Hi! I’m a full time Registered Nurse about to start working at RNSH. Looking for place close to work, reasonably priced. I’m a shift worker so I won’t be home very often. Clean and easy to get along with 😊 From the Central Coast, so wanting to move rather than commute. I have been looking into rental apartments and am pretty interested in a particular one, 2 bed/bath/carpark in Lane Cove. Let me know if this is suitable for you.
I will move in Sydney at February and looking for a room to stay in for average 4 months. i am an IT guy who love movies, music, video games, and photography. i also practice my cardio and weight lifting in gym everyday. i had traveled to different countries and i am active and social person.
Moved to the northern beaches and working in forestvill. Absolutely love it here. I do go out most weekends, which means coming home in the early hours of the morning, tho do try to be as quite as possible. I love sports and going out with friends.
Hi there, My Husband and I are looking for a new place to rent. We are overseas now (Brazil) visiting family and friends and we will come back to Sydney 27/01/2019. I'm Recruiter IT and he is developer IT in Brazil, in Australia my husband work as a Fire Technician and me works in a Warehouse. We are an easy going couple, very tidy and clean with both are working full-time and studying. During our free time we like go out for training and keep healthy, enjoy sometime on the beach, stay with friends, drink a good wine during the dinner or just watch Netflix. We are in Sydney since June/2017 improving our English and our experience of life. We are looking for a place well located (prefer close to train station), quiet, clean, organised where we have our own privacy.
We are an international couple (Aussie and Swedish/ German) that love all aspects of homesteading: cooking, baking bread, growing vegetables and herbs, and preserving our harvests. We have lived in more than 10 share houses as a couple in five countries, and really enjoy socializing and sharing with like minded people. After two years of farming and travelling, we are now working in Sydney. Joel is an engineer and Elisa works as a data analyst and hula hoop teacher. We also volunteer at various environmental/ community garden initiatives in the city. Apart from gardening, growing food and cooking we love hiking, sports, watching documentaries and arthouse films, going to music festivals and getting involved in community activities. We are part of a coop in Sydney, which allows us to bulk buy organic food for a very good price. We'd love to live in a space that has a garden, but we are flexible on living arrangements.
I have lived in Sydney with my kids for over 20 yrs (14 yrs in Epping and 7 yrs in Kirribilli). My kids have finished uni and are moving to London/Singapore, so we are moving out of our Kirribilli home. I am a semi-retired postgrad professional with my own design studio overseas but have to be in Sydney 40-45% of the year. Overseas, I am spending some time with my elderly parents. When I'm here, I work remotely on my laptop. I need a place to keep my winter clothing and some personal things, and to stay when I'm here. I am happy to pay for storage when I'm away, and rent when I'm back. Or alternately in exchange for board when I'm in Sydney, to stay with a family with young kids to give them some childminding assistance (if the kids click with me), or to stay with an elderly lady to provide some companionship and assistance. This is good for people who welcome a boarder who is not always around without a break. I attend the Anglican Church where I used to teach Sunday School and cook for the worship team. I love kids and love cooking! I have my own car so I would consider any suburb.
Hey potential flatmates! I'm Bec, I am 21 and currently working part time as a nurse while finishing my degree at UTS. I consider myself an easy-going and social person, and I am always down for a night in with Netflix and wine. Looking for places with good public transport, preferably trains, and flexible on furnishings. I am looking for a single room in a sharehouse or some similarly minded people to establish a new house with.
28. Professional, transferring to Sydney for work late January. Easy going and clean. Previous housemates have become great friends.
Hi I’m looking for a room closer to work in Balgowlah. I work full time and pretty quite person. I respect personal space and clean up after myself. I love footy and bbqs in the weekend. Summer I’m usually out and about and winter spent hibanating lol
Hi, I am moving to Sydney for work in late January & am looking for a team-up. I am flexible with locations but would prefer to live somewhere close to transport in the Inner West or North Shore. During the week I am busy working full time and my weeknights are generally made up of playing sport, going to the gym, walking my puppies, having quiet nights in and the occasional social event. On the weekend, I am out and about, keeping active, having fun & enjoying life. I love to socialise with friends with a few drinks and a nice meal. I am very outgoing & friendly. I love to socialise but also need a little bit of down time as well. I am easy going, tidy, responsible, respectful & always pay bills on time and I would like to find a similar house mate or two. I am a non-smoker and I drink socially. Ideally I'd love to find a room mate who I can be friends with & occasionally share some food, drinks etc . Someone who is relaxed, fun, friendly & enjoys life. I love to be comfortable at home & would love someone who wants the same. I pretty much have all the furnishings and appliances needed for a house which is why I'm looking for a team-up. I also have 2 dogs, a husky and a labrador x kelpie. They are beautiful dogs, super friendly and very well-behaved. Feel free to send me a message if you're interested in a team up or if you have a room for me and my puppies :)
I’m a pretty laid back person, enjoy a good laugh, good food and glass of wine, also like my music and animals. I have a 3 yr old Golden Retriever called Daphne who is very friendly, chilled out, toilet-trained and well looked after. She is friendly with other dogs and cats too. I work in Marketing, two days in an office and three from home. I’m very active and go to the gym, bushwalking, beach etc. I’m generally quite clean and like time to myself, but also would like to be able to have a drink and good chat with someone from time to time. Looking to move end of Jan/early Feb 2019.
G'day I'm Michael (or Mick). I'm a management consultant based in the City. I'm originally from the bush (Coonamble) and love the great outdoors, fishing, camping etc. I play cricket in the summer and tend to hibernate in the winter. Looking for a carefree, fun and sometimes silly housemate and home to bunker down for while.
Hi! *LOOKING TO MOVE IN DURING LATE FEB/MARCH* My name is Lucy and I work in IT. I enjoy going to the gym, playing video games and board games, reading, watching movies and drinking the occasional Guinness. If you're geeky / nerdy then we will get on well. I am down to earth, clean / respectful, LGBT friendly, animal friendly and enjoy quiet nights in with a glass of wine / bottle of beer, some Netflix and video games. Not a party / clubbing person. I am considering getting a kitten when I move, but if this causes an issue, I can wait until I live alone. I am a big animal lover and I currently own a dog which would stay with my parents, so it would be great to meet a fellow animal lover. I am easygoing, and if we become friends while rooming together, then that is an ultra plus too! Always up for making friends, especially new video game / movie buddies. My Instagram is elvish.redhead if you want to see if our hobbies / interests align, or message me there :)
Hi, I am a uni student looking for long term housing. I am fairly quiet and appreciate calm areas to focus on my study so privacy is very important to me. I am also very respectful and tidy and will maintain the place in a well kept manner. I also have an adorable mini lop rabbit who is house trained and use to living with apartment/indoor housing.
Hi, I'm looking for a studio/one bedroom with balcony/outdoor area and parking. OR flatshare with a female (no couples), would prefer own bathroom with parking (onsite or street). Looking to live in lane cove, chatswood, artarmon, mosman, crows nest or towards Manly area and close to the beach.
I am friendly and clean, I enjoy a social and also my own space at times. I like to be active on the weekend and finding new and exciting things to do in and around sydney. I am a big Soccer fan. I currently work full time 9-5:30pm Monday - Friday so will never be home on these days.
*NOTE* I will be away for holidays between 11-30 January and will only be available for inspections starting February I am a working professional in the media/publishing industry looking for long-term accommodation close to or at least accessible to my office at St. Leonards. I live a relatively minimal lifestyle so staying neat and clean should be with less effort. I can be relied on keeping the rest of the flat/house clean as well. I'm a non-smoker and would prefer meeting up my friends outside rather than do house parties. In my spare time I usually try to be active - I go to a gym regularly and do a little bit of cycling here and there. I'm also keen to learn new sports/activities and join any after hours/weekend clubs. I play a bit of video games and I'm a huge fan of the NBA. I'm still learning how to cook more food, but am keen to share whenever I make something nice. I'm pretty social and keen to meet new people, so I'd be down for a few drinks (in a relaxed environment) once in a while to unwind. As I am working full time, inspections are preferred after 5:30pm and on the weekends.
