Hi there, I started studying primary school teaching at Macquarie this year, but I’m also working part time in two jobs. You’ll find I won’t be home too much but when I am I’m happy to sit on the couch and have a chat, but also appreciate having time to ourselves! I have a boyfriend who may stay once or twice a week, aside from this there won’t be many other house visitors and definitely no parties. I’m vegetarian but don’t mind what else is in the fridge. Thanks for taking the time to read and look forward to possibly meeting you!
Hey everyone, I'm a west-coast Canadian excited to settle in Sydney! I'm clean, clutter-free, and hoping to find a roommate/s that like to live a similar lifestyle. A bit about me if anyone is interested; I enjoy being active and am getting into freediving/rock climbing. But by any means, I don't require similar interests from people I live with. I'd consider myself a pretty quiet and laid back person, that being said I don't mind a good chat :) In case anyone is apprehensive of my situation, I intend to stick around until summer, as I have to do farm work to extend my visa. I predict it will be in January according to the harvest guides. Cheers!
I am a bubbly, friendly person who enjoys the company of people. I am 23 and work full time in the city so I would only be home during the evenings. I am clean, respectful and considerate especially in living in someone else’s home. On weekends, I love going out, getting brunch, going for walks and spending time with people and my boyfriend. I would also love to get to know my roommates better and do things with them as well. Looking forward to meeting with you :)
39yo, working in the Health Industry, looking to move closer to work (currently commute from Central Coast to NorthShore) Looking to establish a new place with some new roomies :) Im a fairly laid back person who tends to get on well with most people! Well travelled (Travelled obsessed) and enjoy movies and the odd video game (For the record, PS4 ) Work full-time... in the standard 8:30 to 5.. Monday to Friday grind.. (But do a few work trips here and there) Very open to all cultures! (I'm trying to fumble my way through learning Brazilian Portuguese), so International visitors looking for shorter stays, please touch base also! LBGT+ Friendly!! I have all needed furniture to cover living room (Couch, coffee table, TV) / kitchen (Fridge) / Dining room (dining table), outdoor dining and laundry (front loader washing machine)
Hey guys! I'm a 24-year old Canadian artist, working as an art teacher in an art studio in North Sydney! I'm super friendly and enthusiastic, really clean and considerate -- easy to live with! I'm passionate about eating healthy and exercising, but also really love hanging out and watching Netflix with pizza or sushi and a good beer. I'm looking for a place with some rad, easygoing roommates and good energy, to stay until the end of August. Being close to a train station is essential for me (I don't trust buses haha, they're always late!), so I can get to and from work easily. Preferred budget is $150/week, max is $170. Send me a message if you think we'd get along! :)
Hey there! I'm Carey. I'm 27, working full time in design and looking for somewhere that's clean, tidy and relaxed to call home! I'm easy to get along with, tidy, reliable and more than happy to chip in and make the house feel like home. I'm reasonably quiet - I generally like to keep to myself but am more than happy to hang out/watch crappy TV or movies with like minded housemates every now and then. Any questions, just ask!
Two brothers, ideally looking to move in together. We've lived in shared accommodation before with no issues and have experience renting via both real estate agents and informal agreements. Ben and I both work full time and have never had any issues paying bills Budget is max. $250 per person per week, but happy to discuss Please get in contact if you'd like to know more :)
I'm looking for a room somewhere close to North Sydney, ideally around Chatswood. Working full-time and also doing some online entrepreneurial work after work so a bit of a workaholic but I'm always happy to grab a drink or two, have a chat and go out when free. I've done the shared house thing before so know how to be clean n all that stuff. A non-smoker btw.
Hi everyone! I'm Stefanie, 22 year old full time uni student in Sydney. I work as a casual copywriter (text advertising) & also work in retail. I am open to all cultures, easy going, and tidy!
Hi, I’m Georgie a 26 yr old physiotherapist. I am a pretty easy going, respectful, cheeky and outdoorsy person. I ‘try’ to live a active lifestyle, love going on bush/coastal walks but also greatly enjoy a good tv bringe sesh . I like being social but also enjoy having my my own space.
My name is Lauren and I am a 24 year old second year medical student at Sydney University. I am looking to move into a place on the North Shore (due to my clinical placement allocation) with my partner from late July. This is flexible and we are willing to wait longer for the right place. My partner, Nicholas, is also 24 and he is working full time as an Associate to a Judge in the city, and finishing his final semester of a law degree. Ideally we would like to move into a place with at least a small backyard or garden because Clover (the cat) enjoys sunning herself outside, but this is not a deal breaker and we are also considering apartments. Our own bathroom / ensuite would also be ideal, but again this is flexible. As for hobbies Nick referees rugby on weekends and I like spending my spare time trying out new recipes, with baked goods frequently provided to housemates. We both also enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and going to the beach, as well as the usual like bingeing on Netflix. Nick and I will be out of the house most of the time due to work and full time clinical placements. We are both clean, respectful tenants and not party people, but we do enjoy socialising with our housemates over wine. We both have good rental histories, and my current real estate agent can provide a letter of reference including our house trained (and very cute and fluffy) cat Clover. We would ideally be looking for a long term (at least 1-2 years) arrangement.
I'm a double degree law and psychology student. I study part-time and work full time at the moment. I work in retail and I'm looking for a job in my current professions at the moment. I enjoy meeting new people, cooking and pride myself in cleaning up after myself and others if necessary. I will spend most of my time either studying or working. I don't smoke and prefer to lead a healthy lifestyle and if you have a dog or pet in the house, that's even better! I like to roller skate, and talk about what's going on in the world. Listening to others is important to me, as is having my own space, reading and exploring. I would love to move in with people who don't take themselves too seriously and are always down to have a good laugh. Because I have a car, parking facilities are essential and I prefer rooms that are unfurnished.
I'm a 20 year old student studying at Macquarie University and working part time. I'm super easy going and lots of fun. I love to exercise, cook and socialise, however as I am at uni I also use alot of my time to study and work. I'm an extremely clean person and very a respectful roomate. I love a glass of wine whilst watching batchy and eating too much chocolate! Message me if you're looking for a rommie
I'm a friendly and easygoing woman in her early 40s. I work in public health and am currently living outside of Sydney but planning to return in June for work. I have a spoodle named Zoe who enjoys chasing balls and napping.
Hi everybody :) My name is Lukas and I am 21 years old. I am from Germany and will come to Australia at the end of July 2018 to do Work and Travel, also known as Working Holiday. My starting point is Sydney where I already have a full time job waiting for me at the beginning of August. So now I only need somewhere to stay for just a little over three months (three and a half months at the most). After those three months I will start traveling around the country. In my free time I like to... - listen to music - play my saxophone - go to parties on occasion - go sightseeing - read - try out new kinds of food - ... Of course I wont be playing my saxophone while I am in Australia since I can´t really take it with me. Way too much package. ;) I normally am a person everyone can get along with. I always try to be polite and not go on somebodys nerves. Of course I keep myself and my surroundings clean. I like to meet new people and see new places. If you have any questions, don´t hesitate to ask. I look forward to hearing from you. Lukas
I am an international male student (26). My campus is in city Sydney. I am looking for a FURNISHED house, which is CLOSE TO CITY, to share with ONLY one tenant who is clean, tidy and respectful. I need a quiet and silent house in which there is a PRIVATE room and OWN bathroom for me with shared kitchen and hall. I am studying, working part time, and exercising every day. I usually come back from uni or working in the evening and then go to do some exercise. Also, I have to move in April any date and my preferred length of stay is at least 1 year. Lastly, my budget is $300/w (INCLUDING EVERYTHING).
I'm clean, quiet and respectful "A+++" - 'Clean, Quiet and Respectful Magazine' [March 2018] When I'm not working I usually study or read
Very easy going and fair, clean and tidy, health and fitness minded, quite and respectful professional. Enjoy socialising with house mates and helping out with everything. Keen cyclist and some experience with computer programming with 446 language. Open to learning new things.
I'm a quiet female professional who loves her own space and privacy. However I am very friendly and cheerful even though I don't like noisy atmosphere. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker of alcohol. I am very clean and tidy and would appreciate sober housemates. 😊
