Hey I'm Grace, I've spent two years living alone and managing my own tenancy but I'm looking for a new place to share with a group of groovy people who can relate. I work most week nights and attend Tafe so I would hope to find people with similar goals to be working and/or studying. I should probably have more hobbies than I do but I love making art and petting cute dogs counts yeah? I'm also on Centerlink for studying whilst living independently so I am able to pay rent and responsible enough to have savings for bills and emergencies. I have a really good record with my current landlord and am only leaving in the hopes to find a bigger place and other folks to share somewhere with. If you feel we could get along shoot me a message or even if you just have some questions.
Newly 31 year old guy relocating to Hobart to undertake full-time Honours study in visual art at UTAS Hunter Street. I'm clean, quiet, easy-going and a keen cyclist for daily transport... Yes, I know Hobart has hills... :) Happy to live with pets if you have (I don't), I don't smoke (you can if you want of course), or use drugs (other than social alcohol). Looking for somewhere near the water, reasonably close to Hobart city. As a student, I'll need wifi, and have a reasonable but not massive budget for both rent and sharing bills if they aren't included. Please say hi if you think I'd suit your place! Cheers, Jamie
Hello stranger! 🦉 My name is Caroline and I am 24 years old. I'm an exchange student from Denmark going to study one semester i Sandy Bay. I'm a psychology student in my master program. I’m basically looking for just anything I can find here in Hobart. A shared house with other students or a room for rent somewhere. Ideally the home would be a nice and open minded place with flatmates wanting to get to know each other. I’m looking for flatmates to have fun with and would love to have dinner or a drink together sometimes. But I respect privacy and the need for some alone time just as much. Just a few things about me. I'm very easy going, open minded and love to be social and around people. I have many hobbies. I love to cook, sew, take pictures and have a small robot collection. I do not smoke and have no pets. I do love pets, so I don’t mind if you have. Feel free to contact me! Both here or or by phone. If you want you can reach me Best regards, Caroline
I am originally from Germany, but have been living in Tasmania for over four years. I am quiet, tidy and enjoy cleaning. In my spare time I like to study and read and go hiking. I like the outdoors and love travelling. It would be nice to not only find flatmates, but make some new friends as well.
Relaxed easy going individual, have a part time job at a pub and also study full time. Don't smoke, love music and having a cheeky beer or 2 on occasion.. new to Tassie (only been down here for 6 months) and fallen in love with it so looking for somewhere to stay for awhile.. do have a dog (labrador) but he is currently at my folks place in FNQ but would be keen to get him down if I find the right place for him.. he's a big dufus and excellent with other dogs and people.. cheers
I am single 27yr old who has recently moved back to Tasmania. I like good food and the occasional wine after dinner and being active. I am a tidy person who is good and giving people space but also love spending time with people. I like having people over for the occasional dinner party but I’m not a party animal. Looking forward to living with like minded people.
I'm moving over to Hobart the second week of April, i currently live in Vic. I'm 21 years old and a full time uni student. I'm about to undertake my third and final year of a Bachelor of Arts degree at UTAS. I'm a quiet and shy person but do like to get to know people and socialise with them. I'm originally from north west Tassie. I have recently made Hobart my new home. I'm reliable with paying rent and do like a clean living space.
I'm Thalía and I'm Mexican. I'll be doing my postgraduate studies at the UTAS, so I'll be at the Uni all day. However, I do like to explore around and travel. I'm a respectful and clean person who loves movies and chilling. I'm a coffeeholic and I avoid eating meat, although I don't consider myself as veggie.
I am studying fine arts at the Uni of Tas and working as a freelance muralist and Tom is a carpenter studying drafting. We are respectful, clean, tidy and friendly. Looking for a place to call home :)
I’m American but an Aussie citizen , I will move anywhere , I don’t drink , smoke , do drugs , swear , get angry , moody or violent , I’m a great cook , neat , clean and tidy , if your messy or unhygienic I’m not interested in sharing. No smokers or drug addicts. Call me my rent price is negotiable
We are a couple looking for accommodation. I am a great cook and my partner is good in keeping the house clean. We have recently moved to Tasmania and currently living at Clarendon vale. We are working fulltime at the city which is why we want to move near the city.
The both of us are chill and relaxed. Easy to get along with and respect personal space. One of us will be working and the other studying. Mostly spend free time having a laugh and playing video games.
i moving down to hobart for study and work i spend most of my days listening to podcast or crap on the internet while hiking or going for walks .my hobbies are archery ,Hiking ,History ,Politics ,Tabletop Rpgs and video games i sped a fair amount of time on the computer but i don't watch tv , i also enjoy gardening mostly vegetables and herbs i am a vegan but not don't mind people eating meat its a choice i have made and should not be enforced on others. i do get up very early or very late either 6 am or 10 am and do my best to be in bed by 10 pm. dont have a social media account as i find they cause more damage than the enjoyment they produce.
