer once or twice a week! Working in tv production and studying p/t so usually pretty busy but i love to whinge about politics and the news over dinner!?! I exercise regularly and cook amazing eggs benedict for breakfast most mornings if you like to start your day with a protein and carb overdose?!?
Hey there. I’m Dendy, 19, Aussie/Indo and a science student studying full-time at USYD. I’m looking for a place to call home for this upcoming semester. I’m tidy, organised and always willing to help out with house chores and meals. I’m relaxed, easy-going and happy to keep to myself, though I’ll be down for a chat and a BBQ anytime. I’m into sports and I like to stay healthy and active, however, I never turn down a couple of beers. I’m not a big party boy, but I wouldn’t mind going out every once in a while. I would prefer a room that is furnished. I’m not too picky with beds — any size will do so long as it’s comfy. A shared room will be fine provided that it's relatively spacious. Most Importantly, A place with good vibes all-around and a mixture of different people is what I’m looking for!
