Hello all! 24 FEMALE student. Super friendly and easy to get along with. Moving from Coffs Harbour to Sydney. I am studying business/marketing full-time and will be working casual/part-time. Juggling these two roles will keep me busy most of the time, but I love a good night out with friends/housemates or just chilling at home. Looking to move into a share house early June. My budget for rent and bills (including internet) is $300 or under, and parking nearby would be amazing. Let me know if this fits your situation.
We are a cool group of people who live in an existing sharehouse in Chatswood, Sydney. Sadly our home is being demolished and we want to find a new place together! All of us are fairly private, chilled out people. The two cats are indoor babies and the cutest angels, and are looked after entirely by Alexandra. We are clean, non disruptive and respectful. Alexandra works full time as a medical receptionist and is working towards studying opera at university. Rory works full time doing business administration in Chatswood. Naomi studies bio-medical science at UTS and works part time in Chatswood. We are looking to team up with someone to find a new place together! Look forward to hearing from you!
Hey, I'm Baskaran! I am from Cologne, Germany, but have lived in many other places including 6 years in London. I moved to Melbourne last October. I am respectful, reliable, easy going and easy to get along with. I am a very clean and tidy person to live with. I enjoy having friends over for dinner occasionally but also enjoy having time to myself at home. I'm going to start a full-time position at Macquarie University in May. I'm looking for a flatmate to share a two-bedroom apartment.
Hello, We are an Indian couple with a 4 YO daughter. I am working fulltime and Madhuri is looking for work, we are Software engineers. Prefer staying with a vegetarian but not mandatory. We have been staying in shared accommodation for some time now and hence understand the privacy and cleanliness protocols. We enjoy little chit chat, sharing food and TV.
We are seeking other couples or individuals to find a new house and move in together or to join an established house where there is space for us. People are the most important factor when living somewhere and we seek those who are adults, understand how to live with others, who are positive, open-minded, respect each other's differences, who do a lot things most of the time and have life in them! We hope to live with people with a similar mindset so we can inspire each other and ensure we all feel great about returning home from each of our outings. We want a larger house because you get so much more than in an apartment, such as garages, pools, yards, trees, outdoor patio areas, verandas, etc. and we love the social aspect of living with others. Jennifer has pet cage for her babies and I have a large desk with music production equipment, neither of which fit well in apartments or smaller houses. When I build or fix things, garages and workshops are essential and apartments/small houses are not conducive to the kinds of activities. There are some wonderful, large places out there but we need the other two or three bedrooms filled, so we want to spend the time leading up until the 9th of June finding the right people who would like to join us in finding a house together.
I finished university last year and I am currently working full-time as a chemical engineer and casually as a researcher. Currently living in the Sutherland Shire. I am clean, respectful and friendly. I do not smoke or drink, though I was a bartender throughout my university studies. Feel free to ask me any other questions you may have.
I'm neat, friendly, easy going and respectful. I work full time and study in my free time. I live in Asquith right now with two girls enjoying our own private space while chilling with each other sometimes and watch movies and chat as well. But I need to move to a place close to City and train station cause I use public transportation. I'm social and I like to meet new people :)
HEY THERE ANIMAL LOVERS! I am looking for a room in a pet friendly place, or to find some like minded people to team up with and get a new place :) I have an English staffy called Nala and a rescue Kitty called Girlfriend. Both animals are house trained, super friendly and loooove attention. I'm a creative, and I work full time in television, so i'm fairly low key during the week. I'm out the door by 0530am each day for work. On the weekends i tend to come and go. I have a fun bubbly nature, and I love to have a chat but I also need my alone time and am very respectful of others privacy. I'm very tidy, and when I'm bored I cook and clean. I love animals, gardening, art, music and the outdoors. I'm looking for somewhere preferably long term. Anything else you want to know just ask :)
I’m very organished and neat, I always clean up after myself and acknowledge the need for privacy. I’m usually very busy besides working so I spend lots of time out and about. I’m an actress so that takes up a lot of my time as I’m currently trying to further my career. I’m easy to live with and have a good sense of humour and always love a good night in with a good movie! Currently looking for employment in Sydney as I’m moving down from Newcastle.
I am quite a calm person, I spend most of my time working, at Uni (studying audio engineering) or relaxing, listening to music and reading books.
Hey Guys, I am Karan , 26 Full time working professional. Systems Engineer by profession and work in the city. Easy going, social, organised and chilled out guy. I am an international male student (26). My campus is in city Sydney. I am looking for a FURNISHED house, which is CLOSE TO CITY, to share with ONLY one tenant who is clean, tidy and respectful. I need a quiet and silent house in which there is a PRIVATE room and OWN bathroom for me with shared kitchen and hall. I am studying, working part time, and exercising every day. I usually come back from uni or working in the evening and then go to do some exercise. Also, I have to move in April any date and my preferred length of stay is at least 1 year. Lastly, my budget is $300/w (INCLUDING EVERYTHING).
I am an outdoor adventurer by heart, health professional by work. I have a job I love in North Sydney so keen to stay in the area but open to other locations. I have been at my current place for the past 12 months but unfortunately the property owner now has different plans after 10 years of owning the property. I do love a big challenge, healthy eating, good conversation and occupying my time reading. When not at work I also enjoy running, the beach, theatre and hoping to get into salsa dancing. I am most definitely house trained having rented before and having my home in another city. Chris
25 y.o professional with a much too busy job in the city! Hailing from Newcastle, Au, I enjoy socialising on the weekends, exploring walking tracks around Sydney, and good food. Looking for a room within a reasonable distance of the city for a ~12 month stay.
Currently I share an apartment in Lane Cove (for 3 years), which we keep neat and tidy. My flatmate needs the room for his son. Therefore I am on the move. About me: Male, currently single, easy going, non smoker. Worked as a professional and now run my own business. I keep fit, watch some Netflix and little TV, play tennis, catch up with friends and family, and travel for pleasure. Enjoy space and nature. Like to eat interesting food and seek out interesting places. Parking: It is important that I can get consistent parking daily e.g. street parking or on site. I use my car for work and often come home late. If the environment is high density street parking, then by the time I come home there is not any left. Storage: I have some working tools in storage boxes (like having a bicyle and some diving kit) that I use sometimes and need to store close by. It takes about 1m x 2.5m floospace. Currently I store it on the balcony. It can be stored on balcony in a large room, under cover in a shed or lock up space. Thanks Jack
